Easy to find in good location for my short stay.

Cheerful welcome by reception staff, good room although a single traveller. On checking out I was asked if I wanted drinks taken from my card, along with parking charge. I'd not had any drinks, and the receptionist said she'd look into it and make sure this was adjusted, which it was. Otherwise all good, and excellent location for my visit to granddaughter who is at university in Newcastle.

we hadden een zeer goed verblijf.

Personeel was zeer attent en behulpzaam, we kwamen te vroeg maar dat was geen probleem. Heerlijk voetbal gekeken in restaurant met kleine kaart maar prima. Ontbijt was erg uitgebreid. Wij hadden een kingsize bed en dat was het ook zeker.

The hotel is in need of a top to bottom redecoration beyond the public areas. The room was dark, the iron didn’t work and let water all over my function dress

Despite a few niggles this hotel is good value for money in a good location

Quiet room but may just have been lucky to have no neighbours! Comfortable bed so had a good nights sleep. Good amount of space. Could park easily this time but did arrive early!

One window wouldn’t shut so couldn’t totally shut out outside noise. Sink didn’t drain well and shower flooded so tray not deep enough. Also could have done with more milk for cups of tea.

Ontbijt, vlakbij metro station (kreeg pech met d'r auto, dus de metro redde de vakantie), schoon hotel, vriendelijk personeel.

Gelegen naast drukke weg, het geluid van het verkeer maakte het verblijf minder ontspannen.

Great staff and local to city centre for walking.

Staff were welcoming, helpful and friendly! Location was great for walking into the city centre.

Parking spaces are tight. There was hair (animal) on my bedroom carpet and human hairs in my bath. My bath plug didn’t drain so the water was sat in the bottom of the bath when I had a shower.

A lovey hotel, good location, nice and quiet and comfortable.

Easy to find and easy to park

The bedroom was too dark and the mirror with the lamp was too small. You had to rely on the lit mirror in the bathroom with a tiny shelf above the toilet for cosmetics.

Overall, this good value for money & the location positively added to our trip.

Location only a short walk to city centre. Great breakfast & friendly staff.

Pleasant stay

Nice fresh clean lines hotel in foyer and seating areas especially bar and Starbucks also nxt to check in very handy'plezsnt. Got own kinda separate restaurant and bar with plenty of room and pool table etc serving cocktails drinks obvs very nicely done out ..impressed.

Rooms could be dated ours was fine , shower head could be better placed and more moveable in 107 , bed was huge bathroom itself large and lovely. No view though which is OK for 1 night. Parking eye to park not working for card n contactless ..

The location and cleanliness

We were told we had to pay for parking even though we have a blue badge. Then they were going to charge us £135intead of 85 shown on the booking. The room was cold and the duvets very thin and inadequate

No room at the car park upon arrival. Bar staff on Saturday were really disorganised and a bit rude.

Good Hotel if visiting the Jesmond area of Newcastle

Check in was good, staff member on the desk very polite and helpful. Room was as described and was clean and tidy. Nice coffee in the morning.

Some of the plug sockets didn't work, and there was no USB sockets

Great value, great place and walking distance to city

Lovely lady at check-in. Numerous stays here; always clean and comfortable. Benefits of a fridge in the room and of having a bath too. Only 1 minor snag - the electric socket under the tv is fitted just a little too close to the top of the worktop/table so is very difficult to get a 3pin plug for hairdryer/straighteners in

Visiting relatives so convenient location.

Some difficulty with requested rooms which took time to sort. My room had a serious shortage of sockets - none at bedside.
