our bed linen was dirty, had spots on it, so we had to go back home and get beat lightning. The staff was horrible very unprofessional. The room looked a mess. It was just very ghetto.  we could not even use the hot tub because the only knob that worked with for the cold water or hot water knob was Blake off I didn’t even twist to turn on so that was a waste of money. The whole point of the room was for the hot tub that we did not get to use.

It’s pet friendly. dog friendly.

it was filthy and had bed bugs. They fed on me my dogs and my husband. Gross. When u was leaving took photos and ask for a refund, but the lady said a manager had to do so. I told them u need a complete refund.

THE ENTIRE ROOM WAS FILTHY. FROM THE FRONT DOOR TO THE CEILING TO THE FLOOR TO THE TV (THAT DIDN'T GET A CLEAR PICTURE AND WAS LEANING DOWNWARD TOWARDS THE FLOOR IT HAD TO BE PROPPED UP IN ORDER TO WATCH IT) TO THE BATHROOM....ALL THE MIRRORS WERE STAINED AND HAD BEEN MARKED WITH SOMETHING NASTY LOOKING...THE JACUZZI TUBE HAD NOOOOO HOT WATER AT ALL AND THE OUTSIDE WAS FALLING APART....WE CHECKED IN AND OUT THE SAME DAY...NEVER AGAIN

the room was very dirty I cleaned it myself the sheets were ripped and mold in the bathroom food in the microwave refrigerator dirty and jacuzzi dirty as well I clean ed it all myself trying to make a best out of Christmas my guess left 6:00 a.m. Christmas morning I checked out right behind her Christmas ruined.

the place is run down and i swear i think it was a mouse in the room late night i heard noises in the room while in the bed i was just too scared to get off the bed and look

My teenage son and I checked in to the Days Inn Towson for a one night stay on 10/15/22. Every part of the hotel from the lobby, to the outdoor stairs to the windows and doors, to the room was disgusting. The lobby and room smelled gross like dirt and must covered by some weird air freshener smell. The furniture in the room was broken. The sheets on the bed were stained and there wasn’t a blanket to be found. I wiped around the sink and faucet with a sanitizing wipe and the wipe I used was black with dirt. The bottom of the tub was so black and dirty that my son was freaking out about having to take a shower in that bathtub. There was no refrigerator and when I called the front desk about that I was told that not all the rooms have a refrigerator although it is advertised that they all do. We left the room to go out to dinner and decided to go back and vacate the room because it made us sick to even think about staying there. I took my key to the front desk and told that we were leaving and that I was grossed out and disgusted. I did not ask for a refund because I just wanted to get out of there. It’s shameful that that place is charging people to stay in that filth. I hope something can be done to refund my money and clean up or close down that awful place.
