Un séjour très agréable qui donne envie de revenir malgré quelques petits bémols.

Personnel très sympathique et serviable. Localisation excellente en bord de mer. Nos remarques concernant la nourriture étaient prises en compte et nous avons senti une volonté de nous satisfaire.

Nourriture basique, répétitive et parfois de mauvaise qualité,(fruits décongelés, café insipide, desserts gras et sucrés.). Le service était expéditif. Pas possible de traîner à table. L entrée, le plat principal et le dessert nous étaient apportés parfois en même temps.

Perfect for 3 star hotel

The location is right at the beach! For a 3 star hotel the facilities are perfect. It is a fammily run hotel and owners are kind and ready to help you in any case. For expl. My fob car key run out of batteries and the got a new one for me, that was a great help for me. Since i was with kids they upgraded my room to suite without additional charge or request! There is a parking lot behind the hotel. The breakfast was very rich and we did really enjoy it. First time in Albania to have a high pressure shower and did not have to swim in it 🙂.

Cover sheets should be to cover all sheet not only the underpart as when u sleep and move it goes away. Just a friendly advice 🙂

Choose another one. There are plenty around.

It's in short distance to the beach. If you are into that kind of holiday switching from the beach to the hotel and back, it's a plus i think.

I didn't even try to settle this matter with the staff since we only planned to stay there for one day: The room was awful. It stank out of the siphons in the bathroom and there was black mold all over the shower. We could have discussed this with the stuff but that's the room we got and this is the review you get. It was nothing that came over night. I'm sure they are giving this room to the next one, who is not complaining, today. That I let them make me pay in Leke by their exchange rate of 125:1 is on me I guess. Now that I've been there I believe many of the other people's reviews are true.

Nice average

The hotel is right on the beach. The owner is too nice and cares about the guests and their needs. The utensils in the restaurant are impeccably clean. The beach is cleaned every day. The rooms are solidly furnished and decently large. The sunset is beautiful. The endlessly long sandy beach with fun waves and the gentle breeze will recharge your batteries.

It is evident that the hotel has capacity and its policy is that hygiene is at a high level, but the sheets and towels were not satisfactorily clean. Bearing in mind that tastes are not discussed with reserve, I can say that for us the food had quantity but hardly average quality. The sunbeds on the beach were in poor condition.

Before book- please read all negatives comments! It’s all true!

Rare case - but nothing at all! Such feeling like owners try to save money on everything!

All the NEGATIVE comments left for this property are true!! Smell in the room and bathroom. Hotel is located next to highway, so it’s really noisy if you try to open windows. Dinner and Breakfast are disgusting. Low quality food, super small choice, max. cheap options like pasta, boiled potatoes, etc. From drinks - only filtered water is provided. The worst dinner & breakfast we had in Albania. Coffee is undrinkable, resembles more like a black liquid. If you would like to have normal coffee- it’s for extra charge! Beach towels, room towels and bed linen - are synthetic. Shower gel and soap - are super low quality, too. Sun-beds and umbrellas are old and broken. Sea and beach are dirty. Un-convenient location, far away from city center. Taxi price one way - 15 EUR. If you have possibility stay away from this property and area! Much better places for vacation are Ksamil, Saranda & Vlöra!

Best price/value ratio in Golem. Absolutely recommended!

Perfect location, next to the beach with private sunbeds and shades which are free to use for guests of the hotel. Staff is really kind and helpful. There was cleaning every day in the room. Bed matresses are really comfy, we had really good sleeps. Gorgeous price/value ratio, absolutely recommended. It was a pleasure to be here, wish You all the best! :)

Breakfast could have contained some fruits (but it was deleicious anyway, it's just an advice ;) )

Just perfect!

Everything I can say about the staff is not enough to describe how helpful and exceptional they were with us. All the service was fantastic. The location is amazing, right in front of the beach with a sun lounger. Super comfortable rooms. The owner is the most helpful person ever, she did everything she could to make us happier during our stay.

Breakfast with no fruit available. There isn’t a “Do not Disturb” sign to put on the door handle and the cleaning ladies entered in the room a lot of times while we were inside.

Great place

Great location, right at the beach with their private area with loads of sunbeds with no extra charge. The internet connection reached all the way to the sea. Good buffet breakfast and dinner included. Friendly staff. We got a spacy room with a balcony with a sea view.

A possible drawback is that not all staff speak English, but it is no problem since they call for the ones that can if needed.

Did not like.

The only thing I liked was the distance to the sea. The waterfront is long and good for a walk, if not very loud music from many restaurants.

Dirty everywhere, in the room, on the beach, on the street. Heap of hair in the bath and on the hair dryer. The food is monotonous, it is small and is prepared from the lowest quality products. The room was awful, the water from the shower flowed through the partition straight into the room, instead of a large double bed I pushed two beds, the mattresses were so old that I slept like in a grave. Coffee resembled an unknown drink, instead of juice was sweetened water. And much more that I don't even want to write about. And this is an improved room !!!

Very good

The staff was friendly and helpful. I like the sea view. The food was tasty but wasn’t rich on protein. The location was really good with lots of cafes and restaurants on the street.

Shameful

Hotel was close to the beach. That is the only thing i might have liked.

Horrible. Bathroom was so disgusting and the smell from the bathroom was so bad, that my wife and me vomited during the first night. I explained the lady from the check in desk the situation and asked her to change our room, she refused and totally ignored us. She sent cleaning lady that poured some liquid to mask the bad smell, and it just made it worse. As soon as we woke up, we immidately packed our stuff and left the "hotel". The other young lady during checkout was really polite, offered us another room, but it was too late, not a single moment did we want to stay there. The food was also everything, but tasty. No drinks, no vegetables, nothing. We booked this hotel based on the recommendation from our close friend, who stayed here 2 years ago. Apparently a lot has changed, for worse unfortunately. If you want to use their free parking, you would have to either give them the keys, so that they can move you car around, to make space for other customers, or they would call you at anytime, asking you to move your car. Very overcrowded. Card payments are rejected, even though I had money on my card. No invoice or anything after paying with cash. I somehow managed to get some of my money back, and that only for one night, although we payed for 3 nights in advance. Never again. Just shameful.

The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful, especially the front desk staff Amy was very kind and accommodating. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone.

The property was very clean and excellent value for money. Location was also excellent, beachfront and right in the Centre.

Best Service

Excelent hotel , the staff is very kind , the service is excelent especially Alexandro who knows English very good and he is there to help you with everything from bartender, waiter to parking organization. The receptionists and the waiters are also very kind and polite. The hotel is on the beach , the beach is all sand and its excelent for kids, also you have free beds on the beach for every guest and you can drink draft beer for 1eur. Breakfast amd dinner included are excelent,

Everything was excellent. The beach was two steps from the hotel with very good private sun beds. Big parking place in front of the hotel. I recommend this hotel if you are traveling with baby. Comfortable room with too bedrooms and very very clean sheets and towels.

The diner and the breakfast may be better with more things to chose.

Exceptional

The location of the place was lovely. I went there with my parents and they loved it. I wish they had a bit more vegan food on their menu though!

The hotel was nice and clean but our room was not 100% clean. I found hair on the floor on the sheets and in the bathroom! Just one tip: Please clean properly other than that everything was lovely! Especially the people who were working there.
