After an exciting day of Traverse City adventures, come back to this charming and cozy four bedroom, three bath home. Conveniently located across the street from a local grocery store, coffee shop, and any other provisions you may need.

-Enjoy a wholesome meal with your family with the fully-equipped kitchen and dining room table seating up to 12 people. Kick back on the plush couch that doubles as a queen pull-out sleeper to enjoy a movie or challenge your friends to a board game.
-The primary suite holds a comfortable California king sized bed with a flat-screen TV, a sitting area for your morning coffee, and overlooks the privacy-fenced backyard featuring...a professionally maintained hot tub! The ensuite full bathroom features a stunning tiled shower.
-The second bedroom is a perfect spot for kids with two sets of twin bunk beds, and a flat-screen TV. Across the hall, you will find a full bath featuring a shower-tub combo, double vanity, and a washer and dryer.
-Two additional bedrooms are located on the second floor of the home and both boast king beds. Between the two bedrooms is a full bath featuring a shower-tub combo.
-Working remotely? Wrap up your work at the workstations found in the primary bedroom and upstairs bedroom.

-You must be at least 25 years old to stay unless accompanied by a parent or guardian.
-We only allow ONE dog with an additional fee of $100.
-Our Smart TVs feature streaming capabilities ONLY with a subscription to YouTube TV. You will also have access to your own streaming service accounts while on property. (Sorry, no cable TV.)
-There are two cameras monitoring the front and side doors to ensure there are no parties that would be disruptive to the neighborhood and to keep the property secure. Both are exterior cameras.
-A Pack 'n Play and high chair are available for your use and are located in the primary bedroom closet.
-We supply a starter pack of kitchen and bathroom essentials.

The Traverse City Noise Ordinance mandates quiet hours between 10:00pm and 7:00am. All guests are expected to honor this local law and be considerate of neighbors. No fireworks are allowed on this property.

We only allow ONE dog with an additional fee of $100.

Late checkouts (past the regularly scheduled or prior agreed upon time) will be charged at $1/minute that you remain on the property.
