Good Times and Good Vibes

We loved the location, amenities, and bar. We were three blocks from the best beach in San Sebastian and a 25-30 min stroll along the beach to Old Town with plenty of additional transportation options close by to explore the area. The local bars and shops in the immediate neighborhood were plentiful and authentic. We enjoyed the business fronts in the lobby. We loved the coffee shop in the morning and the bar for an evening night cap. The room itself provided plenty of room, a comfortable bed, and a unique bathroom. We loved the vibe of the whole hotel.

The bathroom was a pretty open concept which might be stressful for those with privacy issues. The bigger issue for us was the construction of the shower. There were cracks in the tile floor and a leak at the base of the shower wall.

Muy buena opción , pero algo a mejorar.

Ubicación , cama cómoda , variedad almohadas , limpieza

El lavabo en la habitación frente a la cama , no tiene frigorífico , el agua de cortesía estaba abierto y a la mitad, un poco raro ,la taza junto a la ducha … un poquito apretado. La caja fuerte no funciona y no hay comunicación con recepción a no ser que bajes tú . Las instalaciones son muy nuevas y cuidadas , y muy limpias . Muy buena insonorización y aislamiento

Decent location for a place to stay whilst exploring San Seb and perfectly nice

Rooms are quite small and the 'wet room' gets very wet when showering and leaked into the bedroom but enjoyed it nonetheless

La terrasse a fait tout le travail.

L’hôtel est très joli et le personnel est très agréable. Les chambres avec terrasses sont sympas (petites mais sympas)

D’abord la taille du lit. Lorsque l’on annonce « très grand lit » il est très décevant de tomber sur un lit en 140. Nous ne nous attendions pas à ça. Ensuite premier jour 2 petites bouteilles d’eau minérales étaient posées puis ça ne s’est jamais reproduit. Pour une chambre sans mini bar il me semblerait normal d’avoir au moins accès à ça (tout en sachant que le lavabo ne vous permet pas de remplir de bouteille). Aucun produits à disposition ni mini bar. Les wc transparents sont une chose et on le voit sur les photos mais la question que je me posais avant était : est ce insonorisé ? La réponse est non. La porte des wc ne ferme pas complètement.

Nos gusto mucho la terraza con esas vistas!! La distribución de la habitación para lo pequeña que es esta muy bien. La atención recibida por el personal también muy amables y atentas.- Muchas Gracias, volveremos!!

Igual es demasiado pequeña la habitación, es cierto que esta muy bien distribuida y aprovechado el espacio al máximo y es solo para dos personas, aun así es correcta.

CALIDAD,SORPRENDENTE.

Fui al hotel sin querer, no lo conocía. Soy una persona que por trabajo viajo mucho y a San Sebastián voy bastante (trabajé allí). Y sinceramente quedé sorprendido. El hotel en la ubicación en la que está, no puede ser mejor en todos los sentidos. El personal de 10 y el hotel de 10. (El jefe va a tener que pagar la mariscada al personal en breve).... Gracias por el trato recibido.

Das Hotel lädt zum Verbleiben ein. Mit Arbeitsmöglichkeiten, Frühstück und Café ein sehr schöner Ort.

Buena ubicación cerca de la playa pero muy ruidoso.

La TV era Smart tv. Camada cómoda. Te hacen descuento en un parking cercano.

Nos pusieron en un baño de minusválidos y no era cómodo. Demasiado ruido de otras habitaciones y pasillo, no está nada bien insonorizado.

L’emplacement dans un quartier très sympa, proche de l’océan et pas très loin du centre. Le décor et la propreté. Le personnel qui était très bienveillant.

L’hôtel est mal insonorisé et ne fait pas les petits déjeuners.

La verdad que no sabría escoger, ya que el personal del hotel muy amable, habitación grande, limpia…

Si tuviera que poner alguna pega, sería que cuando utilizábamos la ducha, el agua salía por debajo la puerta y quedaba todo el suelo del baño lleno de agua.

si la habitación lo hubiera tenido cobertura y fuera exterior con algo más de luz, hubiera sido excelente

un establecimiento nuevo, que está muy limpio y bien situado

nos tocó las dos veces que hemos estado alojados una habitación interior que tiene la ventana, un patio oscuro, vecinal y no tiene cobertura Movil. Eso dificulta mucho mi estancia porque necesito estar comunicada por Movil 24 horas de vida a mi trabajo

Fenomenal

La decoración es bastante original, distinta a otros hoteles en los que he estado anteriormente. Además, resaltar la limpieza y la ubicación. Muy contento.

En la habitación no llegaba la cobertura, lo cual me llevó a tener problemas para utilizar el teléfono.

La habitación un poco pequeña. El baño demasiado pequeño, me hubiera gustado que fuera una “habitación” aparte, no estar tan integrado con la habitación, tendría mas intimidad.

It was genuinely very good I choose to be out of the city so I could walk Friendly neighbourhood Bar Pepe a highlight The dinner was good in the bitel

They at times didn’t have enough staff on front desk. I wanted to book through them a few nights in another letoh hotel and as I was having difficulty with my card I felt they should have been able to process No iron or ironing board in room
