Location was close to the freeway. Pool was nice.
The hotel changed companies and didn't inform us of the change (we had booked back in November). They honored the original rate of the room but upped the pet fee from $20 to $50 and didn't inform us of this change until we were checking in. I told 4 people we were traveling with a small dog (through the website, over the phone and upon check in). We stepped out of our room around 6 pm to swim for about 15 minutes with our son, after a 9 hour day in the car. We came back to the room to a call from the front desk regarding a noise complaint and the staffer asked us if we were traveling with a dog. When I brought it up to the front desk upon check out, they said people are sleeping (it was 6 pm), that they didn't know if we had been gone for hours (we were gone for 15 minutes). When I mentioned we had a return trip booked and weren't sure if we wanted to stay in a "pet friendly" hotel that was not pet friendly, the front desk asked if our dog could "behave itself". Our dog may have barked a bit but was quiet when we got back to our floor. My husband and I couldn't get breakfast together due to concerns we'd get another "noise complaint". On our return trip, a group of kids in a baseball tournament were staying at the hotel. Some of the kids almost decked our 2 year old with a football in the pool and pounded on our door multiple times, running down the hall. I guess they couldn't "behave" either. We heard other people all night - walls are thin. When I told the desk we paid a decent amount of money for this hotel, the staffer looked at her computer with a frown, as if I was exaggerating. Over $200 for a room for one night that is supposed to be pet friendly with a pool we can't use as a family is a lot. When I asked the front desk about local eateries, I was told "I don't know".

Toilet didn't flush and became clogged upon first flush (so was probably stopped up before we got there). Maintenance addressed while we went out to dinner

The staff on duty made sure we had a place to stay that night despite the challenges on locating our reservation in their system. He helped us to feel safe, and get the much needed rest after a very long travel time to the hotel.
Third party booking can sometimes be frustrating due to delay or lack of timely communication with the hotel staff.

Great Pullman hotel option. It's located close to food and entertainment (well, Pullmans version). The hotel itself is modern and well-maintained. The lobby has lots of seating, which comes in handy for breakfast and evening cookies and milk. Our room was exactly what we needed - 2 comfy beds, TV, bathroom - all in pristine condition.
Oh and it's worth calling out that they have a nightlight in the bathroom - one of the things I always wish were in more hotels. Being able to have that on as a light instead of having to blind yourself at 2am is a godsend to anyone that always has to get up at least once.
Breakfast wasn't our favorite, but it did the job.

location, front desk was polite
Overpriced. Room odor, things not working, given wrong room number, understaffed, breakfast ok, just many small things that can be easily fixed, but it the meantime shouldn’t charge so much.
