About this apartment rental

This just listed two-bedroom suite in Deep Bay is a short walk from the ferry terminal on Bowen Island. Light pours into the garden-level dwelling from big windows overlooking your private covered patio with comfy lounge chairs.

Inside is a simple and clean kitchen with a glass range and large fridge and freezer. A BBQ is available for guest use, if you want to venture outside of the kitchen. We have most of the kitchen items you need to cook a meal, but for guest safety we are currently not providing any pantry basics. We do provide tea and coffee for the first night of your stay (Keurig and individually packaged tea bags). There is a French Press for those who prefer to bring your own favourite roast with you.

A table for four sits in the open layout living/kitchen space, which also has a comfy couch and two chairs. There's a smart TV in the living space where you can sign on to Netflix, Prime etc.

The bedrooms are comfortable and quiet, and keep cool during hot summer months. The bathroom is sleek and has a nice deep bathtub - ready for you to have a relaxing soak, or if you prefer a shower there are dual shower heads.

You will be minutes away from many great things to do on Bowen Island - no car required. Pebbly Beach is a rocky beach located on the north side of Mannion Bay on Bowen Island and is a semi-secluded spot for swimming - you can walk there in around 3-5 minutes. Snug Cove (where the ferry comes in) is a very pleasant 10 to 15 minute jaunt away – restaurants, shops etc. Killarney Lake, a great picnic spot with lots of trails, is also walking distance.

For those of you not familiar with the area, West Vancouver and Vancouver downtown is only a short ferry ride away and it is a pretty little trip. Day-trips to the mainland, even all via public transportation are possible- just watch the ferry schedule for the last one home- it is usually around 10pm.

Speedy wifi and a serene environment makes this a great option for anyone who works remotely, but wants a break from the city and a chance to see the stars.

This suite is set up for adults, not for children and we are officially no pets.

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay for the 2nd year in a row. As always the unit is very well appointed and has everything you might need when staying away from home. Communication was excellent and any were issues attended to quickly. Location is also perfect for our needs!

Everything about this place is fantastic! The house is in a quiet neighbourhood and there is plenty of space. The beds and pillows are quite comfortable. The bathtub is huge and they have provided good quality shampoo, conditioner and body wash. The owners have put a lot of thought and care into stocking the unit with everything you might need. We really appreciated the welcome basket and the milk & cream in the fridge for our morning coffee. There are loads of games, books and magazines and a quiet sitting area outside the front of the house. I can’t think of a single thing this place is missing. Highly recommend and will definitely book again next time I come to Bowen Island!

This was such a lovely unit to stay in! It is spacious with two comfortable bedrooms, nice big windows and a very comfortable living room and dining room area. The kitchen is well equipped and there were so many thoughtful amenities throughout the entire unit, including a delightful welcome basket with bottled sparkling water, truffle oil chips, non alcoholic wine and chocolates. We felt instantly at home in this unit, and it's so walkable to Snug Cove and it's many cute restaurants and coffee shops. It was also such a quiet street to stay on so you have no trouble with noise at night. Would highly recommend and look forward to staying here again!

Bowen is a dream in spring and summer. This gorgeous home is a short (and beautiful) walk from the village shops. Also a great starting point for hikes and beaches. The owners communication was excellent and the place exactly as promised, sparkling clean, spacious and well appointed. Thank you for sharing your beautiful apartment!

Easy arrival with clear instructions. Walkable from ferry terminal, though we drove. The suite is as advertised. Spacious, clean, and relatively bright (it's a walk out basement). We had a relaxing, no drama stay, just the way it should be!

Location is great, walking distance to everything! It’s also the cutest suite! It was a perfect stay for two couples that like cider, hiking and simply enjoying Bowen! Everything is labeled to help use appliances and find things around the unit. We also received a welcome basket, and they supplied milk, oat milk and almond milk for our morning coffee. They’ve also supplied board games, and outdoor games like Badminton. The host was very accommodating when the ferries were cancelled in the morning of our checkout. They offered us a free late checkout (although we didn’t need it, it was still appreciated) We would 100% stay here again! Only con would be that it was super cold when we arrived, and so were the floors. We needed to crank the heat to warm up the place, and we needed to wear slippers to keep warm. I would suggest for the host to turn on to heat to 18c on days guests are arriving. Just a suggestion!

This property was perfect for our family. The suite was clean and well stocked with all of the essentials. Kitchen had everything you would need for cooking meals, they had a great selection of coffee and tea, as well as enough fresh milk and dairy alternatives for a day or two. There was also a welcome basket, which was a nice touch :) We loved the location. It is a short, scenic walk past the ocean and lagoon to get to town where most shops and restaurants are located, as well as the ferry. You could literally walk off the ferry and be at your accommodation within 10 mins or so. Overall, this location was perfect for our family and would definitely stay again and recommend to anybody going to Bowen Island. We enjoyed our stay and exploring the island. We will definitely be back :)

Pictures don't do it justice. Its just beautiful. Spotlessly clean, with comfortable beds and a lovely welcome pack with coffee, milk and wine etc. Ten minute walk into the small village and two minute walk to cove.

Wonderful hosts, they even welcomed us with a gift basket full of things like wine and chocolate. 12 minute easy walk to downtown, the ferry, docks, etc. Parks are minutes away. Pretty area. The house had all the amenities you could ask for.

We had a fantastic stay in this lovely and well cared for 2 bedroom suite. Ground level meant it was cool for sleeping in the July heat which was a huge relief. Well appointed with everything we needed and more! We enjoyed quick access to the beach and Snug Cove. We will book again!

The sign in process (punching in a received code) was seamless. We were greeted by ready for relaxation home. Clean, neat, and stacked with thoughtful houseplants, snacks, games, even down to the detail of picnic blanket, beach towels, quality shampoo and a bubble machine. Our hosts demonstrated they understood the art of living by preparing fun and practical things even before we thought to ask. When we accidentally logged ourselves out of the TV account, they were quick and responsive through text. I can imagine myself staying here for a week to unwind. While the suite doesn't have a view to the ocean, being on an island access to the sea is plentiful (we drove), and nature comes to the front door (saw a deer gazing near the car park at night and stellar jay in the front yard which was nice to see). This is a great launch pad to relax with friends.

Really nice property. Roomier than I expected from the photos. Very clean and tidy. Looked brand new. Kitchen has most all the necessities. Wonderful basket of provisions, waiting out the door when we got there. If I’m lucky enough to be back to Bowen Island, I would definitely look to stay here again.
