Prepare to bring your own toilet paper and soaps. Coffee maker is old fashioned Mr Coffee type. Plan ahead to bring ground coffee and filters. Dishwasher door did not shut so stuck handwashing dishes for the entire stay. Two small T fal fry pans for cooking. No garbage disposal. Tiny washer and dryer, cannot use fireplace. Very confusing to find unit. Arrived after dark and only instructions were building and unit number. We wandered around for about 20 minutes and found our unit thanks to another tenant out walking. Once we were inside the unit there was a note telling us our parking space number. Should have given us this information ahead of time. Lots of dogs but otherwise quiet. Great location near grocery stores and shopping.

Comfortable condo, convenient location. Perfect as a home base while visiting local family. and taking day trips to Antelope Canyon and Sedona. Host proactively addressed any questions we could have during our stay. Easy seamless stay!

Although the pool was not available during our stay, the owner was upfront and honest regarding this prior to booking. The location was perfect for all that we had planned. Very quite complex.

My wife and I enjoyed the quiet neighborhood and the comfortable condo. We liked being close to all the things we were interested in without being right in the middle of Scotsdale.

The unit was nice and decently appointed. Kitchen was adequate and furnishings pretty standard. Location was good for us, not exactly close to the 'action' of Scottsdale but where we wanted to be.
The problem we encountered, though probably not the owner's fault, was that there wasn't enough TP for the first night. We arrived late in the evening, unpacked and got ready for bed without realizing there wasn't even half a roll of TP in the entire unit. The owner's info stated there may not be enough for our entire stay, which is fine, but less than half a roll is ridiculous. I had to dress and go out to the store and guess what, all the grocery stores within 5 miles all close by 11pm. So I took a 7 mile drive and finally ended up at a Circle K after midnight to buy the TP. Never had anything like this happen to us yet and hopefully never again as it was an unnecessary hassle and easily avoided. Nothing to bother the owners about in the middle of the night but definitely a big letdown. Also, there was not one speck of soap for the dishwasher. We didn't use many dishes but couldn't even run the ones we used.
Like I said the problem probably lies with the cleaning crew but if you want to rent this unit you probably better be better prepared than we were.

Great property and location is very convenient. The listing doesn’t specify but FYI coffee maker is drip style - so you can get the coffee you like at the local Fry’s. Angie was easy to communicate with and I had a great visit at Bella Terra.

We really enjoyed our relaxing and comfortable ten-day stay during March in this one-bedroom, vacation rental unit at Bella Terra. This was our third time staying in a vacation rental at Bella Terra, but the first time in this unit. We liked having a ground floor unit on the interior of the complex. We really like the location of Bella Terra. It is convenient to get to Scottsdale and several spring training ball parks, yet not right in the middle of a busy tourist area. Having grocery shopping (Fry’s, Trader Joe’s, and Whole Foods) nearby was great, as we ate most of our meals in the condo. We enjoyed the very nice swimming pool area and adjacent exercise/ gym.
The Southwest décor of the condo is fresh and nice. The condo was very quiet and clean. The condo was well maintained. The rental rate was reasonable for March. The kitchen area was well equipped with both large and small appliances. It had enough pots, pans, utensils and dishware for our needs. We were not sure that the dishwasher was working right so we washed our dishes by hand. But Angie said she would check on it after we left. We found the king bed to be comfortable, and fairly firm. The bathroom was nice and had nice towels.
Angie was communicative and easy to deal with. She was responsive to any questions that we had.
The HVAC worked well and kept the condo very comfortable. The Wi-Fi Internet worked well throughout the condo and on the patio, and the Internet speed was adequate for our needs. Cell phone reception in and around the condo was good. The washer and dryer in the condo worked well. We would rent this unit again.

The owner was very responsive and was quick to respond. The property was well looked after as far as the grounds and pool area. The hot tub quit while we were there but was repaired in a day or so. The condo was clean but is in need of some updates. The appliances are dated. The refrigerator had two containers to catch the condensing water in. The dishwasher had to be hip checked to close the door and was VERY LOUD when ran. We did not use the stove. There were a few lights that were burnt out in the unit - one light in the vanity, light over the stove and the light in the walk-in closet. The furniture is old and worn out…. The faux leather cushions were cracked and well worn. The cutlery was old and some of the knives reminded us of hockey sticks and were as sharp as bowling balls…. The towels could use some updating as they too are old and have seen better days…. Not wanting to be too critical but in our opinion a few upgrades are needed so the unit aligns to the listing description. We have rented several VRBO’s over the years and this property is one of the few we have ever left a negative review of. The price of the rental needs to reflect the condition of the appliances and amenities. We thought we were paying for the accommodations described in the listing…. and as of the time this review was written the listing description does not reflect the current state of the unit. We would stay here again but the price needs to be updated to reflect the condition of the contents or the contents need to be updated to reflect the listing.

Very well keep condo. A pleasure to stay there.
I assume that the owners also use the unit given its very nice overall appearance. It just has that cared for look. Pretty much anything you need is there. I won't comment on the overall development and area because we have been staying at different units in the complex for 9 years. We wouldn't be coming back if it wasn't great.
A comment vs a complaint is that the tv selection is basic and the tv in the bedroom is on the small size. Not a game-breaker for me.
Highly recommended.

Exceeded Expectations
My husband and I made a last minute decision on a week's vacation in Phoenix. I found this unit on VRBO. It was reasonably priced with a great location. The unit is very clean and quiet, despite being just off Scottdale Road. The interior is up-to-date and stocked with what you would normally find in a VRBO.
We used the pool and hot tub on our last day. Both the pool and hot tub were well-maintained.
The owners were low-key with their instructions (which is appreciated, as I have stayed in units where there are directions and warnings all over). We would most definitely return to this unit and recommend it to others.

Great Place in Paradise Valley

Comfortable condo in a great Scottsdale location
My wife and I spent two months in this overall comfortable one bedroom condo in the heart of north Scottsdale convenient to shopping, cultural spots, parks and access to freeways. Since we are short, we found the bed and living room furniture a bit too large for us, but that was the only drawback to an otherwise very pleasant stay.. The property was well equipped with dishes and utensils for utilizing the full kitchen and dining room. We had our own assigned parking space in the lot, with a carport, right outside the condo.
The owner although in Canada was very prompt in her communications with us whenever we had questions or requests. Thanks for a pleasant escape from the midwest winter.

Super convenient location and pretty property
The location is beyond good. As a bike rider, it was very easy to get onto non busy streets and enjoy the sunshine and low traffic. The pool and grounds are very well kept and the condo itself was quite comfortable. A couple of maintenance issues popped up and Angie was super responsive and took care of us in a very timely fashion. Overall it was a great experience.

Great place!
I stayed here with my wife and one-year-old daughter. There was plenty of room for us, and we all liked the pool, the bed, the bathroom and being able to cook food in the kitchen. Bella Terra is a very nice complex, and its location was pretty good for exploring some of the parks and mountains around the Phoenix area and shopping in old Scottsdale

Great location and well kept condo
My husband and I traveled to Phoenix for his 30th birthday. The condo was well kept and the location was great. We basically had the pool to ourselves, other than on Saturday. It was still very quite at the common areas. We have three complaints about the condo. 1. There were multiple burnt out light bulbs, which should be checked each time someone checks out of the condo. 2. The owners should invest in nicer pots/pans. Nonstick pans will be less of a headache and look nicer for guests. You can find great nonstick pans at places like TJ Maxx or Marshals for not too expensive. 3. The comforter was a little dirty, which was kind of gross. Overall we really enjoyed our stay and loved how comfortable the condo felt.

Wonderful stay!
This is a really nice place to stay. The condo was wonderfully appointed with all the amenities I needed. It was very clean with absolutely lovely decor. The bed was comfortable (the couch less so, just for sitting, did not need the sofa bed), the wifi worked great, lots of storage space, and there is a washer and dryer in the unit. The location was very convenient for me as I was attending a conference nearby. It's also close to gas stations, restaurants, shopping, grocery stores, etc. Everything you need is within a few mile radius, and it's also close enough to downtown Scottsdale. The complex itself is very pretty, lots of greenery and flowers around. I did not use the pool because it was just too dang hot. If my work travels take me to Scottsdale again (but oh please I hope not in June), I would love to stay here again.
I do have two suggestions. The owner lives in Canada so obviously there is someone local to handle cleaning and such. I would highly recommend that this local person turn on the air conditioner on the day of the renter's arrival (when the weather is warm, of course). When I arrived at 6:00 PM, it was 122 degrees in Scottsdale. Inside the unit, it was 90 degrees, and the air conditioner was off. Even after running it for several hours, it was still 80 when I went to bed. The other suggestion is the addition of a pedestal fan. I could have used it!

Overall very pleased
The place was just as described, great, quiet location. The pool was wonderful and relaxing. We easily found the trail just off of the property and enjoyed running on the quiet trails to the north along the golf courses, etc. Overall, we would highly recommend staying here.
