Platinum rated 2/Bdrm 2/bath newly remodeled condo located inside the name brand Riverfront Resort and Spa (not allowed to use brand name on VRBO). Sleeps 8. Condo has direct gondola access right out your door to Beaver Creek Mountain. Owner spent $100,000+ in October 2024 to remodel/renovate. New pictures are posted. Be one of the first to enjoy the new furniture, new beds, new appliances, new tile, new vanities, new flooring. Condo has private balcony overlooking the large 25 meter saline swimming pool (open all year) , Eagle River, and rare views south to Beaver Creek Mountain.

I have several studios, 2 bdrms, 3 bdrms in this resort buidling if you have a larger group.

All units in this Brand Name Riverfront Resort and Spa are privately owned and I have chosen to take this unit out of the Resort & Spa rental program saving 60% and rent it myself thru VRBO and pass the savings to you.

This property was the perfect home base for stay during the summer. Close to white water rafting, you can rent bikes from Beaver Creek sports on the property, walk to Vin48, easy access to Vail and Beaver Creek for mountain biking, horseback riding, etc.

The location and comfort of the unit is ideal for a week's stay for sking or hiking. Hotel property has great amenities and the unit is well equipped and furnished and the Property Manager very professional and responsive.

This is our second year at this property. The location to the slopes, restaurants and shopping is great. The disposal under the kitchen sink needs attention (a bowl was there to catch the leaking water). There were no dish towels and the tp holder in the bathroom broke. But overall we were very happy with the accommodations.

What a great trip to Avon/Beaver Creek and a great unit to use during our holiday. Not only was it a good value, but the location and amenities were excellent, it was pet friendly, and Reed was super response in both communication and preparation for our arrival. Our entire family enjoyed every minute of our stay. We were within walking distance of shops and restaurants, and had access to the hot tubs and pool and spa. Overall 10/10!

The property was just as described and was a perfect stay for our anniversary/birthday celebration with our family. We loved the comfort of the property and the amenities of the Westin! This was our first experience with VRBO and we were very pleased. Communication with our hosts was great and they were accommodating and helpful throughout the process. We just spend 5 days here and it was absolutely perfect! The unit had everything we needed and we will definitely be coming back. Our kids are 4 and 5 so it was perfect for them to have their own room/bath, as well as the convenience of a full kitchen and living area. They loved doing s’mores at night and the pool/spa was so nice to pop down to whenever we wanted a quick dip. Plenty of restaurants within walking distance and Vail is a quick 10 minute drive. Cannot say enough great things!

Our stay at the Westin Riverfront in Avon was wonderful. We usually stay in Beaver Creek but had our puppy with us, and the Westin is pet-friendly. Our condo was exactly as the pictures indicated and we’ve never enjoyed a more perfectly appointed kitchen! Wine glasses, martini glasses, champagne flutes, full complement of china and silverware and accessories. The condo is spacious and comfortable and would be perfect for two couples. One bedroom is clearly the master, with king bed and large soaking tub. The other had two queen beds and nice bathroom. We particularly loved that the unit was air-conditioned, as some of the Beaver Creek places we’ve stayed at are older and aren’t. Our favorite walk is down the river in back of the hotel, and down to the lake and Nottingham Park. We’ve always driven down from Beaver Creek - but it was so convenient to have it right out the front door. The Spa Anjali is very nice - had a massage one day and a facial the other. And everyone at the Westin couldn’t have been nicer. We will definitely be back.

We've stayed in this area for a number of years for spring skiing. The access to shuttles and gondola means you can simply leave your car at the Westin while skiing. Lots of amenities on site.

We have stayed in Charlie’s units multiple times, and every single stay has been wonderful. Everything is clean, comfortable and fully stocked with essentials. Of course The Westin itself is great: gym, spa, lobby, Starbucks, and restaurants. We like being in Avon instead of in the village because of easy walk to grocery store and multiple restaurants. Gondola access to the village from the Westin is super convenient. We have already booked 2 more stays with Charlie this year. We have full confidence in him and his properties. He is always quick to respond and very helpful.
