We love the location. It was convenient to all the key sites in Florence. The check-in process was easy and smooth and our host was very helpful prior to our arrival. The unit is very clean and well equipped. We love the fact that the bedrooms and bathrooms were all on the back side of the apartment, so there was little or no noise. We would definitely stay there again on our next trip to Florence.

Overall this home was great. Short walk to most attractions in Florence. It was perfect for our family as we each had a bedroom and bathroom. The team at Flo was very helpful and always responded immediately to any questions we had. The home was spacious. We were there in the middle of summer and the air conditioning worked throughout the home. The only issue we had is a shower in one of the bathrooms that leaked to the underneath tenants bathroom that caused us not to use the shower for a day while the owners fixed the problem. For older couples be aware that you have to climb up 36 steps to get to the home and it was difficult when carrying our luggage.
I would definitely stay again if the opportunity arises and would recommend others to stay. Thanks for sharing your home with us. Florence is such a beautiful city with so much to do and plenty of places to eat and drink.

My adult children and I stayed in this very well appointed apartment for 3 nights. The location was perfect (around the corner from the David). Easy walking to everything we wanted to do and see in Florence. The apartment layout was great for our group. We loved ending our days around the kitchen table playing cards, laughing and recapping the memories we made that day. Isn't that was travel is really about?
It is described in other reviews, but the stairs up to the apartment are quite steep, but only two flights and worth the effort!

We were very happy with our apartment in Florence. The location was great, 100 feet from the Academia with the David sculpture, and the Duomo in the center of town. Our adult children had European compatibale smart phones, but as Grandparents we didnt have the right phones, so the checkin at the door of the apartment could have been a problem since they use Vikey mobile app. So we cleared passports before we left the US and Flo Apartments would have had someone meet us to get inbif needed, but our kids phones worked with the electronic access app and Flo folks dropped off a key the next day for the street level door. The Flo folks were very responsive and even helped us with a Rome apartment problem we had and Flo could have just said sorry but they didnt do that. Thanks to Barbara at Flo we got our problem worked out. VRBO agents on the other hand were terrible! It took 6 calls to them and 4.5 hours of talking and calling to get them to follow their own policy on not paying cash directly to an owner, but to make all payments to VRBO, and to get the correct payments credited properly. So great job Flo, and shame on you VRBO.

This place was amazing! Perfect location, quiet at night but so close to everything in the city, walking everywhere was a breeze from the apartments location. The beds were great and everything was super clean. My credit card kept getting denied when the host tried to run it and she was so patient with us as we were having trouble getting our bank to accept the charge. I would definitely stay here again! Highly recommend!

This apartment was perfect! Having the space for a group of 6 adult sized individuals it was perfect! Both in bed space and bathrooms. Location was ideal, close to many attractions but also outside the main tourist zone. The communication and ease of access to the property was such a blessing amid the chaos of travel and details. Only note about the property was that there were not screens on windows and even in winter when we opened the windows to get a bit of fresh air we were inundated with mosquitos. Covered in bites wasn't exactly the souvenir we were hoping for! :) But overall this location was great! would absolutely recommend, but suggest bringing some mosquito spray.

Our family of 5 stayed here for 3 nights near Christmas. The apartment is as advertised, was very clean with high end bathroom and kitchen furnishings and tasteful decor throughout. The beds were comfortable, rooms had lots of natural light, and the common area is quite large - so large that it could probably hold another couch or a few more comfortable chairs, which could be a nice addition. The location is also great, less than a minute from the Academia Gallery and convenient walking distance to most other notable sites in Florence. We were able to check ourselves in and the owners even let us access the apartment early once their cleaners were finished. We had no problems during our stay but the owners were easily accessible via WhatsApp. Overall, this was a great place to stay!
A few things to note. The apartment is on the second floor and the 3 flights of steps up from the street are very steep, which were difficult to climb for 1 member of our party who is older. Also, we visited in December and although there were multiple radiators, the apartment tended to be cold (we were wrapping ourselves in our blankets even during the day) but we are from Phoenix which is obviously a warmer climate.

Wonderful apartment. Great location with attractions all within easy walk.
Does need another sofa and soundproofing - we had a noise complaint from downstairs and we are not particularly boisterous.
Other than that- perfecto

Wonderful property right across the street from Accademia and only 10 minutes walk from Il Duomo. Very centrally located and easy walking furnace to all central Florence sights. Up three flights of steep steps, but flat is one level. Great living space and all three bedrooms have their own full bath. Very clean and well apportioned. Communication with property manager very easy. Highly recommend!

Everything is within a 20 min walk - the Duomo is less than 10 min. The apartment itself is spacious and well appointed. The check in process was very efficient. Definitely worth a rebooking in our future. To note - not for anyone that can't manage stairs. Only 2 stories up, but steep. Not a big deal for most travelers, but proved a challenge for my 76 year old mother (though she did it several times every day!).

The apartment was everything we could ask for, with all of the amenities, great air conditioning, laundry, and a full kitchen. Steps from the statue of David and close to all other attractions in Florence

Beautiful place, clean and spacious. Perfect location for us to walk to all the famous attractions. Owners were very responsive to questions and helpful with suggestions. Very easy check-in. Fair warning… the narrow entry staircase is marble, and we forgot that the 2nd floor in Europe is technically the 3rd floor (for Americans). Since we were 5 adults on an extended holiday, lugging the luggage and wine carriers was quite a workout! (But that was on us!). We highly recommend this place.

The apartment is much prettier and more spacious than the photos reveal. It is a steep walk with bags to get to its location on the second floor however. But once you get there it is worth it!

My wife and I came with our 3 teen daughters. Everything was as advertised. From the communication with Barbara, to the charming apartment that was clean and nicely remodeled to the location, we could not have asked for more. Honestly at a loss to write any negatives or things that need improving. We would definitely recommend this property and if we are ever back in Florence would rent again. Thank you Barbara!
