Privately owned luxe residential suite 2-bdrm/2 bath located inside the Name Brand Riverfront Resort and Spa (not allowed to use Brand name Resort in advertising). Crack your windows and hear the water from the Eagle River from this unique wrap around premium end unit suite in the east wing of the Resort and Spa.
Resort has DIRECT GONDOLA ACCESS to Beaver Creek Mountain and SKI VALET. Resort also has free shuttle to BC Village (5 min) and Vail (15 min). No need to rent a car!
I am a VRBO "Premier Partner" have over 400 5-star reviews on VRBO so you rest assured things will go smoothly and be right!
All condos/suites/rooms in this resort are individually owned. I have chosen to take this suite out of the Resort & Spa rental pool and use VRBO, saving the 65% on the resort management fee and pass on the savings to you!
Private balcony: large wrap around deck with 4 chairs surround large table, 2 chaise loungers
Living room: Seats 7, HDTV, Wall of windows!
Dining area: Table seats 8 + 3 at kitchen counter.
Kitchen: Full kitchen, coffee maker, stackable washer/dryer
Master Bdrm: King bed, en-suite bathroom with separate rain shower and soaking tub, HDTV
2nd bdrm: 2 queen beds, HDTV (cast your Netflix from you phone or pad)
RENT AS 3Bdrm/3Bath: This 2 bdrm suite can also be rented as a 3-bdrm/3-bath suite that sleeps 12 using the lock off 3rd bedroom: www.vrbo.com/1766620
Note: All 4/5 star resorts like the Westin, Hyatt, Ritz with direct gondola access and lots of onsite amenities have the following additional fees: Resort Fee/ $100.00 per night
Valet or Self Parking Fee/$45 per night
Booking Fee- $75.00/stay one time booking fee
These fees are common for all brand name resorts with lots of amenities and are paid directly to the front desk at check out and are not included in my prices.
