Great location, short walk to medina and the likes.Aircondiitioned which helped in the hot weather.

Riad is not too big. Good breakfast being served in the morning. Clean place. Nice firm matrass. Location is great. Kasbah great for small shopping. Saadian Tombs are 2 min away by foot. Taxis are very near as well.
Jemaa el Fna is 15 to 20 walk away.
Cars can't come close to the riad. Be warned because if you have lots, or heavy, luggage, you'll need to carry that a few blocks (50m). There's only a small staircase inside the riad. Again, if you have lots of luggage, it can be a bit hard to carry stuff up.

I really feel the atmosphere and the feel of the traditional home feeling was exceptional. The friendly people also. I will come again next time I visit..
I really do not know what I do not like.

The location was fantastic it’s less than 5 min walk to the main large mosque where most tours start from. It’s 15 min walk to the markets area. Don’t be surprised that when you get a taxi from the airport the driver will walk you the last 2 mins as it is only accessible by foot which is extremely normal in Marrakech. The owner was lovely who regularly messaged me on what’s app during my stay if she did not meet me. She was extremely helpful and arranged my taxi to and from the airport. 2 of the days she even arranged an earlier breakfast for me which she left out. The breakfast was gorgeous, the morroccan mint tea was beautiful also. The staff were there early to do breakfast. The rooms were extremely clean and had air con which was greatly appreciated after a long day out. I usually worry about beds when I stay somewhere as I hurt my back a few years ago but the beds were so so comfortable and my bathroom shower even had a rain shower head with scalding hot water which I loved (don’t worry it’s adjustable) the roof terrace had a great view of the city for sunset and a hot tub which I didn’t use.
That I couldn’t stay longer

Good and quiet location, comfortable and clean rooms with private bathroom, nice terrace. Siham was very kind, she arranged a taxi transfer from the airport for us, made early breakfast on our request because we had to go to the arranged trips early. Also she printed our boarding passes for the plane. Warm welcome with mint tea, nice hospitality. Thank you Siham, we felt like at home.

Our host was exceptional. Siham couldn't do enough for us. She organised excursions, taxis, transfer to and from the airport. Made us the most delicious meal when for when we arrived and made us feel like royalty. The staff at the Dar were amazing and the location was perfect. The view from the roof terrace is stunning and the breakfasts were delicious. We had the most wonderful stay at Dar Jenna rose.

Great location in the Medina. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast and dinner served to us were excellent.

Great location close to Saadien's Tombs in the centre of the Kasbah. The Medina is no more than a 20 minute walk. The hosts are lovely people. Our room had a comfortable bed with an en-suite and was cleaned daily. a I really liked going to the top of the Riad to sit out away from the street noise where they have some plants and places to sit. There are shaded places to sit a little lower but I suspect it will be best used out of the midday heat.
There are a few local restaurants and you should look out for Cafe Clock for its live music.
My only observation is that the Riad is not identified externally although I had no difficulty finding the location using Google maps. Locals know which door it is.

We felt very well looked after and will definitely be staying again the next time we are in marrakesh. Located in Kasbah, by far the best part of the city.

The location of the riad was superb. 10 min walk to Jemmaa El Fna, 3 min to Sa’adian Tombs. Everything within a handy distance. Good restaurants in the Kasbah.
The maid was lovely, always happy to help.
Rooms were clean and a fair size.
Hot Tub wasn’t in use. Some issues with heating took a while to resolve, it was obviously cold at night.

First and most, Siham made us feel at home, she spoiled us with delicious breakfast every day, and we had Couscous one not, on a fancy table, and the food was so tasty. Everything was so perfect, and Siham never say no to any request. Allah blesses her.
We felt sad leaving the Riad after one lovely week.

Overall the experience was amazing. The room was cosy, well sized, kept clean and in good working order. Colourful and well decorated but also useful and set up in a way that it's homey and still functional. Siham was an amazing host, extremely helpful and also helped in printing our boarding passes. We felt more like we were at a second home than at a riad, the service and welcome received is that expected of the Muslims and Moroccan people. Alhamdulillaah, and Allaah make them successful in this life and the next.
Our initial room, the bathroom didn't have a door, which wasn't much of an issue as the bathroom was quite large and the toilet was at the end of a short corridor but it was certainly something which we preferred, not an issue as we moved rooms and Siham was more than willing to accommodate us in another which rectified the issue. Another issue was the fact that the shower wasn't working at one point, Siham got someone to look at it within 10 minutes of notifying her, fixed instantly! Great great great service. Really take care of you like their own.

All was great. Fantastic.

Centrally located. Good breakfast and coffee. Clean rooms. Beautiful shared terrace. Nice and hospitable owners.
First of all, the building was old and needed a lot of care. Second and most important of all is that we chose this place mostly because it is a visa card acceptable hotel. On the information page, it is clearly declared that the hotel accepts visa, master card and amex. But when we wanted to pay the amount, we've been told that they only accepts cash. And this caused trouble to us. So bring enough cash with you if you will chose to stay here.

The breakfast that was offered every morning was generous and well made
The staff wer very helpful and friendly
We did have problems with WiFi for a day but it got sorted quite quickly

centrally located riad with a pleasant host.
it was clean and homely. the breakfasts were pretty simple, not many selections but fair
The internet was really really bad
we were given the room at the top most floor.
That may have been the reason.
