The apartment worked perfectly for our group (3 couples). It was well stocked/supplied. The check-in process was super easy, and the property managers communicated very clearly about that as well as the parking options. We liked the neighborhood - good bars, restaurants and shopping within easy walking distance.

The apartment was really comfortable and clean. We opted for paying for parking and were delighted to have a spot right behind the apartment building. I would definitely recommend doing this if available. Loved having many really good restaurants nearby plus a wonderful boulangerie/patisserie right across the street. Dealing with Yann, our contact person, was easy and reliable. I would definitely return here if I head to Montreal again.

The Mile end neighborhood is conveniently located near great restaurants and shopping. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would return.

Very nice experience with the flat which meets the best standards in terms of equipment, space and cleanliness. Neighbourghood in trendy Mile End is perfect with lots of places to go out and shop. Communication with the host was very smooth. We will definitely book again for our next visit in Montréal!

We enjoyed this apartment which was located right outside of downtown. It was very comfortable and we liked how walkable the neighborhood was as well. Eating at the Greasy Spoon was fun as well as grabbing some bagels and poutine right around the corner.

This property met our needs and exceeded our expectations. The location was in a charming area with excellent local restaurants and boutiques for shopping.
While it was not in downtown, it was close enough for us to walk and get a sense for the many vibrant local communities between the mile end and downtown.
The unit was perfect for two couples - we had our own bedroom and bathroom with comfortable space for us to hang out together.
The property owners were very responsive and accommodating.
I would certainly stay there again on our next trip to Montréal.

This rental was perfect for a weekend getaway in Montreal. Very comfortable, plenty of space, a back deck and a front patio to enjoy yourself both inside and outside. It is in an awesome location that is walking distance to any and everything you could want. I would highly recommend the space and would look it up again next time I’m heading to Montreal.

We were in town for the Grand Prix weekend. So easy to get to the venue. From this location.
Parking - right out front is fine all weekend and the street (St Urban) is okay over night until 5pm. We had a mini van and no problems parking.

I can’t say enough about this rental. It was seamless throughout. The apartment is beautiful and very central but quiet. Parking spot right in the back if you opt for it. Hosts made everything simple throughout. Will definitely stay here again!

The neighbourhood is great with tons of restaurants and all needs covered in terms of grocery stores, cafes, SAQ (for wine & liquor) and unique little shops. Also close to the mountain for a run or hike.
Basically, you don't really need a car once you're there.
This is a typical Montreal-style apartment and while renovated, owners kept some of the charm like the original hardwood floors...and the cracking that comes with it (I grew up on that so it didn't bother me, and the neighbour one floor down is a store...so no worries!).
Our family enjoyed our stay, and I can imagine that it would be even better in the summer.

This apartment is in a lovely, quiet neighborhood, with plenty of shops, restaurants, cafes and groceries nearby. Our family of six had plenty of room to relax in this charming, clean and spacious apartment. The beds are very comfortable, the television is terrific, and the kitchen is well equipped, although the floors are squeaky (but understandable with older wood floors). We would definitely stay here again and recommend this space to anyone, but especially families looking for both private space and common areas to cook and relax in. So much to explore in the beautiful city of Montreal! Thank you for a memorable and fun vacation.

We loved our stay here - location is perfect, close to restaurants, cafes, and stores, but not noisy or hectic. The apartment was immaculate, the beds were comfortable, the AC kept everything cool and comfortable during the crazy heat wave, and the deck was lovely for breakfast in the morning. Check in process and communication with host was very easy and they were super responsive. We would love to stay here again!

The location of the property is ideal. Close to bus and metro. Lots of restaurants in and around the area. Small market right next door if only need snacks, beer, etc. So, very convenient.
Property itself is nice for a rental. Couple of issues. First, pretty steep steps to get up to the rental. That can't really be changed. Just be aware. We made it as 70+ year olds. but, it may be an issue. Second, the flooring in the rental badly needs updating. The wood flooring throughout is in need of repair. In many areas, the floor is uneven, has dips in it and the boards have gaps between them. Also, it squeaks badly. Virtually impossible to walk on it without making lots of noise.
That said, however, overall, it is a good place to stay. Nice bathrooms with showers that function very well.
So, we would stay there again. But, as said, the flooring needs major work.

We really enjoyed our stay at this lovely apartment! It had lots of character and European charm. There was plenty of space for us & our 4 children and the location was fantastic. We also found that there was always somewhere to go and something to see. Montreal is a MUST VISIT city and this neighborhood in particular completely met our expectations.

We loved this apartment and its location. Montreal is a wonderful city to explore and we made ample use of the Bixi bikes located just 100ft away from front door. The apartment was clean and super comfortable. Chris, the property manager/ owner, let us in and was very friendly and helpful as we arrived a bit early. We will certainly return!

As smooth a check in process as I have experienced. The property is in an excellent location, convenient to everything. Marty stayed in contact throughout our arrival, even emailing alternate instructions when we were 45 minutes away due to a local festival causing several street closures.
