Ok for 1 night, not for a long stay

Position Breakfast

Bathroom and showers not very clean. The carpet in the bedroom was very dirty and the room full of dust all around. Carpet all around the hotel were dirty

Great adventure in the heart of Marrakech

Very chill owner who spent time with us and provided free breakfasts. Beautiful riad apartment had comfortable beds, the location is also very close to the medina.

Económico, y atención excelente. Es un hostal por lo que el baño es compartido

El precio es económico, y la atención del personal inmejorable. Super amables y atentos. Al lado hay un restaurante excelente y a buen precio. A pesar de ser baño compartido, estaban limpios y con los implementos necesarios. Inmejorable la atención de los chicos.

Es algo viejo, al hacer la reserva no noté que era hostal. En fotos se ve muy bonito y las zonas comunes lo son, pero no tanto las habitaciones.

Muy bien

El alojamiento esta muy cerca del centro, se puede ir andando sin problema. El trabajador del Riad era muy amable, nos ayudó con todo y nos dejó guardar las maletas ahí hasta que nos fuéramos al aeropuerto. Si volvemos a Marrakech repetiríamos sin duda.

Great location, friendly staff and a wonderful breakfast.

The staff were nice and offered a generous amount of food for breakfast. The neighborhood was nice to explore and the riad was quite close to the Medina. Overall, we had a pleasant experience.

Posizione e dimensione camera okay.

Bagni in comune rotti, sporchi e doccia quasi inutilizzabile (getto e acqua calda da migliorare). Colazione non molto buona. Pulizia buona solo in camera. Camera che dava sulla strada rumorosa.

Recommend good location

Good location, 2min walk from Bahia palace and 10min walk from main square. Good terrace. Host spoke good english and contacted us before arrival via whatsupp

Emplacement du Riad parfait, pas très loin de la place principale, mais calme , Petit déjeuner complet et delicious , Gros plus pour le Personnel au petit soin , notamment le responsable Mohammed qui nous beaucoup aidé et accompagné. Tout était parfait Top. Je recommande vivement

good for a stay over night, close to the city, value for money ok, more probably for families

the place was good, and the personal very nice. The environment - besides the spectacular pharmacy just accross the street - is poor. But you can walk to the place el fna, and this is very comfortable

NOT WORTH YOUR MONEY! NO RECEPTION NO SIGN NO PARKING

We had to walk out as soon as we saw it, and it was not even refundable. We arrived at the reception (NO SIGN FROM OUTSIDE!!) and there was nobody. We had to scream until somebody finally came downstairs. The place was deserted. We have been shown a room whose window was ON THE CORRIDOR! We refused, and they showed us another room which was worse than the one before. The toilets are not even in the room. We asked for a refund and they refused. They also said that it has a parking area, but IT DOESN'T. The ''parking area'' is the street. For LESS MONEY I am now staying in a Hotel with all the facilities and somebody to look after the car. I felt scammed. This place is NOT WORTH THE MONEY. It should cost less than half its price.

An oasis to hide from a busy city centre

The owner Mohammed and all the stuff are very kind and ready to help with anything. He always asked how our day was and if there was something he could do for us. He gave us tips for trips and activities around Marrakech and recommended a good hammam place. We stayed in Hostel Medina 6 nights which is the entire stay in Marrakesh. It felt like home. There is a nice terrasse where you can sit or chat and catch the sun. The breakfast served is tasty. The rooms and beds are clean and comfy.

I would not mind if there was a door or at least a curtain deviding the shower area from the hall and other rooms to give more privacy. At night I needed to use earplugs as the walls are very thin and you can hear anyone outside your room talking. But I always carry earplugs with me when travelling.

Mohammed and the personnel amazing. He made the experience better than other Riads,gave us advice, tips and was super helpful. We loved the breakfast. Great customer service and experience.

We would like to to see better infrastructure and facilities.
