This has to be the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. It was a shady environment, and cockroaches all over in the room

There was a very aweful smell. Bugs were all over sink. Cigarette ash was on the bed. No one at front desk had to wait. Whole place caused me and my boyfriend getting sick from the smell and we will never use this motel 6 ever again. Very disappointed. Not even worth the 60 bucks we spent.

I needed a place to shower and sleep for the night while my husband is in the hospital. This place served that purpose. However, the people loitering the hotel parking lot and neighboring parking lot at night made me very uncomfortable and contributed to a restless night.

Despite being a non-smoking property the facility and room smelled strongly of smoke, presumably from previously being a property that allowed smoking. This was disappointing as the room had clearly been remodeled not too long ago. We will not be returning.

The TV didn't work and was with our TV for over a day because there was no maintenance tec available till Monday was not happy with stay at all feel I should be refunded or comps comped I will probably not be staying there again

This is a low budget hotel so expectations shouldn't be that high but no lotion or shampoo. Coffee maker in lobby took over an hour to make a pot of coffee. Time to get a new one!!! Bare bones amenities. But not hard on the pocketbook so get your coffee elsewhere.

The mattress was thin and worn out. A roach was on my sink the 2nd morning. Many dog guests [sign noted 2 per tenant max.] However, This is the closest location to the airport' Walking distance to many restaurants, banks, [large mall.]

I love Aleehah at the front desk she is super sweet and has a great personality. The ONLY complaint I can say is there needs to be a microwave and a refrigerator in the rooms. Other then that there is nothing to complain about.

Horrible terrible staff. Pounds on your door at midnight wanting to know why you are in your room and says they are motel staff waking around in slippers. They threatened to call the cops because I wouldn't show them my ID and credit card at midnight - I told them to yes please call the cops. Once they realized THEY MADE THE MISTAKE - of course - no apologies, just wanted to justify why they pounded on my door at midnight and wouldn't tell me who they were. Lots of homeless camping out in the parking lot. Very sketch motel - very gross.

Pros: Easy check in, easy access even though E. Washington Ave was under construction, room was fairly clean, seemed secure and was quiet. Staff was courteous but not friendly. Cons: This is an older property and could use some TLC, window air conditioner couldn't keep up with a hot day so it was warm and humid in the room until a storm came through and cooled off the outdoor air, air conditioner still ran all night and it was noisy, obvious staining in toilet and tub, bed was too soft for my taste, but I slept OK. There was a working refrigerator and microwave but no coffee maker or hair dryer. There was free coffee in a room off the lobby in the morning. Was quiet even though the the hotel was full. Saw no obvious signs of any illegal activity. Overall, my stay was OK, but next time I'd probably pay a little more for a nicer hotel.

The exterior is passable. My room had a bathtub with pieces of the finish missing completely and a drain that was disgusting. The towels were worn and difficult hive the appearance of cleanliness. Not a place I will stay again

You get what you pay for. Wifi cut in and out at will, barely working on the 2nd floor. Paint was peeling, all the furniture was scuffed or broken. Staff was very nice but the overall condition of the building and rooms is not good.

The hotel was not even there anymore. It was a homeless shelter. We better NOT get charged for it. We had to find a place to stay in a hurry and paid a lot for it. You should be ashamed to even have Motel 6 on your site!!!!

Got here and it WAS NOT what we expected. Front desk worker was nice, but there were guys hanging out in the hall upstairs and in one of the stairways. The hall carpets were filthy and reeked like air freshener (they had dispensers on the walls) and smoke (pot and cigarettes). We got to our room and it was much smaller than expected and beat up. On the picture online, the bed and room looked bigger and it had a fridge, ours didn’t have a fridge either. Room also had a faint smell of cigarette smoke. I’m a female in my mid 20s and I was with my 12 year old sister, we felt uncomfortable and left after not even 10 minutes of being there. Weird thing is, it had good reviews on Google as well

Had to switch rooms as soon as I checked in, due to live Cockroaches in the bathroom then switched rooms and the next room had a cracked window which was dripping water in all night and couldn’t sleep with the sounds of water dripping inside. It was not a good stay and usually I don’t mind places like this but after seeing the roach I couldn’t feel clean sleeping there.

The person name Wendy was rude and very unprofessional Customer service was very poor between her in the general manager. I would never stay there again, and I’m gonna make sure nobody else go and stay there as we was leaving they was putting other people out to as well instead of having a conversation with them and they put them on a list with they can’t book a room there anymore as well as myself.

Me and a friend needed somewhere to bunk just for the night because we were in Madison attending a show. Wasn't far from off of the highway and the price was decent. The lady behind the counter when we checked in was very nice and accommodating when I needed an iron board and iron. Usually this is provided in the room which I was surprised not to see these items. The beds were comfortable along with the pillows. We were provided with plenty of towels and were not starchy like some I've came across when traveling. The only bad thing was that there wasn't a fridge/microwave in the room, otherwise it was decent for the one night stay.
