great space, very bright and open. Easy communication - the only problem I had was that the wifi was a little spot in parts of the house. I needed it for work
other than that, this place was absolutely perfect for my time on Bowen

I liked the property because this spot is up among the tree tops, very private and peaceful. The house is lovely with a well appointed kitchen and comfortable beds.
I didn't like climbing stairs to get up to the property.

It truly is a retreat! It is so quiet and surrounded by lush plant life and birds. It was calming and healing to be there. The place itself is very comfortable, like being in one’s own home. I actually found myself saying to my travelling companion “let’s go back home now” and I meant this place, not my own house. My only regret was not staying longer — I didn’t want to leave! I will definitely be staying here again.

Amazing place for a peaceful getaway.
Only five mins drive into the little town.
Love the layout of the house and if it was warmer the bbq area would have been lovely to use.
There is about 30 steps up to the property as it is on the top level of the house, so if you have large suitcases or elderly that could be an issue.

An absolutely beautiful property! Surrounded by trees, makes you feel like you are completely isolated as if you were walking a newly discovered trail in the forest that no else has yet discovered! Super peaceful, the only Sounds I heard was the wind in the trees and the singing birds. The property is well maintained and with its large windows and comfy interiors, it invites you to stay inside while indulging your visual senses with the breathtaking nature views. Will absolutely revisit this property in my future Bowen Island adventures!

The suite was nice and comfy. We visited on a cold February weekend so the heated floors in the bathroom and bedroom was very welcomed. The rare snow was made the place magical. If it had been warmer, sitting on the deck with steam running near by would have been very relaxing.
A note — the island is basically a mountain so access to the suite is a climb up a sidewalk and steps.
