Anfitrión accesible, flexible y atento a nuestras necesidades
Lo que menos se adaptó a nuestro grupo fue la distribución de las camas en las habitaciones, ya que éramos pocas "parejas" y la mayoria de las camas en la casa eran dobles. Aun asi, sin problema

Iñigo, our host, was the friendliest host of any house we have rented so far. We stayed at his house for two weeks end of may 2023.
To every request Iñigo replied within the hour, most of the time in minutes - when we asked if the house has a dryer, he scheduled the planned installation before our stay.
Iñigo came by every 2-3 days to clean the pool and surrounding area and never failed to announce his coming by WhattsApp and when he came, politely respected our privacy.
We also got fresh bedsheets after one week (to change ourselves).
The house was very clean on arrival. All rooms have good, comfortable and practical bedding.
1st floor: Master bedroom with ensuite bathroom, 1 room with double bed, shared bathroom, childrens room with two beds that can expand to 4.
ground floor: 1 room with double bed (chimney), living room, dining room, kitchen, bathroom and childrens room with bunk bed.
Kitchen well equipped with plenty of dishes, cuttlery and cooking-hardware. Toaster, microwave, oven, coffee-maker (brewer), electrical water-kettle, big fridge with icemaker.
Airconditioning in every room, though we did not need it, as the nights were cool.
The house itself is the southward facing side of a semi-detached building. In front of the kitchen and the dining room are large terraces, the pool is enclosed by a fence with a door (important for children). Below the terraces is a very large conreted area, where you can park your car(s) and / or there's plenty of room for children to ride a bike or play ball-games.
The noises mentioned below are only noticable, because the surroundings are otherwise so quiet. ou have to think of the house as being in the city, but surrounded by plants. Then you know what to expect.
Everything close by: Bilbao city center 20m, Getxo old harbour 10m, beaches 10m, bay of Plentzia 25m, really big shopping center 10m (all by car).
We had a good stay, Bilbao and basque culture are really unique. Thank you, Iñigo.
The only furniture, that really did not meet our expectations were the two couches in the living room, we do hope Iñigo will replace them soon. They were old, very low, so hard to get up from, and also not very comfortable.
There is one thing that we were not prepared for on arrival, since none of the other reviewers had mentioned it: Although the house is surrounded by green (as the pictures show) it still is in an urban sourrounding - since getxo is part of the metropolitan area of Bilbao.
So although one is surrounded by nature, you do have "city sounds" on the outside. By far the loudest were airplanes taking off rom Bilbao airport. When the wind comes from the sea, they cross directly above the house and reach about 75db (measured with apple watch), so sometimes you have pause a conversation for half a minute. Bilbao airport is not huge, so it were around maybe 25 planes a day, the first ones around 7am, the last ones around 10:30pm. When the wind comes from the west (sea) the nearby highway is also very audible, though more of a continous background noise. Also the small road near the house leads to the Getxo recycling-facilities, so there are trucks that start passing around 4 am, which are also audible.
When windows are closed, though, none of these noises are heard in the rooms and the airplanes don't fly at night.
