Overall my staycation was great, considering with all the amenities I was expecting a microwave also in room, as well as upgraded streaming channels( Netflix, Amazon Prime, HBO etc. even with all activities offered. These are things that will keep me coming back and recommend to friends. I love a nice Hotel, doesn’t have to be expensive. It’s more about the amenities and the services. I try to do a staycation every couple months.

The room cost over $260 dollars per night before taxes and other hidden fees. The $40 resort fee was bad enough plus $32.94 for taxes, but at the front desk they hit me with a $46 per night parking fee out of the blue which brought the total to almost $400. Looks like San Diego resorts have picked up the same schemes as Vegas casinos where they tack on a whole bevvy of fees that you can't really decline when you arrive in a rental car.

The property was beautifully landscaped and bed was comfortable and shower was good. Property grounds could have been cleaned from cigarette butts and small trash items. Staff in carts drove around much too fast. Concierge offered complimentary champagne for our anniversary and never delivered anything.

Celebrating my husband's birthday-we could have spent our entire week just remaining on the property and enjoying everything they had to offer-but we really wanted to explore the town! Beautiful bungalow-food and views were great and the people working here were pleasant and helpful

Was very dark at night so if you got some food at the poor quality of restaurant the barefoot bar it was very hard to find your way back to your room. You’re trapped in that resort so you had to call Uber to get out anywhere it was very expensive. They say they have golf cart available to take you back-and-forth to your room, but they’re hard to find. Then expect tips. I didn’t care for the whole experience. Especially when looking at how much money it was.

This is our first time staying at Paradise Point resort and my bf and I had a great time. We took advantage of the complimentary Yoga. Next time we will stay an extra day. There are so many weekend activities to participate in, we didn’t have time to attend anything else.

We love Paradise Point! Plenty to do and beautiful scenery. Close to everything! The staff were very accommodating and always had a smile of their face.

the property is beautiful. The staff is helpful and courteous. Several pools and activities for the kids. The restaurants have good service. The food is average. The room was clean but really needed updated furniture.

The bungalow was a little bit disappointing. It looked more upscale than it actually was. The furniture wasn’t new, rather a little worn, as were the drapes. The mattresses were comfortable though. I didn’t care for the strong coconut scent of the in room toiletries. We went to the spa for massages which were heavenly! That was a great experience. The hotel’s location was very good for exploring the area.

Anniversary getaway, it was perfect location. Perfect amenities

My three year old got bit by bed bugs all over his leg. After spending a large amount of money for a lanai garden room for our family vacation, I will never travel here again. Absolutely disgusted.

The resort was absolutely beautiful! Only thing, I truly think they should have a breakfast buffet. They offer muffins at a crazy cost. Also parking should most definitely be included in the resort fees

This was my first time staying here.
My first bungalow was not in a nice area.
Finally after searching two more bungalows I found one that was ok, not great for the $$$
The interior needs some renovation and repairs. Lots of dust and even spiderwebs were in my bungalow. The staff were lovely.

Great place to enjoy everything on site but also close to Sea World and other attractions. Friendly staff, clean facilities. Parking charges were way overpriced would be our only negative comment.

We have been coming here for the past 20 years. We needed a change of room once, but that was the only time.
This time, however, or stay was very disappointing and frustrating. The shower, I discovered, was awful. The water could not decide what temperature it needs to be. I got scalded one minute then got freezing cold water the next. The shower was a hellacious experience, to say the least.
We called the front desk to report it. They said they’d send someone. When no one came, I called back and they said the technician would be right there. I asked if the problem could be fixed right away, the person on the phone said “I don’t know, I’m not an engineer.”
This is all going on while we are running late to our dinner reservation because we can’t shower. A staff member shows up and spends 10 minutes fiddling with the shower. Of course he couldn’t fix it at the moment. He asked whether we minded if he came back and entered our room to fix the water while we were out. We said, look, we’re on vacation and we don’t want to have to deal with this. We’d like another room.
We packed our stuff and drove to the building with the front desk (It’s a very large place, and you have to drive to and from your room.) We asked for another room and were told they were sold out. They had no room to give us!
The time was now 8:00pm and we did not have a room for the night. We canceled, turned around and left.
I don’t like giving negative reviews, but we are never coming here again.

I have 2 toddlers and we had such a great time, we stayed in the bungalow on the bay and the kids would open the door and run to the sand to play. I would go back with my family, beautiful property.

Front desk wasn’t too helpful when it came to a surprise tree trimming service that came unannounced at 8am. The refrigerator had a terrible odor. Other than that, it was alright. Enjoyed our stay despite the aforementioned incidents.

The soundproofing here is terrible; I can even hear the snoring from the room next door. The house keeping isn’t daily, and even when I requested it at the front desk, they didn't clean the room. After staying for four nights, I was charged over 1,000 dollars extra, supposedly for some service fees, but I haven’t seen the bill, and they didn’t send it to me the bill.
