This property is not what is advertised. We were expecting what we viewed online a luxurious ground floored 2 bed apartment . What we got was a filthy smelly run down 2 bedroom split level dump!!! Everything was sticky, dirty and not as described in the brochure that accompanys the apartment. To say we were disappointed is an understatement. No reply to our complaints either. We are very lucky not to have come away with bed bugs or fleas the place is just gross

We thought the apartment was dirty. There were dirty plates, cutlery, pans in the cupboards. The trash can was still under the remains of the previous guests and the towel that went into the kitchen was under unwashed red sauce stains, the mould is between the joints of the shower, the carpet is indefinable stains, the doors and door handles were dirty and sticky. The chairs stuck, behind the heating we found socks and a thong. In short, to make ourselves feel comfortable in this temporary stay, I first had to clean a few things. In addition, it is very annoying to return to a dirty apartment after a day of London. Not a place to catch your breath. We also missed a sofa for 4 people. I hope you do something with our experiences so that others do not have to experience this. the rating of 8.6, as pasted in the apartment, is not justified as far as we are concerned. For us you are stuck on a 5.

Perfect location for sight seeing
Couldn't fault communication with host, property was perfect for our short trip for some family time together and sight seeing. Great location, roomy, clean and well equipped. Would definitely recommend.

Very accommodating
2 of our employees have stayed here the past 2 weeks now, the stay has been very suitable for the job location they need to attend to and the host has been very friendly and helpful

The moment you enter, you will get the smell urine. The unit is mopped with the same things used for mopping the toilet. All the furnitures/beddings seems collected from garage sales. If all those are OK, you will find this unit OK.

NIce Apartment
Apartment was spotless and exactly as described, just a few minor practical issues but they were down to personal preference (no curtains and other minor things). The location of the flat was great for where we wanted to go (Legoland & Chessington Park) but very close to a major road and shops/takeaways so could get a bit noisey in the morning. Would definately book again though, so wasn't that bad!

A great place to stay outside of downtown London
This was great place to stay. We were pleased. It is a tastefully appointed, airy, open apartment that is very clean. The directions to get here and gain entry were perfect and easy to follow. The wine thoughtfully left in the fridge which was an especially nice touch!
It was warm the first two days while we were here but there are windows that open to both sides that provided nice ventilation throughout the apartment so we hardly noticed the weather. The furniture was comfortable and the kitchen is stocked with all the things you will need to dine in. The bedrooms are large and the beds are comfortable. It has an on-demand water heater so everyone can shower comfortably.
Linda came by after we checked in to follow up with us and to make sure that everything was going well. She was very nice, friendly, responsive and helpful. She took the stress out of checking into an unknown place. We were grateful to have had the pleasure of dealing with her.
This apartment is in a working-class neighborhood that is lit at night. We always felt safe. The bus stop is a less than 1 minute walk away and an easy ride to the nearby train station. By the bus stop is a nail salon which my wife loved. There is also a fish and chip, pizza and an Indian restaurant, all with great food and are very reasonably priced. There is also an off license, (convenience store), there as well. There is a Tesco superstore and an Aldi with pretty much everything you need about 1.5 km away. We used Uber for most of our transportation. The ride to the tourist area in London proper was $35-40. The ride to Tesco was $6. The ride to the Uxbridge shopping mall was $12. The ride to Thorpe Park was $20-25. The ride to The Pheasant Inn and Restaurant was $12.
Of special note is The Pheasant Inn. It is near Heathrow and we found it randomly on Trip Advisor. It has hundreds of excellent reviews so we took a chance. We loved it so much we went back there a second night. The menu offers a huge selection of choices and the pub is very nice. It is a clean, quaint on the outside, modern on the inside establishment with helpful, friendly staff. To us it was one of the many highlights of our trip.
London is a beautiful city rich in history and culture. The people here are nice and everyone was very helpful. My only regret is that we did not stay here longer. My wife and I intend to return and when we do we intend to stay here again.
