3 night stay, walking distance from everything in the French Quarter, the WW2 museum, trolley to the Garden District. Jennifer the host was always available. Highly recommended.

The property was clean and very well kept. We have an unfortunate circumstance come about and Jennifer was more than helpful. 10/10 would stay here again

Perfect space for 4 adults. Very walkable location to all areas of the city. If you want to be assured there is coffee, soap for shower or tissues, bring your own. Overall a beautiful place with a responsive owner.

Great location and spot!

Perfect spot to walk to French Quarter and Frenchmen Street. Nearby we highly recommend Fleur de Lis for breakfast, Mahogany bar for intimate live Jazz music and Erin Rose for a classic Irish bar.
The place had everything 4 adults needed. We did not use the kitchen.

We stayed March 9-13. Great location. Within walking distance to everything. Apartment was as advertised. Very comfortable. Jennifer was very responsive to questions. I would recommend this property for a trip to New Orleans

This apartment is perfectly situated to the liveliest neighborhoods in New Orleans. There are high windows with a lot of light. Beds were super comfy and towels fluffy.

This place was great! Clean and really nicely renovated and decorated. The location is in the heart of the French Quarter, but a few blocks from Bourbon St so it's not too noisy. Ideal for walking just about anywhere, or grabbing a quick Uber (which are abundantly available) to farther spots. Check-in & out was easy with clear instructions, and the property contact was easy to get a hold of. Definitely recommend staying here!

They say location is everything and this place delivered. Headed to NOLA for wedding over New Year’s Eve weekend and this place was perfect. Walking distance to everything and far enough away to not hear the crazies on Bourdon Street. Would defiantly stay here again if we ever need to head to NOLA again. Thank you!!

This place is in a great location, it's well stocked and really comfortable. It was the perfect location to celebrate a big birthday with my sister.

This was a great place to stay for a long girls’ weekend. Walking distance to most of the highlights and a short Uber ride to a few others.

Great apartment just as described in the best location near everything! We were in town for a wedding and we easily walked to all the restaurants and The Monteleone.

Let me start off with the positives. The management company was very responsive. The location of this property is perfect, right in the middle of the French Quarter but not too close to Bourbon street that you hear any of the noise. The apartment was a great space and had everything you need.
The primary bedroom was fantastic, comfortable bed, big closet to store all clothes and a beautiful shower.
It could be great but...
The owner of this property must have several units in the building, the images of the unit we rented did not match the actual unit. Chairs and couches in the pictures weren't in the unit (Not enough comfortable seating for the number of people it sleeps). Decor didn't match (not a big deal)
The apartment needed a good cleaning. If it was cleaned prior to our stay I would suggest a new cleaning company.
The secondary bedroom and bathroom need a lot of help. The bed needs to be completely replaced. It is a memory foam mattress that is permanently sunk in. If you sleep on one side of the bed you will be at an angle while sleeping in a U shape. The other side of the bed while better still puts you in a U shape. There is NO storage in the second bedroom. There is a closet with no shelves or rod for hanging anything. There is no dresser for clothes. You are literally living out of your suit cases. The Second bedroom toilet is not bolted to the ground so it moves if you move. The toilet seat keeps coming unattached. The sink was clogged.

Property was visually pleasing. Location is phenominal. Very well air conditoned and great bed. Only complaint is the proeprty only had wifi access on the front half. The bedrooms wifi didnt reach on the tvs, cellphones, or laptops. That was disappointing.

Amazing place right in the thick of it. The property is spacious, beautifully decorated, comfortable and clean. The manager was super helpful and easy to communicate with. We will be back soon!

Loved the location. She close to everything but not on crazy bourbon street. Rouses market is close for all grocery needs. Bring your own coffee . Also walls and floors are not well insulated, if you are a light sleeper, bring earplugs or just drink more! Overall great experience.

Fantastic stay, great location right in the French quarter. Restaurants, bars, coffee shops at a very short walking distance. Centrally located. Beautifully decorated inside, very clean. Jenn was available whenever I needed. She was very understanding of flight delays & not having a place to leave my luggage. I’d stay again

We we upgraded to a larger condo (at no extra cost) to accommodate our request for an early check-in and late check-out. The place was perfect for our needs. It featured a very large living room with comfortable furniture, and a fully stocked kitchen including the fixings for cocktails (tequila, bourbon, lots of liqueurs, cocktail shakers etc.) sodas, bottled water and more. The primary bedroom was huge, and included a sitting area with full-size sofa, comfortable King bed, a large walk-in closet and an attached bath with both a shower tub and a separate walk-in shower. The second bedroom has two double beds. Communication was easy and satisfying. Jen answered every call or text immediately and went above and beyond. On one occasion we left the unit for the day when my wife realized she’d left it unlocked. Jennifer immediately arranged for someone from her office to go lock the condo.
A couple of things to be aware of that did not concern us, but might be problematic for you. The condo is less than a block offBourbon street, which puts you in close walking distance (from 2-15 minutes) from everything you’ll want to see in the Quarter, but also in a LOUD part of the city. The front living area could get quite noisy at times. Luckily the bedrooms are in the back of the condo and were reasonably quiet. Also worth noting is that while the front of the unit features essentially a wall of frosted glass there are no other windows to the outside meaning no windows in the bedroom.

Great management company. The condo was perfect for our stay and communications could not have been better. The only negative, and it is small, was the 2nd bedroom had no closet or armoire, so we had to live out of our suitcases or share the other couples closest. Not a big deal and we would stay here again.

Hi location was great, but check In didn’t go very smoothly. We were supposed to be in one apartment, but she couldn’t get it to unlock l, so she placed us in another. Then we couldn’t get our door to lock come to find out they can leave it manager mode and it’s just unlocked.. would never have know if I had checked it before we went out.

Cutest condo in an awesome location! Very clean and decorated beautifully. Management was very helpful and nice.

Location is great. The second bedroom is tight and has no where to put clothes. The closet had no bar to hang clothes and there was no dresser. The furniture in the living area was very uncomfortable. Coffee pot didn’t work.

We were there for Mardi Gras. Awesome location. Walking distance to everything. Very quiet at night. Beautiful condo.

Location was close to everything we wanted to explore. It was clean and had everything we needed. Parking wasn’t bad; with help of Spot Hero app. Would recommend for four people comfortably.

Loved the condo. Very clean and great location. Beds were very comfortable. Everything we needed was in the kitchen. I wish the living room furniture was a little more comfortable and set up for hanging out but we weren’t there to stay in the condo. There is a sister condo below this one that appears exactly the same if you have a bigger crowd. I’d probably stay here again if I wanted a safe and comfortable spot in the French Quarter

We came to NOLA for a birthday celebration. We were so excited to find this spot right in the Quarter. It is close to everything, but a little off the main drag. It was clean and quiet. The apartment had most things we needed-More than 4 rolls of TP for 6 women for 4 days would have been nice though! The pool is non-functional (green) but all other amenities were as described. Getting ahold of the property manager should be done by text or phone. They answered right away. When trying to reach them through the app we did not get answers.
I would highly recommend this listing.

Great location could walk to most places. Clean and easy check in. Would stay again.
Internet did not work most of the time and had trouble with shower in small bathroom. Did not reach out to property manager overall not a big deal.

This is an amazing condo. I would definitely stay here again. It was clean, safe, quiet, and yet near EVERYTHING. Communication with property manager was great. The WiFi does not work at all in the back bedroom, and it dropped a lot in the front living room, which was a little frustrating. The property manager really tried to help us with the WiFi (via text) but nothing made a difference. Great condo, but if you have any work to do and need Wifi, it is a problem.

We were absolutely thrilled with this property!. The location was perfect. We walked everywhere, from Harrahs to Bourbon St with ease. The beds were super comfy, the area very clean and the host was responsive to our late arrival due to plan delay. I highly recommend this site!

This rental is in the most PERFECT location and was so cute! Perfect for a group of girls, small family or two couples set up! We stayed here for our wedding weekend and it was perfect for getting ready and photos for me and my 5 bridesmaids. Would highly recommend and we hope to be back!

Great spot! Close to everything but also nice and quiet. We had a great stay! Beautifully furnished and very comfortable beds!
Only issue was the wifi was a bit spotty. Kept connecting/disconnecting.

We had such a great time in New Orleans. And this beautiful condo was just perfection in every way! Locations could not be beat. Everything from the decor to the supplies was everything we needed and more. With a group of five girls safety was top of mind, and we appreciated the secure access to the condo. Highly recommend this place for an amazing weekend in this beautiful city!

We had a wonderful stay in the Quarter while we were here. The rooms are spacious, the beds are very comfortable, and the living room was comfortable for the four adults in our group to socialize. They were extremely gracious letting us check in very late after a flat tire. The decor and amenities are updated and upscale. It's a fantastic location, close to everything. We did have a little trouble with the WiFi in the master bedroom, but overall it was a great stay!
