This is the worst hotel I’ve ever been to in my entire life!!!!!!!! The hotel was in a very horrible condition which includes cockroaches, blood stains, carpet stains, horrible smell and horrible customer service. We didn’t stay and never got refunded. We tried sooo many times but it seems that the hotel is practicing some type of scamming. I’m still very upset and I still demand a refund!!!! On that note I hope no one ever books this place

Breakfast was good didn’t know the name of the guy that worked there where we eat breakfast but he was awesome keep everything clean and stocked as ppl was eating and he was very friendly.

It was a big spot on our comforter that I felt uneasy about I didn’t complain just pulled it back & used the one I brought from home, but I feel when housekeeping see large spots like that, that can’t be removed it should be thrown away replaced.

The receptionist guy was unwelcoming he was assuming us as we were standing there checking in.there after our room 😐 and we tried to see if he can do something about it but he was simply didn't care.

Although the hostess did a great job, management failed to provide enough. There was no milk or juice or fruit available both days of our stay.

we had our keys rekeyed for door use 5 times. ridiculous and a great great pain you know where. my key actually never worked.

Facility and room was subpar as both were dirty. Parts of my tub and toilet had mold on them. The shower head looked as if it’s never been changed or at least sanitized. The exhaust fan in my bathroom was missing a piece on the cover, blew out dirty air instead of removing steam from the bathroom and was dirty and greasy. There was what appeared to be a plumbing access panel above my bed. The sprinkler system is old and rusted. Carpeting in one elevator was dirty, worn and separating from the floor. The exhaust fan in the other elevator was loud, caked with dirt and grease and sounded like the blades were going to break off at any minute. When I asked for another room, the day desk attendant was hesitant to oblige until I showed him photos of the mold, so he provided a key for a room on the 4th floor which looked like the door had been kick in at some point in the past, and didn’t secure well. I’ll NEVER stay here again.

They had roaches and one of the staff at the front desk was nasty and very disrespectful when I told him we didn't have towels for 2days.

Quiet hotel, free parking.

Half of the toaster was broken. Muffins got stuck in other half, so then there was nothing to use. NO milk for cereal?? Really?? Very, very disappointing even for a "free" breakfast, probably the WORST hotel breakfast I've ever eaten... Paint wasn't great in the room. For the $$ I paid, NOT worth it..... Would NEVER go back to that hotel.
