"The Alibi" is located near the House of Blues and is walking distance to the Mississippi River, which is great for shopping (Riverwalk Outlet) and is only steps away from the world famous Bourbon Street. Location, location, location! This spot is in the middle of it all while providing a safe and overall quite space. It was perfect area wise that allowed us to pop in regularly to freshen up or drop things off. The recommended parking is not too far and also very central so it's just as easy to check in on the vehicle or grab forgotten items. Check in itself was easy, understanding if I should use the app or the fobs was confusing and we couldn't set the fobs bc the system was still on office mode - BUT the hosts are SUPER quick to respond! One quick call, she answered right away and we were good to go. The fridge didn't work, the freezer became a fridge and even if all sides worked as norm, the ice and water dispenser do not work. I'm grateful we didn't think we'd cook or we would have lost a ton of food on day 1. We did reach out to our host after catching it, who again was very quick to respond and offered us another rental location if we were interested. We were only there for a short weekend, so we made due, but we were grateful for her offer and her attentiveness! We all agreed we'd stay here again!!

Perfect location to walk all that there is to see in the French Quarter! Don’t miss breakfast at Ruby Slipper just a few doors down. Felt secure our whole stay. Bedrooms are quiet from the street noise. We’ll stay here again!

The property is pi perfect located, priced very well, and clean! My only suggestion would be a code pin pad for arrival, rather than calling to get in.

Poor lighting in the building. Light flickers in the bed room. Slow drainage in the shower and sink in the bathroom. Need windows in living room/kitchen cleaned. Also need new window blinds, they are outdated. Again lights in living room, kitchen and dinning area are very dim, not bright enough. It took refrigerator 2 days to get cold. Thank you.

We stayed in New Orleans for our annual mother daughters trip and the guys joined us. The unit is clean and a great location. Jennifer was great and very responsive to any and all issues.

Immaculate and comfortable. Walkable to everything! Loved that our favorite breakfast place Ruby Slipper is right next door! Close to convenience stores to pick up water and snacks. Comfy beds, quiet in bedrooms, nice big bathrooms. Entire building was super clean and felt very safe. We were even allowed to check in early - very helpful! We had a lovely weekend and would definitely stay here again.

This is a great location to stay in New Orleans. The condo was exactly as listed. You can walk to anything within the French Quarter and we did! There wasn't any noise at night that we noticed and we were in bed by 10 pm. We would stay again. Just keep in mind you have to find a parking lot and the cost was $50-$65 a day.

This property looks exactly like its photos. It's smack in the middle of the French Quarter and an easy walk to most tourist destinations. It's a bit loud at night if you're early to bed people like us, but turn on the fan in your room and all the street noise disappears! Communication with management was effortless and the kitchen is well stocked with cups, utensils etc. We would definitely stay here again!

Great location across the street from House of Blues. Easy walk to everything. Although the street is loud, with the windows closed, you don’t hear it at all. You will get a great night sleep in a lovely condo. We will definitely stay here again!

We enjoyed our stay. It was clean and properly stocked. Easy check in and check out. Noisy in the living room but ok in bedrooms. One bedroom had w fan that you could not have on unless the light was on too which was a bummer when keeping at night. Other than that, everything was good. Would recommend if you are looking to stay in the middle of the French Quarter.

We had two couples and we spent a week in the French Quarter. This condo is in a perfect location. We were able to walk to most places. Contact with management was prompt. We would recommend staying here. It could get quite noisy with the street noise. But you can't hear the noise in the bedrooms. All in all we werevery happy with this condo! My friends and I enjoyed our stay here. It’s in the heart of the French District. Walk out the front door of the condo and you’re within walking distance of all the French District activities. We took a street car to the walking tour of the Garden District. So it was a perfect spot for our group. As others have mentioned the living room is loud at night with all the activities outdoors. The bedrooms are quieter but the sound machine that we brought with us made a big difference to help muffle the noise. Two minor changes to improve the experience: provide more than 5 coffee mugs and stock k-cups for the coffee maker. Otherwise the place was great and very clean!

What a wonderful home base for our excursions in NO! Everything was clean and operational, we had everything we needed. Despite being right across the street from the House of Blues the bedrooms were quiet and the beds/pillows were super comfortable! Everything was within walking distance and when we come back we won’t be wasting money on a rental car. We would definitely stay here again!

The apartment was very attractive and very comfortable. The owner responded to our one phone call immediately (needed ice and a fan)! We were in New Orleans during the most terrible heat wave and still managed to have a great time. Partly due to how nice the rental was. I highly recommend it!

Beautiful property- perfect for our 5 night stay in New Orleans. Spacious, comfortable, excellent location, and minutes from all major attractions. Would absolutely recommend to anyone and hope to stay again, in the near future.

This property was absolutely amazing. Fantastic location, super clean, and amply spacious. The location was right in the center of where you’d want to be, and the building felt safe and secure. Coordiation to access the unit was seamless, and the communication prior to checking in was excellent. We would absolutely stay in this unit again. Only thing to note is be sure to bring your own shampoo, conditioner, etc.!

This VRBO was the perfect place for our couples trip. It felt safe and secure and extremely clean. The check-in process was very easy and communication was always quick and polite. The location on Decatur was perfect for us to get around the quarter or catch an Uber to places farther away. We couldn’t have asked for better accommodations. The inside was exactly like the pictures and clean. The rooms tucked into the building kept the sounds from the street from bothering you while you slept. I would highly recommend this property.

The condo was beautiful! Perfect for my husband and me and our two teenage girls. The location was ideal for walking to everything in the French Quarter. The living room/kitchen area at the front of the condo were loud at times because of noise from the street but the bedrooms were quiet.

The location is amazing. Although it can get loud at times with all the parades, but that is what NOLA is all about. The condo was extremely clean and the management was very accommodating. I would stay here again.

The four of us enjoyed staying at the Alibi; we walked to all the venues—from the Frenchman Street jazz clubs, Brennans, Arnauds, the French Market to Jackson Square. We didn’t need our car at all. The Alibi was clean and well-appointed. Although the noise from the clubs was almost deafening in the living room, it was quiet in the bedrooms. I’m not sure how they pulled that off, but the bedroom walls must be extra insulated. We slept well every night despite the all-hours revelry going on outside.

The condo is so close to everything you want to see! Just a short couple minutes walk and you are on Bourbon St or at the Cathedral. We saved so much money walking instead of taking an Uber. The condo is great especially if there are 2 couples. Bathrooms are in each of the rooms. The Mardi Gras parades we saw were close to the condo but just far enough that it was still quiet in the condo. We had a fantastic stay here and would definitely stay again when we come back. We were originally going to stay on Bourbon but so glad we stayed here instead!

A clean, comfortable place to stay. Well equipped and secure. A short walk to many French Quarter attractions. Many bars, restaurants, and clubs nearby, but less crazy than much of the quarter. Absolutely no complaints. Enjoyed our stay!

Really great location walking distance to everything . Super easy to get in and great instructions . Big bedrooms and very comfy bedding . Neighborhood Felt safe . Bedrooms Were quiet and away from the street noise . nicely simply decorated . Water and Ice maker in refridge didn’t work but that’s the only complaint .
