Gated court yard - ideal for dogs
Facilities - Netflix, Alexa, Wi-Fi

3 seater sofa - for 4 guests…maybe could do with a separate chair too.

Good, quiet location. Close to town and beach. Easy parking at the rear of the flat. . Comfy double bed. Good kitchen facilities. TV. Good shower with unlimited hot water.
Uncomfortable low backed sofa. No hooks on bathroom door. Auto plug in the bathroom sink was difficult to open.

Tidy apartment but a bit small. Good location for the town without being right on top of things. Parking was easy and safe
If we had been 4 people visiting I think it would have been rather cramped. Even with 2 children in the very small second bedroom it would have been a struggle

Absolutely fantastic stay,Had a little hiccup for check in,However Amazing Georgia from the office soon sorted it out...Great location the apartment has everything you want and need to either cook breakfast or stay in for the night...Will definitely stay again as soon as its free to let again..Great parking at the rear good enclosed garden gate for our little dashund to be secure in..
Towel radiator in the bathroom could be moved to the wall left of the door as it doesn't fully open
Inward,other than that..nothing..

Fantastic location! Lovely spacious lounge/bedroom. Children’s room was ideal next to the bathroom. Nice big kitchen with table. Perfect outside court yard for the dogs. Easy to use TV with Netflix.
No plastic kitchen ware for children. The temperature in the shower kept fluctuating. The blinds didn’t keep much light out in the morning. No hoover or brush to able to clean up sandy floors.

There was no view from any windows. Just brick wall. Sea view when outside the front door.
Welcome pack wasn't there.
2nd bedroom very small and no where to store clothes.
Toilet/shower/washroom squashed in outside 2nd bedroom. Parking tight entrance.
A 3 seater sofa in a 4 bed apartment!

Really nice clean apartment. One of the comfiest beds ever and I have a bad back! Large great TV. Nice furnishings and decor.
Handy for seafront and Cromer and good parking and was dog friendly, so great for my dog too!
The address, number of the building wasn't listed anywhere and there was no name on the building. It is number 17 and needs to be given pre arrival. There was no key in front box. We had to ring agent, who were really helpful.
But we went to the back, as instructed and the next door neighbour, who was lovely and lives there-got the shock of her life when we walked up her back garden-as she lives in Flat 1, and her fence states that. Signs needed.
Toilet flush needs sorting as keeps filling up into Toilet, so you have to press flush for ages.

Self catering so no breakfast provided. Location was good, sea very near, a short walk to a supermarket and 10 minute walk into town. Parking outside the door to the apartment was acceptable.
Finding the property. The building was No. 17, but this was not in the information we received. The entrance to the apartment was around the back of the building and it was very difficult to see which rear door belonged to 17. Once found the key lock near the back door there was no problem with the code given.
