It wasca time share property. Aside from immediately being offered a time share presentation for gifts, and then ask twice again when i said i did not want use what little time i had for actuall vacationing taking a time share, everything was good. The room they gave us was clean and fit our needs. The property was clean.

It was the perfect place to stay for our vacation. The room was a great size. My little girls stayed comfortably in one room while my partner and I stayed in the other. The set up was amazing with having the ability to stay in and eat to save a little money and having a washer and drier was so convenient. There was so much to do on the resort that we didn’t want to leave to find other things to do. We will definitely be booking again.

Our stay was awesome, the room had all we needed though small, we liked it.
The activites made me feel like a child again. To cap everything, the environment was so serene and it was so good to walk around easily.
My family had the best vacation experience.

The resort itself is extremely packed and when you check in they're super pushy about attending a time share. The condo itself was extremely tiny and barely room to walk in the main living area. There is no patio or anything. The pool and game room were so crowded. We asked for clean towels the next morning and had to ask multiple times until we finally received them at 930pm and it just wasn't what we expected

We arrived at the resort no problem arriving, desk services were polite. Alix was friendly ask us about conducting a 90 minute presentation which we declined no hassle. Lauryn checked in on us to see if we needed any. The property was clean and the building and room we stayed was nice no problem had everything you may need if you forgot anything. All Resturants and stores were right there. I would stay again if I wanted a place to go.

This is the first time we've stayed in Williamsburg at a resort instead of a hotel and it definitely won't be our last! From the start, we were greeted in the lobby with smiling, friendly faces. The check in was simply and fast, and not a word was mentioned about time shares. The room was fantastic! My only suggestion would be to include more than one trash can for the entire room. We were concerned about staying during a week with off and on rain each day as the purpose of our trip was to take our boys to Busch Gardens and Water Country USA, but the resort had more than enough for us to do during the rainy periods. We loved the pools, movie theater, arcade, video games, and putt putt, and we used all of these often! Everything about our stay was fantastic in every way, and even better it was affordable and within our budget! I cannot recommend enough. We loved it here!

Very nice place, really a small apartment. Very clean, quiet, well equipped. We did not have kids and we avoided the pool and other activity locations (with the exception of some fun pinball time). Location was great for us to visit and see the area. Small negatives: long check in line. Two folks trying to get us to attend an up-sell conversation.
Would certainly stay here again.

Nice place. We didn’t use any of the amenities, but there were plenty offered. The check in process took a while with a line out the door but moved fairly quickly and the staff were kind and professional.

Our stay was great. Only problem was that the time share owner never changed the reservation to our name so check in took some time. The staff worked it out.
Very upset to see my credit card was hacked through the booking with vrbo and resort share!!! They need to better secure their online reservation site. Super upsetting!
This was sad, because we do want to return to the area and had hoped to rebook..... but definitely will not due to this security problem.

This Wyndham vacation property was a great getaway for a week. There were plenty of activities on property and it was conveniently located for all of the Williamsburg attractions. The only opportunity for improvement might be the attention paid to the cleanliness of the pool water as it was consistently oil soaked from all of the sunscreen products and often in need of skimming.

I was so impressed with the property. The amenities were great. My family enjoyed their stay. This location is a 10 out of 10.

The property was very nice. Well kept up. We had a One bedroom suite. It was very clean and comfortable. The shower had good water pressure. The one downside was there was very little light in the bedroom. Just one small lamp with a very dim bulb on the far side of the room. We did not take advantage of any of the properties amenities as as we were at the parks from early till late. They did offer us some extra perks if we went and sat through a sales presentation.

The condo was clean and the perfect size for the four of us! There is so much to do in the resort itself we wish we had an extra day to hang out here. There is a restaurant/bar (the food was amazing but they do not serve liquor, which was ok but we were really hoping for a pina colada), an arcade with TONS of classic and newer arcade games all FREE to play, cornhole, tennis/pickleball courts, a fire pit with complementary smores kits, a putt putt course, and an indoor pool, outdoor pool, hot tub, and a separate adult pool. The staff are also super friendly and welcoming.
It is so close to Busch Gardens, Water Country and the outlets.
The condo is a downstairs unit next to the outside door. The people upstairs were a little loud but they tended to quiet down fairly early. We had no problem sleeping. The pull out couch was comfortable and the bed in the bedroom is super comfortable. There were plenty of towels and wash rags provided (also shampoo, conditioner, and body wash which we are not used to with prior rentals we have stayed in).
Overall there is no reason not to stay here! We had a great experience!

My teen, best friend and I stayed in a 2 bedroom suite. The rooms were spacious, beds comfortable, living room relaxing, full size dining table, and kitchen we cooked meals in. We ate breakfast at the Capitol Pancake house and would 100% recommend, along with the Tuscany Ristorante.
Activities kept us all busy when we weren’t exploring Colonial Williamsburg, and I appreciated the adult pool.
We would stay here again without any hesitation.

Y’all really need a life guard or someone out there during pool hours. Everytime we went there was so many kids/teenagers unattended or parents that didn’t care how their kids were behaving,it made it not enjoyable for kids and parents that were behaving.

They kids had a blast. I enjoyed the space and amenities. Love the theatre!

The place was older but overall a wonderful stay! We needed maintenance for a couple things and they were there fast and got it taken care of! All the staff were very nice and respectful! And the place had even more amenities than advertised- a movie theater, tennis/ pickleball/basketball courts. Also washer and dryer in the room. The only negative thing was feeling pressured into signing up for a vacation club presentation and after we decide we didnt want to go, the gentleman initially told me i wouldnt get my deposit back but I did after we discussed it further. My only advice is if you're truly not interested just say no right at check in and it wont be a problem! I would definitely stay here again despite this only issue.

Pros: you had your space, and the outside noises were minimal. I requested to be away from the party areas due to kids going to bed around 9-930pm. Parking was no issue. We had a few problems, but they were quick to fix them. It was in a good location. It was a great place if you have kids; two pools out/in, a min golf course, an arcade room (two actually) a playground somewhere but it was too hot we never went. The place is big enough I never felt crowded.
Cons: They tried to push us into what I would consider a time-share. We just arrived, the kids were restless, it was hot and all I wanted to do was get my key and go to the room. BTW, it wasn't a key but a bracelet with a chip and you held that up to the door. At one point in our stay, we were locked out and had to go back to the front to get new bracelets. Anyways, I had to go to one desk to check in and a different desk to get my key (that's where they pushed for you to attend a class). They were overly nice and cheesy which bugged me. The place looked nice, and you can tell it was mostly taken care of but it's starting to show wear and tear.
Would I stay here again, probably not but it we had a good time and a great vacation with family.

The suite we stayed in, was very well designed… loved the washing machine dryer combo, and that the bathroom had two entryways… one from the main sitting room and one from the bedroom. My biggest gripe was with the color scheme, believe it or not. As well as the air freshener when we first checked in to suite! If you’re sensitive to color, especially colors that clash, if they give you headaches or they make you dizzy, this is not the unit for you. We had a multi gray colored carpet with black highlights, gold walls, a blue couch, a purple chair, purple curtains, purple bed skirt, backed up to a strange green colored wall, very dark furniture, and Some type of air freshener that we could not clear out of the room for the first two days, and we did it by running the fan incessantly. We cannot open the windows because there were no screens on the windows Add to that, the fact that the remotes were so difficult to operate that we stopped trying to use the television, and that includes both remotes in the suite. It was nice however, that we could see a tall tree right outside the window of the suite, and the appliances worked well, there was plenty of hot water.
Just wanted to note again, the combination of the dizzying color scheme as well as the very strong, headache, inducing air freshener, inability to open the window and impossible to use TV remote.
Poolside restaurant Sly Clydes is bonus. Delicious food and hard ciders!

Great stay. Original days books glitched but resort found a solutions. Was charged for a service anilmal, which is against the law.

Beautiful and well maintained resort property in an area well-populated with restaurants, attractions and shopping. Turned out to be a Wyndham vacation club property, which explains why it’s so well appointed. Full kitchen, in-room laundry machines, comfortable mattresses (even on the sofa beds!), and many fun activities on property (movie theatre, arcade, 3 pools, tennis, mini golf and more). My only negative impression was the “sales gauntlet” guests are steered through during check-in. One person checks an iPad for your name upon stepping into the building, then you’re sent to the desk to check in and provide your name again, then you’re sent to another desk and person to get your room key after listening to their invitation to a 90 min sales presentation to hear about membership. That was frustrating. Fortunately after getting our keys the rest of our stay was smooth and lovely.

Room was spotless had everything we needed. The bed was so comfortable. The pull out bed was very comfortable to sleep on but was hard to sit on when it was a couch. Pool and amenities were great. Thank you

Had a cozy one bedroom downstairs unit. There was a little noise from the 2BR units upstairs but not too bad. We enjoyed the room, the bed was comfortable. The couch, not so much. We put the extra blanket on it for some extra cushion :) . The 2 TVs were new and good size. We played mini golf one day, that was fun. They also have nice pools., free arcade, billiards and a large property. I recommend Fat Tuna grill nearby for some amazing seafood. Plenty of shopping nearby and visit Williamsburg Winery it’s beautiful there and the wine and food very good.
