Perfect stay

The location is amazing, rooms are clean and comfortable. I was earlier than expected and was granted a gracious early check in. Fantastic!

Would recommened this hotel

The room was large and appointed with modern furniture and fixtures, it was a pleasant surprise after several weeks travelling. The hotel was an excellent base for our plans of seeing Beverley Hills and Universal Studios.

If you’re in LA for universal studios this is the right place to stay

It’s a 9 minute easy walk to Universal Studios

The second night I ordered a water bottle and it was with cost, 9 dollars!

The price and convenience was worth it… we would stay again.

Walking distance to universal studios and shuttle is available… area was nice and safe just to walk and have some sun.

It’s not i didn’t like it but it’s a little pricey but it was worth it for being so close to universal studios.

The location and staff were great, the price was not.

Close to Universal Studios, short walk to room, room service, shuttle to Universal Studios. The staff were all lovely, very helpful!

$45 a day for parking in addition to the room price. The room was basic. I thought it would be newer, or nicer for the price. The beds were okay.

I didn’t receive my hilton honors points because i booked through a third party- had no idea this would happen. Super mad about it. Will think twice before booking with a third party again.

Next time we are going to University Hollywood we would stay again.

Fresh,hot,always replenishing in a huge variety to choose from. Weight staff was very attentive, even though it was just a Buffett we got.

The towel is like just soaked in disinfectant water hard and smell, the water temperature of the bath water is not well adjusted, lived for three days did not come to my room to clean the room, no one changed the drinking water of the room, but has always retained the water charge, the front desk is not suitable for engaging in the service industry

A well-located hotel with mediocre service, misleading policies, and no suites.

Good location.

Hilton required the purchase of two rooms for a family of 5. Shuttle to Universal is inconsistent and staff are aloof. There are nearly no suites and the rooms are nice but not high-end.

Shuttle times posted wrong and staff said bye take note of this wrong I for which made for a Uber ride when we could have shuttles the oldest and youngest in our group

Disappointed. I expected more from Hilton.

Staff are friendly and helpful. The cleanliness of the hotel and the room.

Im disappointed how the pool is not heated. The beds are full, not queen size. This is the only hotel I have stayed that charged for internet. The toilet paper is as rough as sand paper. And the breakfast is not free and its over priced. I would not stay here again. I would not recommend this hotel to my family and friends.

A very high overall standard of accommodation close to Universal.

Walking distance to Universal Studios Hollywood. A very well presented hotel, multiple food options including easy access to the City Walk. Large well appointed rooms. Very friendly, helpful staff.

Perfect hotel to stay at when visiting Universal!

It was a beautiful hotel with nicely-sized rooms to comfortably fit my family of four. The view from our room was spectacular. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The pool and hot tub were also very nice. A short walk to Universal Studios and City Walk, but a shuttle was also offered for those who would prefer not to walk.

The on-site restaurant offered breakfast but it was very expensive. Even the on-site Starbucks was more expensive than usual - so much so that even my teenager decided it wasn’t worth it for his morning mocha. We went over to the Starbucks at Universal Studios and actually paid less.

Perfect location for a visit to Universal parks

Perfect location for our visit to Universal, we could either get the shuttle to the parks or walk 10 mins direct no problem. The room was lovely and spacious and had a great view. the bar was busy both nights and a great spot for a well earned post Mario cocktail

Lovely stay, misunderstanding at breakfast

Great rooms, right next to universal

We had a misunderstanding after prepaying breakfast. I had paid in advance through my reservation. When I got to the restaurant, the host explained that the advance payment was only for our two adults, two kids’ buffets were yet unpaid and $23 each. What’s more, the hot breakfast for adults was $10 more than the $23 we already paid in advance, so we had prepaid only 46/112+tip. We had a great time at the hotel and parks, but if we did it again I would skip prepaying for breakfast.

Breakfast was good the first buffet ($35) but not del second one($25) the receptionist was not good let it us to enjoy the first choice. according to me I get there on time. You have specific hours and you don't respect your one rules.
