Nothing else like this exists on the market in terms of quality AND location to Universal & also Hollywood which is only 6 minutes away! This location is one of the few in LA that doesn't need a car although you do have a private 2 car garage for parking.

Views from multiple rooms, High end furniture and bedding make this the place for the pickiest of guests.

I was looking for a last-minute vacation rental for 4 adults and 4 children for a Universal Studios trip and got so lucky to have found this place! It is walking distance to the theme park, and you can see the parking structure from the window, although due to the parking situation as well as having an elderly person and 4 little children under 8 years old, we opted to drive over anyway. We had an SUV and a large truck with us, and I knew only one would fit in the garage based on the owner's instructions and previous reviews. The owner mentioned parking on side streets or a parking garage, but the street parking signs were a bit confusing - some required a permit, others stated no parking between 8am-6pm, and others stated 2 hour parking between 8am-6pm. We ended up parking the truck in the evenings in the after 6pm spots, and moving the truck before 8am. One spot is right in front of the property, so that was a plus. We initially tried the parking structure, however, Google Maps has it pointing to the Nissan dealership, whereas the structure is on the other side of the street. Looking online, you think you can get parking for $1.25 for 2 hours, but the rate is actually $1.25 per 15 minutes! So we got charged $8 for <2 hrs of parking. Basically, if you just have one mid-sized car, you're golden. Other than that, the owner was so attentive and responsive via the booking app! Communication was very professional. Home was well stocked and the kids loved it!

Perfect location for people going to universal studios and the hollywood area. Walkable to the park - but mostly uphill (or drive over in 2-3 mins). Kitchen was well appointed - including 2 coffee machines, toaster & tea kettle - which made for a pleasant stay. All three bedrooms on second floor were nice with HUGE closets. Very comfortable beds in all. Downstairs bonus room/4th bedroom was bigger than expected! Great for family gathering to watch TV - and great with its own bathroom. The full size sofa bed was very comfy. And the small outdoor area off this room was a nice bonus. While it is close to the highway, there is very little noise. And if you are an In-and-Out fan, there is one walking distance (the drive-thru line in insane!) Property manager (Sean) was extremely responsive and a pleasure to work with. Two small notes for future renters: 1. Stairs - there are lots of stairs (I believe my mom counted 38) which could be challenging for young children or guests of advanced age. They are a bit steep. 2. garage is quite small so likely only can really hold one car when the garbage cans are not out on the curb. Our family would stay here again.

Close to Universal. Clean. Plenty of space to sleep. We had 11 in our group. Only thing is maybe more paper towels available & dryer sheets & fabric softener for laundry. It was a great place to stay.

Place was super clean and equipped with coffee /keurig which was a huge plus to us! We traveled with 4 adults and 6 kids and lower level was perfect for them to all sleep . Team was very responsive to any questions that we had. Highly recommend !

Informed the owner about possibly checking in 30 minutes early hours before and had to wait outside for around 15-20 minutes in front as we got no confirmation it was okay to go in. Property was very clean and tidy which was nice! But beware of parking, my small civic barely fit. I don’t really understand how this is supposed to host 10+ people but we made it work :)) Shawn was very well at communicating and even delivered donuts the morning we woke up! The main downside is there is a really bad ant infestation here when we woke up our first day. No food was left out but it seems they were attracted to the water in the drains… our kids had a hard time sleeping as they would wake up with ants on them. Overall not a bad stay but for the price there were definitely some hiccups.

We liked the house , but the dining room is not comfortable, and the master room is small, the garage fit only one car When we arrived the trash of the previous guest was there and the smell of the house was awful, we sent to the owner and he asked us to put the trash outside, he was quickly responded to us every time and he sent a box of donuts and I thanked him for that Overall the house is good and the location is excellent and the owner is responding quickly

Shawn was an amazing host! Quick to respond and checked in if we needed anything. This townhouse is clean, has a two-car garage attached, and a balcony or patio on every floor. We stayed with another family and fit comfortably. Highly recommend this place, especially if you’re planning on going to Universal Studios.

I must say Shawn was one of the greatest host we’ve ever encountered. I was faced with a last minute business trip a day before the booking. Shawn ensured that our trip was worry and trouble free!!! He was attentive to each detail and made absolutely sure the check in process was without a hitch. He went above and beyond and we are so appreciative!!! The property is immaculate and is superbly accommodative to every ages needs!! If you are ever in need of a property in the Los Angeles Shawn’s location is without a doubt the first location I would recommend!!!! We stayed here for 2 days so we could take our kids to Universal Studios. Super close to Universal Studios,did not have to get on the freeway at all. This townhouse was so clean and cozy and had super nice views. We had 4 adults and 4 kids; sleeping and bathroom layout was perfect. My sister and niece had a room with a bathroom, my husband and I had a room and a large bathroom with large walk-in closet and the 4 kids shared the other 2 rooms; the rooms are a very nice size. Then there is a half bathroom in downstairs living and kitchen area. The kitchen is very spacious and super nice. Host had coffee and snacks set out for us, such a nice touch.. There is a garage were our Armanda SUV fit but there is only room for one vehicle, we had two but there was parking down the street not to far from townhouse. Shawn the host responds quickly and had all the info we needed before we checked in. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you🙂

Checking in was super smooth. The host Shawn was super timely with communication the whole time, the place was just like the pictures, i cooked dinner for my sister who recently beat cancer and had a couple family members over to just enjoy each others company. Couldn't of been more perfect! thank you so much for hosting us the place is wonderful and so are you!
