They will do roome service for a charge - NY Bistro Restaurant was excellent - bede comfortable also pillows - very close to Geisinger hospital if you have a procedure scheduled the next day like i did - cable sucked , had 3 HBO channel but missing a lot of the big name channels like Bravo , USA , CW etc etc - and you have to have patience getting to the channels they do have once you select them - very close ( drivable ) to a lot of shopping and restaurants ! All in all a decent enough place for the price

Sad that a hotel with such potential seems to be badly managed. They desperately need to update the place as a whole. Rooms seem like they haven’t changed the rugs since the 1980’s. There are always some lose fixtures, or unsightly damage/ wear or stained walls/ carpet. The overall layout makes for an amazing experience if they would put a bit more money into updates. As well as proper maintenance & actually fixing the things before they become an issue. The sauna needs attention desperately. The pool area floor is slimy, and the gym stinks awful! The restaurants are overpriced with low quality food! It just needs more! Would be an amazing stay if they didn’t let it go to waste!

Check in was fine. Room does need some work done to it. Wall had some damage to it. Bath tub needs to be re-done. When trying to have coffee in the morning only had 1 regular coffee and 1 coffee cup available in the room. TV would not turn on, found out it had been unplugged probably during cleaning. Rest was ok.

The elevator went out, which meant I had to walk down from the 7th floor. Also, when I got up in the morning, there were at least 3 flies flying around mr room.

We had stayed over night for a concert and it was great! there was just a lot of little ladybugs in our room! but the employees were super friendly and they had Dove body products for use. Would stay with them again!

We came for one night for a concert for Halloween and when we checked in, the gentleman at the front desk was awesome. He was dressed up in costume which was so cool, checked us in in less than 5 mins, we requested an early check in and they accommodated us perfectly. The room was super clean, very comfortable and the bathroom was really nice! I recommend adding the breakfast for your stay, it was delicious! We love this hotel and will be back again!

First room they gave us had a clogged toilet full of poop. Would not flush. 2nd room they gave us also had toilet problems. They said a plumber was coming to fix the toilet and no one ever showed up. There was mold on the ceiling inside the shower. The room smelled like mold. Room was dirty, old rugs, hallways smelled of pot and smoke. Hotel was supposed to be non-smoking. After several complaints to the front desk, the manager discounted our room when we checked out for all the inconveniences. Pool was very small and filled with kids. Fitness center was very small and packed with people. The breakfast was excellent!

Representatives at front desk and the Bistro were very friendly and helpful. We had a family reunion and were hoping the hotel would have been a bitore updated. Some areas were nice but some need attention. Love the softness of the sheets.

Everything about my stay was excellent. Only one hiccup. Upon check in I was charged twice the amount agreed upon. It was human error onsite at the hotel. Once pending payment has posted I will be feeling better about my experience.

The location was great to go to everywhere,the staff was friendly- The room had ill kept things-the ironing board holder fell off the wall while we were there-not enough soap for the shower and the shower had a clogged drain- 3 out of 4 ladies took a 5 min shower and the water was not going down the drain- It was very full when I got in and wouldnt go down-ick

Drove 2 hours for an event. Arrived 2 hrs early and was told I have to wait until 4 for check in. Therefore i went to a nearby restaurant to go eat. Arrived at 3:30 and now there were rooms available? What I didn't appreciate was the delivery from the young man at the reception desk. Not warm nor inviting which was sometime unual for a hotel. Everyone else (staff) at breakfast or the premise were very nice.

Hotel is getting dated but overall was clean and we had comfy beds, rooms need to upgrade for modern furniture but again cleanest is the better choice, overall was a great price for a night. I didn’t had breakfast so I can’t rated the food or coffee Tv was new but was not working lady from the reception came to the room try to fix with remote but was no cable connected so was impossible to work. Was a nice gesture . Don’t know why they installed out a new tv and forgot to connect the main cable, nobody else try to fix so was no tv. Guess no maintenance people working when needed and was still early

Property needed some updating ie playground outdoor areas. Inside amenities were great ie pool, dining. 1st assigned room door was propped open, hot and the a/c cabinet was apart. Front desk rectified immediately w/new room. Room had missing light above coffee station, room door did not close tightly or without a good push. No linens or pillows for sofa in room. Only towels stocked for 1 person. Not saying these things for a bad review, just a heads up if you're staying here in the future so you know what to request or ask for. May be just a one off during my stay. Staff was great. Best customer service I've had in a long time at a hotel.
