Came up to DC for college tours. Stayed here while visiting Howard University and it was a perfect location. The property is clean and comfy!

This is an amazing property in historic Washington DC. Everyone had plenty of room and we were able to make meals. The property owner had everything that we needed. The property was extremely clean and very handy. Wonderful stay!

We really enjoyed the character of this home while also appreciating some of the upgrades it had. Our family of 6 fit comfortably and had a fun time playing games at night. It was very clean, had all of the items we needed to enjoy our stay and the owner was very communicative about our visit. It’s a quick walk to the train station, and the cutest grocery store is just down the street. Loved staying here.

Had a great time in this property. Was close enough to everything that we could easily Uber or ride bikes.

This was a great and affordable option so close to all of the monuments. While it was just me, I definitely appreciate that it was 2 bd/1.5 bath with a sleeper sofa for a family trip in the future.

This cute little home was exactly what we needed. We were visiting family who live nearby, and this townhouse was perfect. We had some confusion about one of the extra beds (an airbed, instead of a sofa bed), but the owner came right over and straightened it all out. If you're a light sleeper, be aware that you'll hear normal city noises (it's on a main street), and bring some earplugs.

Our family of six had a great time in this convenient rowhouse. Very close to all attractions. Unit was as advertised and host was extremely accessible and responsive. Def recommend.

This home perfectly fit the needs for our family during our trip. It was quaint, comfortable and the perfect distance away from the National Mall using the metro. We all enjoyed making memories here just as much as the time spent in the Capitol.

Condo was as advertised: Well kept and perfect for a 6 day DC trip with my family of 5. Great host with good communication & easy check in. Property was clean and well equipped. Walking distance to metro, and street parking was usually easy. Neighborhood felt safe, but not exactly clean or charming (typical of less affluent regions in cities like DC). The property was mostly a place to sleep and eat breakfast. Great BBQ place across the street, and farmer's market on the corner Saturday was fun. Would stay here again.

My group and I were very excited about this Vrbo, as it is in a great location and close to our family members that we were visiting. The home was well-stocked and cozy, but we quickly started having a water leak issue that became significant (water leaking from upstairs down into the ceiling around a light fixture and an air vent in the kitchen.) We notified the owner immediately, but maintenance did not come by during our visit. So for two days, we had towels and bowls in the kitchen floor catching the dripping water. The owner noted that this was not the first time that the water had leaked like this. It was certainly an inconvenience and had a negative impact on our visit, as I had to report updates and changes on the leak situation to the owner for two days of our short visit. I was hoping to use this Vrbo again in the future since it is located so close to our family members in DC, but I'm not sure that I would stay here again after this issue.

Our stay in Pelumi's apartment was very pleasant. The apartment is as listed and just a 10 min cab ride to most D.C. attractions. Pelumi was extremely easy to communicate with by phone/text and was always available. I would definitely stay here again and will recommend to friends.

The location and accommodations was wonderful, with only a few bumps in the road. It was easy walking distance to the Metro and a beautiful home. The unfortunate downside is that there was loud music blasted at the bar across the street a couple of nights and the windows just didn't hold up to the noise level. I also wish there had been a full size coffee maker in the kitchen, but overall, we enjoyed our stay.

Being a row-house in dc I assumed it would be cramped but it never felt that way. Queen bed was very comfortable. AC had a little trouble keeping the second level cool but that didn’t effect our sleep. All in all great, issue-free stay

The apartment was just right for our needs. It was clean and welcoming. Communication with the host was excellent. We were a 15 or 20 minute Uber or taxi ride away from our daily destinations which worked out well for us.

We were extremely happy with our stay in this property. The host has done a great job to make this a relaxing stay. They are stocked up on a lot of essentials, which is a huge help when you're from out of town. The property was very clean and tidy. Overall we would gladly stay there again

Bed is comfy, home is beautiful. Waking distance to restaurants. Busy street. Recommend earplugs at bedtime to help with noise as no tv in bedroom. Would stay again!

The house I believe works better for a couple. The main bedroom has glass doors with no curtains so it was hard to change in that bedroom with our children on the upper level. Also the sofa to us for sleeping did not work for my son. It was too small and too bright to sleep as there are no curtains in the living space only blinds.
The kitchen was great to help us cook. Also the place looks good. It was easy access to gyms and great coffee shop. We did not reach out to the host as we were busy with graduation and try to make the best of the it.

Just as described and shown in the pictures. Cute house and good location, less than 1 mile walk to the metro. Easy to get around and made perfect home base for 4 of us. Beds were extremely comfortable.
Easy walk to grocery store.
Went out for pizza and trivia night around the corner at Big Bear cafe.
Communication with the host was easy and fast. Would definitely stay here again if we come back to the area.

It was a great place to stay for our family vacation. We did a ton of walking, our choice, but decently located to stores, food, and places of interest. Very clean and nicely furnished. Beds were comfy, shower and bathroom were great. Kitchen worked well and very functional. Nice living space with games and nice tv.

This place was in a good location for sightseeing. Easy access to Metro, Uber/Lyft, even walking. The house is just lovely too. Very comfortable beds. If you aren’t used to city sleeping it could be a bit loud in the front bedroom. Found parking nearby and only had to move once for street cleaning. If you stay here you MUST eat at DCity Smokehouse across the street! So good!

The rental was clean and spacious. We stayed on a Friday and the BBQ place across the street was a bit noisy.
