Great location pretty much in the Center of San Cris. The dorms were really cozy and the value was excellent. Very friendly staff and fellow travelers. Good co-working space too.
It's about a 15 minute walk from ADO. No problem under normal circumstances BUT on the day I arrived, it rained like mad!

the rooms were big and had closets. Perfect when you stay a longer time in San Cris.
The bathrooms were a bit dirty. Also there were people smoking on places where there were signs that it wasn’t allowed. When you eat your breakfast its better to not have smokers arround.

13 Cielos its the "Hogar" that all travelers are looking for! I loved the energy of the people there, super friendly and always making you feel at home. It's a great spot to connect with interesting fellows, funny, social but not too much party! the location it's just perfect 2min walk from Real Guadalupe (which is one of the most popular in San Cris). also a lot of options for food and basic groceries around. The place it's cosy, WiFi very good and the rooms are quiet and comfortable enough to stay for a bunch of nights. I myself extended and extended and extended...ahahaha!
they have kitchen available which I loved and the breakfast included was absolutely worth it! I could not recommend more this hostel!! If you go to San Cris this is THE PLACE!
I enjoyed everything

Super friendly hostel, great place to meet people and great location to explore the city. Nice social areas and comfortable beds.
Breakfast was a bit average and our room was a lot smaller than it looked in the photos. Other than that, all good :)

Pretty basic hostel, breakfast was delicious. Don’t come here if you are wanting to make friends, everyone was basically on their own and not social.

Really beautiful and cozy hostel! The rooms are enough spaceful and with own toilets. The common area is really cool with a nice terrace and garden where you can take a great breakfast in the morning, included on the price! And perfect position from the center and 10 min walk from bus terminal
The only thing that maybe could be a bit better is the cleaning of the bedroom, but nothing really bad honestly

location and staff was good
its not clean , maybe ok for Mexican standarts but not in general, hot water for shower is limited time

This hostel is the reason I stayed in San Cristobal for 3 months. It attracts the best community of people, and it’s always such a family vibe no matter who is in and out. Family dinners, movie nights, and hostel outings for hikes and dancing, it’s always a great time with this hostel crew. The staff is great and the community spaces are so cozy and it feels like home.

Such a cute place with a homely feel, lot of different areas and great art work close to the centre. Lots of really nice people stayed there too.
The noise!!! Because the bedrooms are off the main hallway the noise was intense. Between people talking, dogs barking and a movie blaring one night it became a bit of a struggle. the kitchen was across from our room and the constant banging was also a pain.
The shared toilet situation wasn’t great and I felt it was pretty grimy by the evening. it should have been cleaned a few times a day for the amount of people sharing. it also smelled really bad…incense might be a good idea.

It has the perfect combination of work space and socializing space. The location is a short walk from the city center and the value is great. I stayed in a very cute single room. It was quiet despite it being situated next to bathroom and window out to a common area. I needed a one night stay and would have liked to stay longer if I didn’t have a flight the next day. The staff was so helpful and made arrangements for my early check-out and secured a 3 am taxi to the airport for me.

Fast wifi! It’s very rare in San Cristóbal haha
also the stuff is super nice and helpful
Hostel needs to improve its cleanliness and put some working lockers in the rooms! in my room all
of them were either broken or without back wall :(

It’s located nearby to restaurants, supermarkets and bars. The rooms are nice and the public areas are very clean. The staff is very friendly as well. I would definitely recommend it. :-)

Excellent overall, had a delicious breakfast with a huge portion. Great WiFi as well so I could keep up with work in the afternoon. The space is super cool and the staff was wonderful :)

the location, close to the center and the outdoor area
my bed was very uncomfortable, I had to sleep on my clothes to feel less the springs, barely any space for our bags, the locker couldn’t fit my little backpack, hot water only during certain hours of the day.
I didn’t like the vibe of this hostel which was supposed to be very friendly, 4 days there and people were barely answering me when I was saying hello.

the owners and the staff are super friendly, you have the feeling to stay with family not with strangers. the new coworking space is super nice and there are a lot fun activities to do like hiking, movie night, party’s

It has fireplace which is great in San Cristobal climate. A lot of people that stay there for longer make it place like home.
You can see this is constantly under construction. Hard to plug equipment, my locker was hardly opening, kitchen got crowded easily.

Super friendly hostel right in the centre of town. My room was really big. They are in the middle of improving a lot of the facilities and spaces, and there are loads of common spaces to hang out and meet other travellers - and they have lots of events :) Highly recommend!

very very friendly staff and owners, felt like a community. the hostel is very centrally located and has a great rooftop! you also get two cute doggos to hangout with.
the property is a bit dated but that was due to the poor management of the old owners. the new owners are completing a ton of Reno’s and are really attentive towards guests needs

Amazing volunteers, best vibe in San cristobal. Super clean and perfectly located.
