This home is a two-story house with a peaceful back yard setting.
The home has a large kitchen, a laundry area with a washer and dryer. There are four flat screen smart televisions in the home with internet access.
The first floor has an open floor plan with room dividing curtains separating the sleeping areas which include a queen-size bed and full-size bed. The first floor has a full bathroom with a bathtub and shower.
The upstairs is open with a booking of 4 guests or more and has two queen size beds, a bathroom with shower.
The front entry is at ground level, and the back entry has a patio door with a deck.
The upstairs has two accesses (indoor and outdoor).
The home has private parking away from the street.
There is room for trailers.

First let me caveat by saying that it is an adorable clean and large space that would be great for a family a group of friends. It was in a perfect location! The TV's are a little oddly placed, but hopefully you'll be out doing other things anyway! One suggestion I might make to the owner is to provide a few more kitchen gadgets towels etc. do ALWAYS have a working dishwasher and since it sleeps 8, how about a modern farmhouse that seats 8? The adorable kitchen is huge! And how about a BBQ grill? One safety concern; place a bumper on the farmhouse sliding doors to protect little fingers! The beds are a little small for adults with bad backs, so pick your bed carefully! This place is great value overall!

A great alternative to a hotel! The home is clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed! Bring a hammock to enjoy the backyard even more!

My daughter and I stayed on the bottom floor of the home only. The beds were quite comfy, the shower was great and there afequate room for a short stay. Owner was accessible, but the process was so simple, I really didnt need to contact him much. Very pleased. Thank you, David

We needed a place to stay for a family wedding and this location checked all the boxes! This quiet location was tucked in the middle of town and had much to offer. The house was very clean and spacious, providing ample room for our group. The host ensured we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay and was responsive to any questions we had. We highly recommend this rental for anyone looking for a space with plenty of room to unwind.

Very, very happy with the house. Super cute and met all of our needs. I would not hesitate to go back again. Close to everything My only recommendation is need to add kitchen supplies. 8 coffee cups, more utensils etc. otherwise PERFECT

Our stay at this property was great. It was very clean, the bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was fine. The kitchen had everything we needed as far as utensils, dishes and appliances. The toaster didn't work properly, and no dishwasher. But, we probably wouldn't of used the dishwasher anyway. The house is very close to town, we walked to Eldon's. We would rent it again.

Loved staying here for our fall girls weekend! Great walking distance to our favorite downtown shops! We rented both the upstairs and downstairs to have more space. Beds were comfortable and whole area was very spacious although we didn't get a chance to enjoy the outdoor deck/porch.

Our stay was very nice. The property was well maintained and clean and is located in a quiet neighborhood within a block of a park with a path around it. The owner was responsive and easy to work with. There are plenty of restaurants with a couple miles. I recommend this location.

Loved returning to the Cabin in the city! We had a lovely time celebrating our anniversary here! Hiking the Central Lakes Trail in the Fall and relaxing at the Cabin in the city made for an unforgettable stay. David made us feel so welcome. He ran extra blankets over and made sure the internet was running smoothly. The cleanliness and craftsmanship of the Cabin make it a place you want to return to. You’ll forget you’re in the city it’s so quiet!

Very clean lower level unit- comes with all the stuff needed to cook meals if we wanted. Even had a washer/dryer though we didn't use it. Master bed was a memory foam bed, other was softer. We'd definitely stay there again!

This was an excellent pick for our trip to Alexandria. A quick walk to a variety of shops and restaurants. The place was easy to find and dedicated, off-street parking. Plenty of room for us inside too.

The little cabin in the cities, is very clean, quaint and comfortable. It was spacious for us and had everything we needed for our 3 night stay. The property owner is easy to communicate with. The property is centrally located and in a quiet neighborhood. We enjoyed our stay.

Nice, quaint unit for 2 people. Shower was great, bed was very comfortable. Could have used a working ice maker, but not a big deal. Location was very convenient since I was playing in the Resorters golf tournament at Alexandria Golf Club and close to our favorite restaurant.

We loved how this house was close to Downtown Alexandria and easy to get anywhere we wanted to go! Very clean and affordable, and David was kind in all of his communications. Since it was a girls weekend, we appreciated having a second mirror outside of the bathroom for getting ready! We wish there would have been more blankets for the couch in the living room, but otherwise it was a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

He answered my questions promptly and it was nice to know he was close by if we needed anything. I would highly recommend this property!

Location was clean and perfect for our family. Property feels bigger than the pictures show. Only small suggestion is a mattress pad for the main bed. Thank you!
