We loved this house for the weekend! The furniture and beds were so comfortable and we had everything we needed for our stay. Gregory was quick to respond with communication. Great house, great host! They weren’t joking about the steep driveway but it was doable, especially with our SUV’s. Thanks for a great time!

Pros: Great location, close to Frazier Ave and downtown. It's in a nice, safe neighborhood. The house itself has a really cool vibe and the decor is well done. There are plenty of sleeping spaces and the kitchen is huge, and great for big groups to gather.
Cons: We did not get our check in information until 4:30 pm, when check in is at 4:00 pm, after multiple messages and phone calls to the host. VRBO customer service was also unable to contact the owner.
A couple of issues with the house. It did not appear to have been professionally cleaned. All of the bunk beds have bottom sheets and a comforter, with no top sheet. One of the comforters had a strong smell of urine, and had clearly not been washed. There were no clean alternatives.
The kitchen had no liquid dish soap, no towels, and the dishwasher is falling out of the cabinet.
This is great house for a group of college students/young adults. it is not ideal for young families. While the kids loved the vibe, the open concept of the house did not allow for early bed times for them! The noise carries and sounded amplified in their upstairs bedrooms.
Upstairs, there is ONE full bath for 4 bedrooms with essentially 16 sleeping spaces. Additionally, it was advertised as two futons, and there was a daybed with a trundle, and it was impossible to shut the door. It was fairly disappointing.
With better communication, cleanliness, and stocked, I might recommend it. But, we will not be staying there again.

The kitchen island and set up was great for food prep and gathering a large group. All other areas - bedrooms, bathrooms, laundry room all set up well. Young children got plenty of outdoor fresh air on the playground equipment.

This house was wonderful and we really enjoyed the stay. The bedrooms were a nice size, there was plenty of hot water for morning showers, the house was clean and the opening up of the garage doors really was a nice added touch. The main bedroom was huge with an enormous tub and nice shower. TV's in all the rooms were nice, although we never used them. We were able to all be together all the time between the open concept of the living room, kitchen and the garage doors being opened up. The gas fire pit and grill came in handy and we enjoyed using these.
The house was within 10-15 minutes of Lookout Mountain, the aquarium, the Children's museum and restaurants. Great location. Gregory was great at getting back to us with any questions.
The only complaint, and it is small one, is that the picnic table and play set in back needs a little updating. The playground set was still usable, but could use a little TLC. Not even an issue with those without young ones. Warning: when they tell you the driveway is steep-it is. It wasn't an issue with us, but it is steep and you def need a bigger car-which most have anyways. GREAT HOUSE!

We had a great stay but unfortunately left a bad feeling about the stay because I left a very expensive jacket behind and they acknowledged that and told me they would send me tracking number and months later still no jacket and now they say they have no tracking number.

We had a great weekend at this property!! It has a very cool vibe: lots of bright colors and interesting decor in every room! The kitchen was well stocked with everything we need, it was perfect for our large group of family and friends! The garage doors open for a perfect “indoor/outdoor space” and the gas fire pit was perfect. We will be back!!

This house was represented as a 6 bedroom with 4 toilets and 4 showers. With a family of 10, we looked a long time to find enough space for all. In reality, this house had plenty of sleeping space but only 1 usable shower. One toilet and shower was in the uninsulated garage and the weather was in the low 20s making it unusable. The bathroom off the kitchen was just a toilet and sink and there wasn’t any water in either making it totally unusable. The toilet even flooded one day. We didn’t use it so maybe it was from the freezing temperatures. The upstairs bathroom had a working toilet, but the shower wouldn’t stay warm for more than a minute making it unusable. The master bath was very nice but had to be shared by us, our 4 kids, their spouses, and our grandchild. In addition, the legs on the chairs in the breakfast room were not secured tightly and were dangerous to use. There wasn’t a tool available to fix them. There was also a strong gas smell coming from the garage. We had to open the windows (which are cool garage doors) in the main living area in 20 degree weather to reduce the smell. We made the owner aware of these issues throughout our stay and no one was sent by to fix any of the above. We believe we should have received partial compensation and the request was rejected by the owner.

Very best home, extremely nice and quiet neighborhood close to great shops, coffee, and food.
