The Hotel was good and the installations also. Very clean and staff also nice.
AC not working, very noisy during the night and could sleep for 2 nights. I contacted the Hotel to get explanations and no one got back to me. I have made a complaint and not even a knowledge of reception. Very poor management,

Good location near to where I was working. Good facilities, gym, pool
Bathroom in the room was shappy and needs updating, the toilet didn't flush on occasions, the shower wasn't great. The parking charge isn't mentioned until after I was charged and I checked on FAQS, I think this is a little bit naughty. I'm going to check prices for the nearest premier inn to compare price differences for when I return in a month's time to work, as the extra £5 per day parking charge would make the village hotel more expensive than the Premier inn.

We had a nice quiet room. Nice and clean. Staff were very friendly.
Went to chill after working so hard. Pool full, music belting out. Packed so couldn't do anything. Waited 40mins to go in the jacuzzi. Steam room and sauna full also. Pool and gym used from ppl outside the hotel. Fan didn't work in our room. Light beside the bed didn't work either. No decaf tea in restaurant or starbucks. So no hot drinks whilst I stayed.

Facilities are excellent. The football screen area hady husband hooked straight away
The noise at night was terrible. There was a wedding on and could hear the smokers outside and people walking the corridors have extremely loud conversations in the early hours of the morning 🙈
Mattress was terrible too, back was breaking in the morning.

The staff were all very pleasant and friendly, were able to get us extra items for room on requested . Helped with self service . Breakfast was great although not many choices of cereal, and the fact both days we were, it was set slight different.
The fact that there was only shower over bath,
