Room was nice. The walls are VERY thin. You can hear evry word of a conversation in the hallway. Heard doors open and slam all night.
3.2
Old rooms, dark, stained carpets, indifferent staff, sketchy. Neighbors were loud and drunk. No amenities. Overpriced.
3.2
it was good!

We got to the room very late in the evening. The TV would not turn on and the phone didn't work to call the front desk. The next morning when we told the front desk attendant, he really didn't seem to care and didn't apologize. He asked if we called the front desk and we told him the phone didn't work.

This Hotel is dirty. It needs renovation. There is nothing around but factory’s and transients. It seems to be occupied by Government Assisted Tenants. The restaurant is closed except for a 13 dollar breakfast that looked disgusting. I would not return.
3.2
The room was clean & bed and linens were clean & comfortable. Bathroom was clean. Walls could use some TLC. You could tell the place was older & there was patchwork done. Nothing terrible. The outside looks like each room has a balcony. They are faux balconies covering the AC unit under the windows.. The pool is big although it felt cold to us so we did not get in. The hot tub is huge, & it was hot & the Jets worked so that was my favorite part. The River Rock restaurant was not open so that was a disappointment. The hotel advertised online looks like the restaurant is still in business. The breakfast buffet is not included. It is 11.99. We are glad we looked at the buffet before paying & staying. The buffet was less than desirable for the price. There was Continental breakfast, and then for the hot breakfast it was like most other hotels that offer free breakfast. There was scrambled eggs, what looked like microwaved sausage, dry biscuits, sausage gravy, & cubed potatoes that were as white as could be with no seasoning. Everything was probably warmed up from a plastic bag. I would say that breakfast should be free & included with your stay with how cheap & easy it looked. Otherwise it should have been something cooked fresh from the kitchen of the restaurant that's not in use. Checked in on the Friday after Labor Day, for veteran husband's birthday. No discount for birthday or military. No upgrade. It would have been nice to be upgraded to a Riverview room on highest floor.
3.2
This place should be a great place to stay; it is right on the River, just a 7-minute drive to downtown, but it has fallen on hard times. No restaurant was available while we were there; thank goodness for DoorDash because it is also not close to any place to eat. That being said, we went during GrrCon, and the price was very reasonable, and the room was cleanish. They were also painting in the lobby, so they seemed to be trying. But our bathroom tub has seen better days, and they appeared to have caulked over mold that can be seen under the caulk-yuck!
3.2
It’s an old and out dated hotel.
3.2
It was very nice an clean, also staff very cortouis, an helpful
3.2
The bathroom needs updating.
Bed was nice and comfy.
3.2
The rooms were not well cleaned especially for the price we paid. The hallways and elevators were very dirty. Needs new paint on the walls.
3.2
Hotel smells. Mold in bathroom
Would not recommend
This was listed as a 6 but it is really a 2
3.2
Hotel was in a good location but the room had some issues. The air conditioning unit was loud even on a low fan setting. The mini-frig would stop working. I would have to turn the temp control knob off and on again multiple times to get it to turn on. The bathtub water diverter did not work well. Not enough water was diverted to the shower head causing low water pressure.
3.2
Hotel is very dated. Badly needs refurb. Drains work slowly, floors are not clean, very impersonal vibe.
3.2
This place is outdated and downright shabby. Unclean. Mold and mildew in the bathroom. Staff was not hospitable and acted like they were doing you a favor by being there. Far from downtown - need a car. Overpriced. Felt deserted and spooky. Obviously, it has seen better days. I was just there overnight and couldn't wait to leave.
3.2
The hotel is very dirty. Rooms are falling apart. Our room did not look like it’s been cleaned in years. We had stains on pillows, sheets, blankets and almost every wall. The bathroom has rust around fixtures and vent. Just a bad hotel. Pay a little more and stay somewhere else.
The hotel itself is also in disarray. Wait till you get into the elevator! It was so bad, I decided to look for the service check sign off list that I see on all hotel elevators. This one had no such thing.
3.2
The Hotel advertised riverside restaurant add bar on the website. Upon arrival I was informed that all amenities were Closed and they refused to cancel my 30 minute old reservation
3.2
Would not recommend this place. It’s a great location to fish market and space needle. Nice facilities— but staff didnt get us in until an hour after check in. They didn’t tell us about the amenities the —$25 a day for breakfast. Use it or lose it. Thankfully — others told us. And we got to use it one day out of the three we were there. Hotel seems unorganized and not out to please the customer.
3.2
Budget accommodation. Need transport to travel downtown.
3.2
Clean and basic hotel not far from downtown and right on River. Worth the price.
3.2
Uncleaned stains on box spring, couch and carpet. Uncleaned smudges all over furniture, appliances, mirrors.... Uncleaned floors and floorboards. Stained damp towels appeared unwashed and rolled - every single one! Damp mildew odor even on tissue paper. Broken blinds...Stay away
3.2
The gal at the front desk is especially receptive to guests who smile at her. She lights right up!
3.2
This hotel seems like it was perhaps better at one point but has become rundown. The walls throughout the lobby are scuffed and damaged. The hallway carpets are noticeably dirty and worn. Mildew was visible covering the surface of our shower head, the toilet flushing mechanism did not work properly, and the bathroom sink did not drain. The noise was a big problem: There is only one elevator for the entire hotel, and we were unlucky enough to get a room close to it. It is so rundown that it bangs loudly as it leaves and arrives at every floor, on every trip. The incessant thudding and banging made sleep extremely difficult. The beds (definitely full-size, not queens) and floors in our room were clean, and the front desk staff was friendly. But overall, I would not recommend staying here and will not return.
3.2
We were keep up one night due to yelling on our floor.
3.2
Worst hotel experience of my life
3.2
There were gnats in the room and the elevator was either broken or very very slow. The breakfast was also quite dismal for being $13.00. We stayed because it was close to our destination and the view of the river but I will probably choose a different hotel next time.
3.2
Nothing like the online pictures, and the floor was so dirty my socks were black
3.2
1st floor noisy near elevator even late night.
3.2
The breakfast is not free, it has poor options and the quality was very poor.
Swimming pool is nice but closes at 10pm and so does the gym.
The neighbourhood is very unattractive to say the least.
But the price was good, and free parking
3.2
This place is great, very close to fun venues and attractions. Right on river beautiful pool. Elevators need attention only had one working and it was struggling..
3.2
Very run down and old...was very disappointed to pay over $200 for a room that didn't have a tv remote, hot water, or a fully functioning toilet. Very disapointed and wont stay again
3.2
Just an average hotel. Breakfast was extra and the ice machine on our floor was out of order. We chose this hotel because of the location to our activities.
3.2
For over 200 dollars a night, one would expect sheets without stains, walls and doors without dings, dents, dirt stains in the bathtub, and an off putting smell in the hallway. Cheap motel with an expensive name.
3.2
Friendly staff. Nice property and room. Thank you
3.2
The property could have been cleaner… toilet in our room didn’t flush very well. The property is nice, but they had the patio closed at night, which my wife and I wanted to use. Overall if you are on a tighter budget this is an ok place to stay. But I will be forking up the extra $100 to stay somewhere right downtown.
3.2
The following were TREBLE: cleanliness off room, shower, A/C unit no remote in the room. People that worked there also didn’t speak any English either.
3.2
Lobby was nice, room had decent space. Check in and out were fast/easy. Bathroom had pink mold on the shower head, paint peeling, no fan. Room was fine for sleeping and location to highway.
3.2
Never going to stay there again
3.2
Poor upkeep. We stayed there several years ago and it was in much better shape than it is now. The sink faucet in our room was crooked and moved around when you turned it on and off. In the bathtub, the faucet would not turn fully on to the shower head so water came out overhead and the tub faucet at the same time. The TV was outdated but at least there were some channels to turn on before bed. The room did have a mini fridge though, which was nice. The elevators moved so slowly that people were utilizing the stairs instead even from the third floor. The primary attraction of the hotel is the proximity to downtown without the downtown prices. I would NOT recommend this hotel to a friend unless they really wanted to save money on their trip.
3.2
No bar, musty, too much money for the value you get.
