Overall a good trip but we experienced the following issues:
The property is listed as a home, but is actually a duplex with shared walls. That information should be in the property details. We got lucky, neighbors were quiet.
The two downstairs sliding glass doors, which would have allowed a great cross breeze, did not have screens. This impeded our ability to cool the bottom level (record heatwave) without risking lots of bugs. Host was made aware but did not suggest or provide any remedy.
Broken fan in one bedroom was replaced by two fans which helped upstairs. We used one of them in the living room. The stand up fan on the third floor worked, but the two parts had no locking mechanism (leaving the fan blades exposed) which could be a safety hazard for small children. It should be removed from the property.
There was road paving on Deer Blvd for two days during our stay. It made entering and leaving the property very difficult. We should have been provided notice when booking.
The property next door had construction on their deck for 12 hours (7am - 7pm) for 6 of our 7 days. Very, very loud construction noises, including loud music.
The home is in a great location and had comfortable seating for meals and bedding for sleeping. Kitchen was great for preparing meals. Had lots of dishes, utensils and pots and pans.

We truly enjoyed our stay! Thanks for having such a great VRBO.
The location and the layout of the home really made it easy for our extended family to enjoy Avon and the mountains while we spent some time unwinding together.
The hot tub on the golf course looking up into the snow covered mountains was first rate.
The house was roomy, well stocked and clean - check in/out was simple.
It could use a better selection of pillows and there are a few things around the house that could be fixed up and/or tightened.
We would definitely rent here again!

The property was as described. It was ideal for our party. The only faults were no TP in the downstairs bathroom, no paper towels and only one garbage bag for 7 people for 3 days. The sliding doors didn't open all the way.

Easy access to Beaver Creek for wedding festivities. Roomy for 8 people, particularly in summer - nice deck atmosphere. The only thing recommended, bring the basics - spices, dish soap, dish scrubber, coffee filters. Things that one would think would be stocked are not.

This charming home backs up to a stunning golf course and has all the amenities inside you'll ever need. Large, well-stocked kitchen with beautiful cabinets, countertops and even an outdoor grill, makes cooking a breeze. Spacious family room with vaulted ceilings is the perfect place for gatherings and conversation. Upstairs, you will find grand bedrooms with plenty of closet space. The bathrooms are well lit with great water pressure and fluffy towels.
End your day out back relaxing in the hot tub which is nicely tucked behind the trees while watching the twilight golfers out in the distance. It was the perfect home for our family reunion.

This is my first and last rental with Vacasa. If I were VRBO, I would consider not letting them list on this site because they do not respond or service renters. The same way a bad actor on other sharing economy platforms harms trust--I believe the same applies here. What happened? Upon arrival, we found the garage door to be broken. This is one of the main reasons we rented this house. I reported it...and heard nothing for 24 hours. I followed up with Vacasa again. They said they'd reported it to the local manager. Long story short - I didn't hear from anyone until 5 days later after I checked out. Luckily we were able to make the parking in the driveway work (despite 1-2 times we had to ask the neighboring unit to move their cars off our side). But I just wonder... had something gone terribly wrong, would Vacasa have handled in the same lackadaisical way? Also, the garage door was VERY broken. Why not send a heads up before check in?
Regarding the home, it is a nice layout with every space being bigger in person than in the pictures. Our group of 6 could spread out and enjoyed the TV set up, hot tub, location. However, it's old (like many places in the neighborhood) with very thin walls, drain stoppers missing in bathrooms, wear and tear on most materials. I chalk this up to being dog-friendly, and we were happy to have our 2 dogs with us. Note - the bathroom off the loft space is not fully enclosed; there is a gap between the wall and the ceiling. And if you're looking to cook--prepare for haphazard selection of pots, pans, tools (or bring your own). So... would I rent here again? If it was the only dog-friendly option and Vacasa was no longer the manager...maybe.

We enjoyed our stay. The home is in a great location for skiing Vail and Beaver Creek. Added bonuses are the hot tub and garage. The layout was spacious and excellent for our group of 7 adults. The home was clean when we arrived and well-stocked with essentials to make our stay comfortable.
I rated our stay 3 stars: 4 for the home itself and 2 for property management. I found it impossible to get in touch with a real person ahead of our stay. I wanted to know whether we'd have early check-in and was not able to find out ahead of time. Fortunately, we received an automated message on the day of our arrival to let us know we could check in early. On the second morning of our stay, we reached out to property management about an issue with the dishwasher and did not hear back until late that evening when they reached out about something unrelated to what I contacted them about in the first place. Once in touch with a local property manager, our stay was easier, and the local manager was super responsive to us. I would recommend Vacasa put guests in touch with a local manager ahead of their stay.

PROP. MANAGER - lrge co and hard to communicate with. We tried to add 2 nights (1 either end) 2 weeks before arrival - which were open. When went to pay - was told (by new person) 1st night not avail. No good reason given. -NO to 1st night -not avail. How is that when it's a 2-night min?
CHECK-IN--Easy enough but had to call to get dishwashing liquid, soap, toilet paper and more towels for Hot Tub. They gave 2 inch (tiny) bottle of dishwasher liquid for 5 nights and 8 people? Crazy. Maria? the local PM was fabulous and dropped off lots of extra stuff.
LOC- Great between Vail and (much closer to B. Creek)- right off main road -near gas station. We from Denver and rented a 6 month rental for 10 year in Eagle Vail - so know area and love it. Good hiking, etc.
HOUSE PROs-- the place is large enough for 8/9 people max. It has 3 bedrooms on 2nd floor and a 4th bedroom/small bath on third floor. All bathrooms are fine, but dated - even Master with the old fashion tub/shower etc. Place is BASIC but fine for ski weekend. The Master is nicest w/ great view of golf course and mntn. Bed fine- pillows need to be replaced. Nice big closets. 2nd large room is also nice with Kg? but doesn't have own bathroom. Lg closets too. 3rd room is sm-med with 2 twin beds and 1 dresser/big closet. Fine for kids/teens. Those 2 rooms share basic hall bath- same tub/shower dated. Upstairs they should add doors to 4th bedroom as the TV from main floor was bothersome to those 2 adults. But it's a nice big attic like room with own bathroom.
Hot Tub is great - big enough for 3/4 people at a time. And great views.
Living/family room is fine - but the furniture is older than looks in pictures. This place needs to be renovated/updated. Seems a tad shabby - but again - fine for skiing.
KITCHEN - worse feature. Tiny with small old fashion refrigerator that needs to be replaced with larger if renting to 8 people! Hard for 2/3 people to cook or use at once. (Huge refrig in Garage with big lock(for owner) we couldn't use). We wanted to cook and brought up drinks, etc. Struggled to fit things in Refrig. Used furniture wall hutch as a food pantry and moving some plastic shleves in main closet to kitchen.
INSTRX MANUAL-- Nothing in condo to talk about Washer Dryer - or the Stove Fan - which we needed and had to open windows. They should have nice welcome Binder with restaurant recommends and instrx for Hot Tub, thermostats and kitchen appliances, etc.

The place is great. Fantastic views out the back from the hot tub. Very did friendly. They have a line to tie your dog up that goes just inside the back door, so you can clip Fido in from the warmth. Comfy beds. Most importantly, no lengthy chore list for check out.

Perfect spot for the family and I to get out of Denver for a few days and enjoy the mountains during our sons fall break. Super close to Beaver Creek and amenities around EagleVail and Avon. The back deck with hot tub opening up to the base of the mountain in the back yard was what we enjoyed the most. Great outdoor space and access to trails.

House was AMAZING. located on the dramatic hole 10 on eagle vail golf course, allows for some great entertainment from tue deck. Hot tub is a welcome addition after your round on the course. House is open and easy to entertain, conveniently located, and we’ll set up for entertaining. We loved it and would definitely recommend it! We will be back.
