This large home is close to it all. Walk one block to the Town Green, restaurants, coffee shops, bars, beach, and more. Located on a large, private yard with a great patio. Has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The master suite has a sitting area with outdoor views. A perfect home for a winter escape or summer beach trip. Walking community; safe area. Fully equipped kitchen has all the essentials needed to whip up your favorite coastal cuisine.
The space
This delightful home has an open-concept design with high ceilings and comfortable furnishings. Spacious home with 3 large bedrooms. Huge master bedroom and huge ensuite bathroom with walk in shower. This custom home sits on a large lot with professionally landscaped tropical plants. Peekaboo views of the beach and the gulf waters. Very short walk to downtown and the beach, so park your car and walk.
The bedrooms and living areas have luxury plank vinyl flooring and there are tile floors in the laundry room and bathrooms. This home has 1,571 square feet on an extra large lot. There is lots of parking on a triple size driveway with a carport. Located in the popular golf cart district. The house is a ranch style with everything on one level. No Stairs.
There is a king size mattress in the master bedroom with an upgraded hybrid memory foam and coil mattress. The #2 guest bedroom has a queen size mattress with an adjustable base. The third bedroom also has a queen size mattress.
The kitchen and bathrooms have granite counter tops and soft-close cabinets. The large master bedroom has a sitting area that overlooks the fenced backyard and tropical landscaping. There is a covered back porch along with a beautiful 12' x16' deck and pergola for extra entertaining and relaxing. Propane grill, griddle, and firepit for the ultimate in outdoor entertainment. Storage room off the back deck has beach chairs, coolers, and umbrella. Bikes are also available. There is a large sunning patio off the pergola.
This comfortable beach home is close to everything, making it easy to plan your visit. A short walk to restaurants like Bull's, Lil Rays, Juicy Caboosy, or Harbor View Café. A short walk to the Coastal Daiquiri Bar with their large double decker patio. Just park your car and be close to everything while you are on vacation.
Well maintained, light, bright and airy 3 bedroom / 2 bath home located near the Beach. It includes a washer/dryer and a fully stocked kitchen. This is located on a large lot in a great area of Long Beach! Don't miss this little gem, walk to the beach, the Harbor, the Yacht Club and several local restaurants! A perfect place for your winter escape or summer beach trip. The nearby beach is great for strolling, hiking, kayaking, bicycling, and just resting & relaxing. Great walking community; safe area. Located in the Long Beach Golf Cart District.
The kitchen is equipped for cooking with pots, pans, and cooking utensils. There is an electric stove, coffee maker, and toaster. The home has central Air Conditioning and Heat with a Nest thermostat. Four TV’s. Fast internet and wifi.
The large lot has a private fenced yard with a deck and a propane BBQ grill and firepit. The home is newer and has high end furnishings. There is a 55 '' flat screen smart TV in the living room and flat screen TV’s in the bedrooms. Smart TVs; just sign in with any of your streaming accounts or enjoy the content. We have vintage board games, an outdoor oasis, rolling cooler, beach towels, bikes, and of course the beach, what more do you need?!

Beautiful home with a stunning views of the Gulf! Located just steps from the beach in a quaint beach community. The spacious 3 bedroom 2 bath home offers gorgeous granite countertops, luxury vinyl plank floors, all new furniture/mattresses, TV and WIFI. We are conveniently located about a block or two from the beach, Harbor, and downtown Long Beach. Enjoy morning coffee with a view of the Mississippi Gulf!

NOTE: We want our guests to enjoy the property and we work hard to prepare for your stay so please accurately list the number of total guests. We will need to charge an additional $75 per night for each guest over the number in the original booking. And you agree to pay the extra charge when you book.
