Villa Malu is located in a very prestigious area in Albufeira, with magnificent sea views and beautiful view of the Marina of Albufeira. This villa is within walking distance from the beaches and the centre of the town, where all the restaurants, bares and clubs are, as well as the famous Fisherman's beach. This villa provides a unique experience where you can enjoy a vacation in a quiet and a city environment, in a relaxed atmosphere. Breakage deposit of 700 euros is requires, if single parties and or under 27 years it is 150 euros each, payable in cash upon arrival, this is refunded 24 to 48 hours after check out. Fold up beds available, and baby cot provided upon request.

The villa easily accommodated 7 people and was a 15 min walk from the marina and old town. We particularly enjoyed the pool and it was great to have the pool table and table tennis.

Overall, a really lovely house with a sublime view over the marina and the sea. This was not mentioned in the ad, which was a pleasant surprise :) The house lives up to expectations, though it is clearly worn from being a rental property. There is no lighting by the pool table and the seating area by the pool. There is also no light in the poolside toilet. There is some lighting around the pool that activates with motion, which can be annoying when it’s windy. The outdoor chairs are of poor quality. You hardly dare to lean back for fear that the backrest might break. There is no vacuum cleaner in the house, which seems odd since you can’t do any ongoing cleaning (sand, etc. indoors). Overall, a really lovely house with a fantastic view. Highly recommended to others. However, it does need some attention in certain areas and some smarter solutions in a few places.

Amazing experience, beautiful villa, the pictures really don’t do it enough justice. Communication with host is really good, she is a lovely woman who made us all feel very welcome. Big supermarket just a 10 minute walk away and beach is super close, loved the location!!

The villa was easy to get to and find, the outdoor area was great with a good size pool, the only improvement here would be lights above the pool table, the villa inside was spacious, clean and well equipped. Would stay here again.

The web site doesn’t do this property the justice it deserves, the property is very large loads of space and fabulous views. Very clean and the host was amazing , quick responses , sorted transfers etc all seamless. Highly recommended

Just home from a week stay with our family of 9. Everything was amazing, it was like home from home. We will def be back, I have had so many friends ask for the link as they want to stay aswell after they seen how amazing it was!

Lovely villa. Good location. We arrived at midnight so it would have been nice if some water and milk had been available for a drink. Wrong no. given for villa. Stated 9 but it should have said 8. Only the fact we had read some reviews we knew name of villa. Villa next door had two lots of male youths while we were there. Quite noisy. Air conditioning in bedrooms but not in the lounge. Safe not working. No instructions how to use washing machine. All in all we had a good holiday.

Villa is very spacious and lovely,had a good stay,did have an issue with one of the air con systems in the bedroom but it was sorted out quickly and also the sun beds are a bit tired,could do with being replaced,just being honest. The pool is beautiful,so are the views…one thing I would say is if you struggle walking especially up hill then be prepared to get taxi’s back to the villa once you have gone down to the old town or beach as it’s quite hard work trying to get back up those hills in the heat during the day or even in the muggy evenings but overall had a nice stay.

We had an amazing time at the villa, very well laid out, Susana was extremely helpful and we would highly recommend booking. Nice 15 minutes stroll to the town and beach, supermarket couple of minutes away. We did not want to leave and we are already looking at dates to return.

Met een groot gezelschap is villa Malu de perfecte accommodatie om vakantie te vieren. De riante villa bevat veel ruimte en is ook zeer gezellig ingericht. Het voelt er huiselijk aan. Ook zijn de slaapkamers en badkamers schoon en netjes. Enige punt van kritiek; standaard producten als vaatwastabletten, wasmiddel, handzeep, afvalzakken, peper/zout etc. missen in de villa en dienen door de gasten zelf aangeschaft te worden voor een kort vakantieverblijf. Het zou fijn zijn als deze producten voortaan aanwezig zijn voor de gasten in de villa. Desalniettemin hebben we een fantastische tijd gehad in deze prachtige villa en zouden we hier zeker nog een keer terug willen komen!

Villa was situated in residential area so quiet. A good walk from town but Uber save the walk back up the hill! Villa was clean and very spacious. Two families stayed and had plenty of separate space. Gorgeous views across the sea and marina

We had a lovely week in the fantastic villa. It was a 15 minute walk to all the bars and restaurants and the old town was fabulous. The villa itself was much bigger than we thought it would be..it had 3 large balconies so if you wanted privacy then you could have your own space. Susana was a great manager and replied to all our questions very quickly and efficiently. All the bedrooms were big and the en-suites lovely. The villa was extremely clean and we liked having a spacious sitting room to chill when we wanted to. We would love to go back.

We loved the location of the house, and Susana was very responsive to our enquiries. We would have rated the house higher, but when compared to other VRBO experiences we've had in past, namely there were virtually no basic condiments (salt, pepper, sugar, etc) which have been part of every other VRBO experience we've had, and we felt at the price level that the house furnishings were 'tired' and needed some TLC. However, we loved everything else and had a wonderful stay for our month there.

We visited the villa at the end of June ‘18. It is in the perfect location, 5 mins from a well stocked supermarket and 15 mins from the restaurants and bars. The villa was immaculately presented with everything you could possibly need. The view across the marina and out to the ocean is amazing. We would highly recommend this villa.

We were eight adults and one child this villa was perfect, very homely feeling environment well equipped and very clean, the views were spectacular, I really can’t say anything negative about this place. Susana Ventura is a pleasure to communicate with she met us at the villa and gave us a quick tour around. We would all go back tomorrow.

Having just returned from a 10 day stay at this villa (which was not long enough) we are already planning to book again for next year. Three generations of family stayed here this visit with ages ranging from 20 to 73 and there is something for everyone. Villa is in a quiet area with great views over the marina, which is a 10 to 15 minute walk away and a great place to visit. When you arrive at the villa it feels homely and very private from any neighbours. The pool is heated naturally by the sun and we were able to swim comfortably through most of the day, a little cool in the morning but very pleasant by lunchtime. It was used extensively by our group to cool from sunbathing. Three of the four rooms have en-suite facilities, the smallest room downstairs does not, but would be suitable for children. This room was occupied by adults on our visit and that would be the only moan I can muster is that they really missed not having bathroom facilities in that room. Two pull down beds are available and the two that used them in our party had no complaints at all. The kitchen was well kitted out and the nine of us had plenty of space in fridges and freezer for all food and drinks. Cooker and microwave facilities meant cooking was easy and we probably ate 2 meals a day in the villa as it was so comfortable. Relaxing is easy in this villa and should the weather be bad you have TV/DVD/Hi-Fi facilities in the living room . There is also a pool table just outside and mostly undercover which looks brand new and was used by us every day. Wi-Fi works fine on the most part but could be improved as it doesn't cover all areas of the villa but that was a minor issue. There is a supermarket less than 10 minutes walk away from the villa which we found to stock everything we needed for our visit, including all requirements for a celebration barbeque we had for the family at the villa. Next door to the supermarket is a great local bar. We used this place daily as a stop off point walking either to or from the town centre. There is also a great Indian restaurant above the bar which we highly recommend. Susana who manages the villa is great to deal with and generally responds within an hour or less to emails or text messages and will do whatever she can to help you. All in all one of the most relaxing holidays most of us can remember.

4 adults and 2 children have just returned from a weeks stay at this villa. It was a fantastic villa, so much space for the 6 of us and balconies just about everywhere. Lovely sized bedrooms each with their own bathroom. Plenty of space around the villa, tables and chairs in abundance and 10 sunbeds. The kids had a whale of a time in the pool and spent most of their days in there and once the sun had heated it, most of the adults spent time in there as well. Very clean and well looked after, pool was cleaned once during the week and theres a washing machine to wash your towels, sheets etc and with the 35 degrees heat we had they dry in a couple of hours. Susana who is the main contact is very helpful and nothing is too much trouble. We actually left a few bits in the villa and she had them posted to us. I would definitely recommend this villa and would love to go back next year. We hired a villa opposite Villa Malu from Susana two years ago and this was also spectacular. The views are amazing and 15 min walk to town or marina, but I would advise a taxi back as its all uphill (about 5 euros). Susana will also arrange collection and drop off to the airport so all in all a fab time.

What can I say? 10 of us have just returned from a week in this Villa. I can tell you it was very spacious for 10 people. It included a table tennis table which my 16 year old son spent most of his week on. It had all the facilities you need to make you feel at home. The views were spectacular. The walk to the old town was about 15 minutes on a slight downhill. Walking up can be more tiring. But there are abundance of taxis which cost approx 4 to 5 euros. There is a bar and supermarket closer within 5 to 10 minute walk. There is a beautiful walk to the marina. We went to a hypermarket one day which is approx. 10 euros in a taxi. It has all the shops from back home and a place where you could spend the day shopping. Most of our time was spent in the Villa. It was too good to leave. We had no cleaning service, but had a washing machine to refresh our towels during the week. There is a strong wifi but is not great around the pool area. I really cant say anything though negative about this place. We would all go back tomorrow. Was amazing!!!
