I’ve stayed here probably 8 times over the last year. It is ALWAYS a great stay. The rooms are clean, the customer service is great and the location is ideal. The complementary breakfast is always delicious and checking in and out is always a breeze.

The check in process too way longer than I expected. Room had one light out over the bed, and one of ymthe outlets didn't work. Breakfast offering was very good.

The room wasn’t very clean, toilet wasn’t working right had bugs after looking at a picture on the Internet they look like bedbugs just unacceptable. The man, the general manager was very helpful.

Considering it’s right off the highway, it was a super quiet place. I didn’t hear a quarrel or people talking the whole weekend. We stayed on 5th floor and had a decent view of the tree tops when the blinds were drawn. Breakfast was simple but filling. Complimentary coffee in the lobby. Front desk girls were super helpful. I was able to do a late checkout (2pm) with no charge! Only “flaw” was the ceiling in the shower was peeling. Will stay again if back in the area.

The hotel reeked of old cigarettes and water damage. There was water coming through the ceiling of the lobby and no hot water for the duration of my stay. Walls are paper thin, so you can hear everything that's happening around you.

I was checked into room 617 on August 20,2024 and the tv does not work. I was there for a quick business meeting so I didn’t request a new room after hours spent traveling but the lack of television did make the stay a bit lackluster. Also, the woman who checked me in was very unprofessional. She took a call during check in process to let a guest know that she had to “get tf out” and then proceeds to tell me that goes hadn’t paid in days and now she has to get out. Just really unprofessional. On the other hand, the young lady who checked me out was phenomenal. Great place overall and breakfast was great! I wouldn’t recommend it for anything more than a quick stay, but it was ok

We didn't really use the amenities. Just needed a place to sleep overnight. The room was spacious and clean. The sink was clogged but we didn't contact the front desk since we were just staying one night. Front desk quickly provided a crib on request so I'm sure they would've addressed the clogged since with the same urgency. I removed a star because the mattress was extremely hard and uncomfortable. I woke up with neck and back pain. My husband and son had no complaints but I thought it would be worth mentioning. I wouldn't stay there long term for that reason.

This motel was priced a bit lower than some in the area so I didn't expect much. The front desk area was a bit messy but I took it as a busy work space. The staff was a bit "big city" forward but friendly, my room was excellent. Breakfast area was immaculate, morning staff was very friendly. Room was clean and in good repair with great water pressure, and plenty of room

My stat was good staff very nice,friendly and helpful 👍 The only thing is our mattress was horrible and the pillows as well! Flat and mattress too too soft ! Left with a headache. But otherwise it was a good stay!

Our go-to lodging when visiting family in the Baltimore area. The rooms are nice and the staff competent. A shout out to desk clerk Stephen. He handled a reservation problem for us quickly and professionally.

The only thing I didn’t like was the air conditioner was loud and the room I was in was directly next to the roof where all the air conditioning units were and it was very loud. Hard to sleep.

I sought out a hotel near Baltimore but wanted to be outside of the city itself. This was very close and convenient to the city. Found this online and was pleased with the result. Towson is a lovely college town and the hotel is just a short drive from its center. Only stayed one night so did not use the pretty pool. Breakfast was very good. Coffee was great.
