8 Kingfisher is a brand-new luxurious and sophisticated four-bedroom apartment located on the third floor in a fantastic area on Shoal Bay Beach. The ‘Kingfisher Apartments’ is a gated complex and offers a lift from the parking area straight up to your door.

Entering the unit, you're greeted with a huge open plan lounge and dining area; filled with quality furnishings and fixtures. With unlimited Wi-Fi, ducted air conditioning, two living areas both with large Smart TV’s and comfortable quality lounges you can sit back and relax with your family. The beautiful balcony flowing off the main area provides filtered water views, large outdoor dining and gas BBQ for those afternoons coming back from the beach.

The sleek and modern kitchen has an abundance of cupboard space and a large stone bench to prepare meals. It's also fitted with top-of-the-line appliances; a family size fridge with ice dispenser, a dishwasher, induction cooktop, microwave and a DeLonghi Nespresso Coffee Pod Machine.

Each of the four bedrooms delivers style, comfort and convenience; fitted with ducted air conditioning and a built-in robe in each, with linen and bed making service provided. The master bedroom also includes a large walk-in robe and a modern ensuite. The main bathroom also offers a quality experience, with a deep-set bathtub for guests to wind down and relax. There is also an internal laundry with a front loader washing machine and dryer, to put one's mind and clothes at ease.

One can count 200 steps to the beach from the back gate of the complex via the scenic rear lane walking path. It's location also offers a short 10-minute walk through Anzac Reserve to Shoal Bay Village or a 5-minute drive to the heart of Nelson Bay CBD for shopping, cafes, restaurants, and Nelson Bay Golf Club, providing a convenient location to enjoy what Nelson Bay has to offer.

(f) intentionally, recklessly or negligently damage the personal property of neighbours of the premises or other occupants of a strata or community scheme.

After hour emergency service is available 24/7 during your stay.

Accommodation was as website described, all new, spacious, modern, beautiful apartment. However disappointed as there was no compendium or information in apartment for guests e.g wifi details, TV info, etc. Assumed there would be something, so didn’t ask when p/up key from Real Estate. No access to wi fi so couldn’t access Chromecast for TV. Could do better with this!

Spacious and clean and close to the beach, i would defiantly stay there again.
