A stunning apartment with beautiful views of the sea, the place was spotless on our arrival.

The property was even better than I expected, beautifully furnished with everything you could possibly need for a leisurely break. Plus ideally located for the town.

Great long weekend, in a well appointed apartment, with an excellent host.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay, Tynemouth is beautiful and the apartment was great.

The apartment is on the ground floor which is good as I struggle with stairs. Lovely sea view, across road from beach, close to shops. Comfortable and well equipped. Close to public transport.

Excellent apartment in beautiful Tynemouth.

The apartment is right over the road from the seafront at Longsands Beach, Tynemouth, so the views from the huge bay window in the lounge are stunning!

Everything was exactly as we wanted. No issues at all.

We all thought Tynemouth was amazing - close to Newcastle but the perfect escape from the city.

It was very comfortable, clean and well equipped and we appreciated being able to control the central heating so were never cold. (We arrived in a July gale!)

I may have missed it but a list of the closest convenience stores, takeaways and restaurants would have been useful. We had an amazing breakfast at The View restaurant right on the beach.

Exceptional

Everything was absolutely fantastic. Couldn't ask for more. Raymond was quick at replying to messages. The apartment is very high end quality. Beds are extremely comfortable. Very clean. Couldn't ask for more. Sea views from the living room also the bedroom. Location is 5mins walk to the beach, cafes and town centre. Highly recommend. Already booked again for next year but hopefully will get the chance to return before.

Very stylish, comfortable apartment

This is the third time we've stayed here and had a brilliant holiday again. Stylish decor, comfortable beds, lovely views and location. Owner is always available to answer any queries.

Superb

The location of this property is fabulous, even during our stay mid-feb! Pleasant walks to local shops, cafes, coast and to the metro. The apartment was really well-equipped and comfortable

The apartment was really cold when we arrived and it took hours to get warm. It felt like it had been empty for a while. However, once warmed up, it felt quite cosy.

Perfect location whilst visiting family. A home from home.

Location, directly opposite Longsands beach. Short walk to bars, restaurants and shops in Tynemouth. Short drive to our favourite restaurant, The Delaval Arms in Old Hartley. Wonderful walks along the beach, easy walking to Cullercoats and Whitley Bay. Apartment is of a very high quality, with fully equipped kitchen, with washing machine, tumble dryer and dishwasher. Fabulous views out to sea, very comfortable sofa and beds.

The Feelgood Factor

Superb location; tasteful furnishings and decor; extremely well-equipped kitchen. Very relaxing and will definitely book again.

Everything excellent however it took a few hours for the central heating to warm the beautiful high-ceilinged lounge; the 2 small radiators struggled initially and the open coal fire had a label to say "Do not use". Having said that, we did arrive when Tynemouth was in the midst of very windy and stormy weather so it was to be expected that everywhere would be cold. By the next morning, we were very cosy.

Outstanding apartment and location

Could not ask for a better location. Fabulous sea views and arguably one of the best beaches in the UK on your doorstep. The apartment far exceeded our expectations. The size of the rooms were amazing and the apartment was superbly furnished, equipped and decorated. A real home from home.

A fantastic apartment, in a fantastic location!!

Loved the location - right by the beach and an easy walk into Tynemouth village, where there were lots of restaurants, cafes and bars (and the Metro). The apartment itself was very comfortable and had everything we needed for our stay.
