Great for families.

The pool and hot tub were nice. The indoor pool was a good size.

I wish there was a suite with two non-sleeper sofa beds.

Not bad at all...

Preferred to eat out, but enjoyed the coffee, wanted to sleep in. loved that they changed our room for a room with an oven.

Linen wasn't changed in first room, had food spots. Next door room was cooking and smoking, set out alarm off and had to call front desk. Otherwise the stay was good and with my son moving to Chattanooga I will try it again.

No room service

Stayed at this hotel for 5 days. Breakfast was good.

Not once did anybody do any kind of room service. Had to replace towels and trash bags myself. My bed sheets never replaced at least once during my stay. What happened to any kind of room service? I was disappointed especially because I expected more from a Marriott brand.

I like the staff they were courteous and professional

The bed was rickety made noise every time I turn or moved on the bed and the refrigerator had a humming sound all night very difficult to sleep. The sofa although on the surface, you could not tell that it was dirty, but I use a white face cloth to wipe the sofa, and it was dirty. Pillows smelled as if someone had slept on them. I traveled a great distance and was going to be there less than two 24 hour days sleep was very important…I plan to make a complaint after I returned home.

The rooms were very nice. The kitchenette was a great feature. The staff was friendly.

We enjoyed our stay and will definitely visit again when we are in Chattanooga.

The location was great. The front desk lady (I can’t remember her name) was very nice.

The pool was not heated and the other (whirlpool/hot tub)was not available.

bitter sweet beds were great stove and fridge came in handy I just didn’t care for the workers they were lazy

the rooms were very nice and spacious!!

I didn’t like that we were in one room that temp was sat at 78 manager didn’t want to move us to another room after about 2-3 of being there they finally moved us the tub also had fresh dirt in it then we got to the other room the air barely worked there was told they couldn’t move us again because they were sold out other then that the stay was great the pool didn’t have towels they claimed there wasn’t any clean towels great hotel staff not so kind

I’ve stayed in better, and worse, for the money.

Clean and convenient to my conference venue. It was quiet.

The kitchenette had no pots and pans; only one glass; only one spoon. There was no coffee in the lobby after breakfast hours.

my children and I love the 2 bed room suite. Everything was neat and clean from the front door to the room. The staff was friendly. The location is very convenient to shopping center, restaurants and gas stations.

The breakfast selection could have been a little better.

People across the hall from is kept smoking weed in their room and the smell would come into our room .

My overall stay was pleasant except for checking in and finding out a deposit that was a fortune.

The room was decent and the pool area

I had to pay a $500 cash deposit because I’m a local resident and not from out of town .Which is stupid and ridiculous.

Location was great and the staff was very friendly and helpful.

Breakfast each morning was great. Huge selection of food and tasted great. We traveled with teenagers and they were happy with the food selection.

Needed more trash bags in the room to replace when the bag in the trashcan got full.
