About this house rental
This is perfect for game weekends, graduations, family weekends, etc. WSU seems right on top of you with spectacular views of the university from some spots inside, and, during nice weather, of Moscow Mountain.
This is a quiet, basement-level house that belonged to wife's mom until she moved away. We'd rather not rent it out long-term. It in such a nice location (quiet neighborhood but close to WSU) that we've had multiple offers.
It has a small kitchen with heated tile, a mini-fridge, Keurig, air fryer, sink, double hot plate and a fire place (certain months).
There is an outdoor BBQ available for your use but most people on a quick trip to Pullman usually just go out to eat.
The main living area has a TV for movies, as well as a Blu-Ray DVD player. There are a **FEW** movies to chose from.
The WiFi is fast and stable.
The main bedroom has a king size bed. Additionally, there is a Murphy bed in the main area. Tucked away are TWO sets of bunk bed, making this the perfect big family or multi-generational getaway.
All in all, assuming two per king bed, and factoring 1-2 per queen bed, this sleeps six. Please note, that the POLICY for maximum number of people is 10, made up of four adults and six kids. We've had people try to bring 10 adults before saying it was OK with them to have some of them on the floor, etc. That's not what maximum number is set up for. It's set up to 10 to accommodate families! Please respect this and when you book, put an accurate number.
There is a play set outside for the kids.
There is an outdoor BBQ available for your use.
It's a 20-minute walk to the stadium. It's Pullman so, yes, it's uphill both ways :).

We loved this place during WSU freshman move in. Chappy was great support with all sorts of timely information on restaurants, parking etc. It’s a short walk to campus and very near all the Pullman shopping and dining. The place itself was immaculate and spacious. Very comfortable and clean. And outfitted with all the kit to make meals and really feel at home. Great stay!

Very nice unit with lots of room to spread out. King bed in bedroom is always a plus for me. Enjoyed the fireplace too. I also like that they do the dishes for you to ensure proper sanitation. Nice owner/manager who was very communicative.

Absolutely fantastic! The host is beyond friendly and helpful! So many thoughtful additions- There is a great welcome binder that was very informative, stocked with everything you could need for a great weekend. Plenty of space for the whole family, comfortable beds, great location, beautiful and quiet neighborhood, super clean. We will definitely stay if available on our next visit.

This was such a great find! The host is super friendly and very helpful. The place was so cute and cozy! It had everything we needed for a weekend in Pullman. The beds were very comfortable and the place was quite which I wasn't expecting since it was a basement. It's in a great neighborhood. I would highly recommend this place! I can't wait to come back and stay again.

Cannot say enough great things about this property! First and most amazing of all are the hosts!! There is a pheonemal welcome binder has absolutely everything you could ever need and then some! And the hosts even left us some delectable charcuterie and cheeses to welcome us to their home. They were just absolutely incredible from the first contact and throughout the entire stay! They checked in with us to be sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay, gave excellent directions to the house, and offered great suggestions for local businesses, but also gave us plenty of privacy. The first thing you notice when you walk into the place is that is truly feels like home! The unit itself is a beautiful basement area that is spacious, cozy and very easy to access. Comfy couches and recliners (and even an exercise bike!) and a large TV with streaminh apps for love game coverage. The beds were incredibly comfy and the unit was absolutely spotless withore than enough towels (we had four adults and the one bathroom worked great)! Truly felt like we were staying with family but without any of the drama! The neighborhood is quiet, easy to navigate and very walkable to campus and even nearby hot spots like the WSU gear store and Birch & Barley restaurant! Absolutely recommend this place and the hosts, hoping to make our visit an annual event now that we've found our home away from home! Go COUGS!

This property is extremely comfortable, clean and well-situated. The host family is incredibly friendly and kind, and they made the whole rental process easy and enjoyable.
"The Dugout" is very roomy/spacious and will be a great place for a family to share for vacation or special events in Pullman, and the price won't break the bank.
10/10 - Highly Recommend!

Our first time staying at a short term rental and it will be our last time staying at a hotel in Pullman. Hope this place is available for our next visit.

Very hospitable property owners, that made finding the property and checking in very easy. Was a very quick stay this time around but really enjoyed the property and would book again… about a 25-30 minute walk to Cougar stadium.
