It was nice and well kept.

I booked into Scottsdale but they made the reservation in Tempe. I had a difficult time with the contact person on the phone after I went to scottsdale I couldn't get in initially. Although, she did advise her supervisor and was able to fix the situation for me and get me a room in scottsdale. Frustrating night to be sure.. I appreciate the supervisors help.

Good location, easy check in. Lots of restaurants a short drive away.
Room smelled musty, maybe from old cigarette smoke. No streaming on the TV, but did have a hdmi outlet to plug your own fire stick or roku into. Felt a little grimy even though it appeared to be clean. If you're in a budget and need the extra space for kids it's fine.

old building under construction, noisy during day by worker, and at night by long term guest kids playing basketball til 1 am room above me up all night taking shower every hours till 7 am

This property was close to everything we needed. Access was easy and it was extremely quiet.
Not really much to dislike.

I think they have a very good thing going on there. The reasonable rate is awesome, plus you actually have some privacy to where you can rest (without cleaning staff knocking on the door at 8am every Morning).
These are not things that I DID NOT LIKE, but rather just suggestions for any Modern Day Hotel. 1. The Hotel should ask that all Large Work Trucks and Company Commercial Type Trucks (Or any other Over-Sized Vehicles) To Please park in the back row of the parking lot (and EVEN IF THERE IS NOT A SIGN, If you have a big vehicle and are reading this, you should be courteous and park in the back row, to give others room to unpack). 2. I understand that this Hotel uses an “Automated Check-In / Out), meaning that you do not check-in or out with the front desk, but just by e-mail), so they really l don’t do the daily cleaning in the morning to give you, your privacy, which is fine, but they should have a place by the front desk somewhere, where people can buy extra toilet paper, paper towels, and other essential items out of a machine or something like that. 3. They should maybe have some type of notification system to where if you type in a code MORE THAN ONCE that the hotel gives you for original check-in, and if the code does not work, that the system immediately red flags that code and the person on the Phone Duty for the Hotel, can text message the Client rapidly with a new re-set code. That way if there is a glitch in the system, the Hotel Staff can take care of the issue quickly.

Terrible place. Construction, noise, loud people, careless management. Not worth your money. Also lots of transient people staying for months there. Dirty premises. We even got sick from the fumes from a room Construction that they failed to tell us about so we jad to move rooms. AVOID AT ALL COST!
Everything.

location was good
unclean, poor a/c system, door handle came off, bathtub dirty, hallway unclean, lobby door locked me out, coffee filter dirty, cig smokers too close to door, want a refund

very dated, dirty bathroom.

good location
well situated

The staff was very friendly!
the pool was closed. (one reason I chose the place)
The "Fitness" room had a treadmill and elliptical, that's it, no weights (another reason I had chosen the place)
Public spaces were not clean.
The facility is being renovated, which is needed. And then you will probably pay more :-)
Affordable- but you get what you pay for.

Location was good
No staff on property after 7pm we couldn't get towels....they charged us for early $50 and ended up charging us for the room price again and still didnt get to check in until 3:30p.. No iron in room No working TV, blow dryer, dishes were discussing. I had to get the code to the door reset 3 times the girl at the counter didn't know how to fix it and I was sitting in the lobby for over an hour while she tried to figure it out. Checking in was a nightmare the link they sent wouldn't scan my ID or my passport they had to n use there personal phone to scan a photo of my ID the windows wouldn't stay open...hall's were discussing. Elevator floors had garbage and spilt drinks in them I would like a refund but I'm sure you won't get it approved I will be surprised if I get the money back that she double charged me for.

Spacious unit, looks like a small apartment, it is complete.
The carpet looks old .
The stair way i used to get in and out was a little stinky, probably the water they use to map was old or dirty.
3.3
To much time getting the rooms, Not enough Talls.
From desk word profession of what they were doing.
3.3
Almost nothing
There was a foul smell in all hallways and the room that didn't go away even when the staff were cleaning. Everything is so old and crappy. We asked for an additional spoon (there was only one there) and it took them 3 days to give that to us. Tl;dr not a good place to stay, not even worth the money.
3.3
Very little to say, it was comfortable.
There were no towels in the suite when we got there, took forever to get them, hallways and elevator stunk, people in and out all hours of the night, no evening or night staff.
3.3
Bed was comfortable. Had a small kitchenette with all the basics. size of rooms were good with 2 TVs.
Inadequately stocked with only 2 bath towels and despite bringing this up, didn't get more towels until going to the office 2 days later. VERY dated interior halls and "felt" dirty. We were locked out of our room and exterior parking lot door by the code changing before checkout time. No service to the room provided. Instead of once again going to the front desk, we bought our own toilet paper - wasn't worth the hassle.

in a good neighborhood
we were not able to access our room as told had to wait until room was cleaned. this seemed to be a chronic problem every day in talking with other guests . we’re told we would be given a credit for the delay which we have not received. was told we would get an additional credit for the delay in receiving the first credit which we have still not received. staff were quite sketchy in appearance and demeanor with the exception of the front desk clerk. the entire property had an unpleasant order mostly in the hallways. hallways on two of the three floors I witnessed were very dirty. in the 10 days we were there only saw someone vacuuming once. laundry area was also dirty. one washing machine out of order. while our room was clean we saw cockroaches every morning in kitchen area. utensils were lacking in our unit. required us to buy.
3.3
The room was clean and comfortable.
A very bad smell was wafting in through the vents on the first day there. It smelled like a mixture of cigarettes and marijuana smoke The smell was gone overnight and the next day.
3.3
No idea they giving breakfast away
3.3
The location was good and the room was nice.
There was no breakfast if that was your question. There were only two wash machines, one was out of service and the other would only fill with water and sit there with no movement then empty and repeat in the rinse cycle with no movement. it should have been taken out of service. If you entry code doesn't work at night good luck, they didn't answer the number listed on the door right away, they did message me back much later. They say they are not staffed from 11pm to 5am but the truth was more like 6pm to 9am. Some of the elevator buttons didn't work well and needed to be fixed.
3.3
A lot of deferred maintenance - plugs that didn't work, fuses blown, really ugly wallpaper.

The property was in a great location near everything. Outside of the building looked nice with lots of parking. We arrived after hours when we checked in online.
The hallway of the complex needed some upgrades as the carpet was quite worn/dirty and the smell of weed walking down to our room was less desirable.
Once inside the unit, it was better for cleanliness and the carpet was newer. Now there was three of us travelling and so we needed to use the pullout bed but unfortunately not all the bedding was there and with it being after 8 pm we couldn’t have additional bedding brought in. With this our third traveller ended up staying with other family.
We never used the pool or any other part of the facility as it was just used to sleep.
The price was right compared to other locations nearby
