Loved this property! The staff was very accommodating!

The property needs some upgrades. The food could have been better. The entertainment was terrible. There's no beach/sand. There's a border wall between the property and the ocean. You have to walk down the stairs to get into the water.
Although they have two pools they are small. There's no elevator on the property. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

Lovely location right on the beach

Everyone was kind and friendly. The property was nice and safe.

Very best place to stay in Barbados. The location, the beautiful sunsets. Its all inclusive, so there was no need to eat out, the food and drink was fabulous! Everyone was super nice and very accomodating. Wonderful entertainment as well. We left the property for a couple excursions, that was it. Beautiful island and beautiful friendly people. I learned the Bajan dance, did water aerobics, there was a painting class i didnt get to do. We will be going back again and we will stay at The Club!

Nice all inclusive including top shelf spritis, adults only is a plus. Enid's resteraunt was a waste of time as it had no personality, was loud, and the menu no better than the main resteraunt (Sunset). Overall food was OK but not super. Island resteraunts are very expensive so this was quire adequate for us. Good location, can walk to Holetown and Sandy Lane.

This all inclusive hotel was a nice getaway for me and my husband. They give us an upgraded room upon our arrival because our room wasn’t ready yet. The front desk staff was very friendly and very nice. The staff walking the grounds were also nice. There were a few weight staff in the sunset restaurant that were very friendly and then there were those who seem like they didn’t want to be at work. The food is OK. The drinks are not that strong, but it’s all inclusive so I guess just drink as much as you want. The Entertainment is more for the older crowd, so if you’re young and
Like to turn up This is not the place for you. This is more of a relaxing resort in front of the Beach and the pool, maybe going off the resort to do some excursions type of place. Most of the staff they recommended Oistins and that’s where we went Friday. Overall, my husband and I had a great time.

All inclusive is not all inclusive. You have to pay to get room service to your room. When we arrived we had to inform them that the cleaning lady did not clean the bathroom properly because they have leftover urine all over the seat and also one of the bathroom lights was also blown . They did change our room the next day but this came at a cost of our view from beach to garden. This place feels more like a beach front hotel with free food and drinks. Saying all that I must say the staff is very nice and helpful. Customer service alone they are 3.5

I did not like the loud music untul 11pm

Room was nice. Not too many options for vegetarian. No food between 5 pm until your dinner time. Staff can smile little instead of giving some attitude. Front desk people have not much knowledge about what to do around or anything about caves.

We paid for superior ocean view, they placed us in a downgraded loft which was on the fourth floor. Please know this place doesn’t have an elevator. When questioned, I was told by “Jennifer” that it would be an uncharged. After I pressed the issue that I paid for the superior, she then said it complimentary…. We move into the superior ocean view just to find a grouping of bugs in the room. The “house keeper” came and sprayed and swept up the bugs. Mind you at this point we realized our air isn’t working either. The bellman came to check on it, just to tell us we need “gas” in it. My husband corrected him and said you mean Freon…. Well we didn’t bring Freon on vacation. Needless to say they moved us to another room. Worse first day of vacation ever!!

Beautiful location.Easy access to public transportation. Fun activities. Would definitely go back!

I went to club Barbados to celebrate my birthday, and I had the time of my life. When I tell you everything was an excellent it sure was and the staff the kitchen, especially my girl Khadijah she went and found me pineapple and green pepper on my birthday. Every staff member and Joshua at the front desk is my pleasure made me feel one of the most specialist persons there.. I am definitely going back. I could’ve stayed longer had I known I would’ve enjoyed my stay so much. Thank you guys so much and I will be back.

Lovely

We reserved a Superior Room Ocean View. We were shown a loft which the resort said was the same as a superior room ocean view. When we booked the room, a loft was a separate category. We also requested a ground floor. My wife could not climb the 4 sets of stairs to the loft so we settled for a garden view room on the ground level. We would like the difference that we paid between the cost of a superior room ocean view and a garden view room.

This property was partly under construction/renovation( which e we’re not informed), rooms were small, pool was not very clean, no elevators so not suitable for anyone with knee/leg issues.

Friendly staff and a lovely property by the sea. Great food and drinks included but the service was slow for dinner on some occasions. Would definitely come back.

Great location, Clean rooms. Kathy the manager was very friendly & understanding. She's got her work cut out.
I genuinely thought we'd booked the wrong Hotel upon arrival.
The food was poor (A la carte was good) service poor, most of the staff don't engage with customers & some were just plain rude.

Amazing Hotel, Fantastic service, Beautiful welcoming staff, Great food.
Did not want to leave !
Thank you Club Barbados for a fantastic holiday

Very tired and desperately in need of a refurb.
Our room was noisy because of an aircon unit vibrating through the walls all night. Told management and they came to the room and agreed but done nothing even though we mentioned it daily.
The staff were generally very nice and the location is perfect for the West coast, probably ok for the money but wish I’d of spent a bit more!
I’d try very hard not to stay there again.

Very comfortable room with good air conditioning. Clean and well lit. Bathroom fine.

The resort is gorgeous, super friendly staff, an excellent stay all together

Overall, my husband and I had a great time. The staff cared that we were enjoying ourselves and had what we needed. The bed was comfortable, towels were soft. The grounds were well kept as well. Our Oceanside room also had a beautiful view. The food was tasty.
What we didn’t like was apparently since there were so few guests they’d closed one restaurant leaving only one open, maintence did not fix our clogged shower drain and mosquitoes were EVERYWHERE.
3.9
I love the property and the staff was amazing and friendly and the entire experience was marvelous and we will be back next year. If not later this year.
3.9
The cleanliness, the atmosphere and entertainment all make up a getaway that was enjoyed.
3.9
This property isn't All Inclusive and Expedia definitely shouldn't be Representing this
3.9
It is an all inclusive, but do not expect to eat well, breakfast was the best meal of the day, it is cheap food with lots of pasta and rice, some chicken and I did not see one piece of beef, some ground meat in a chili or pasta.
The room comfortable, with god air conditioning, but terrible internet. The property is by the sea, but dont expect to have a beach, you get into the ocean via stairs directly to the water because there is no sand beach in this property.
At the end you get what you pay for, I needed to be in the north side of the island, so I chose this property and I would stay here again, but at least once a day, if is within your budget (extremely expensive island), plan to rat out once a day.
3.9
Staff was very accommodating and friendly. No major complaints about about the hotel.
3.9
Liked that the guests were generally older and that made for a more subdued and quiet atmosphere. Drinks were great and staff were accomodating and friendly.
Downsides were that food was average and we experienced some minor housekeeping issues. The beach directly in front of the resort isn't for casual swimming, but there is a very good beach available at the adjoining resort.
3.9
The staff was friendly, engaging and went out of their way to accommodate our needs. The front desk was somewhat confused and unreliable. There was confusion regarding travel confirmation a d boarding passes, as well as coordination for pickup for excursions (ie catamaran tours). Wait/service staff was great. The Piano Bar was really quite seedy and a dive. The neighboring and abandoned Divi Heritage Resort wasn’t a great site. The beach, pools, and common areas were very clean and enjoyable. I do wish that there were elevators in the buildings. Four flights of stairs several times a day can be rough. Overall, watching the sunsets on the beach were fantastic.
3.9
Good service
3.9
We told reception multiple times that wifi and the TV was not working, but they never came to fix it or offered to move us. Even when we asked for a late checkout, they were unwilling to let go of the charge and only gave us a 50% discount on the late checkout.
The property is old and run down, and generally, not close to the four stars standard; it is somewhere between 2-3 stars.
3.9
Amazing staff! Very friendly and can’t help you enough. The hotel is clean and comfortable but slightly dated. The gym facilities for example are very dated and needs improvement. Very small with out dated equipment.
The food at the hotel is great and there is a great selection. The drinks are great too. The bar staff are especially great. Vinny in particular in the outside beach bar.
Over all I would recommend the hotel if you want to stay in a great location and have good food. The hotel beach isn’t a beach! It’s about 20 fr of sea Defence covered in sand. There it much room there. But there is ample space around the pool area. There are also brilliant beaches with 1 minute walk of the hotel.
3.9
Such a pleasant surprise! The room is spotless. It is the cleanest hotel room I have experienced (so far). There are some things that are dated like the AC and the sockets and the room is not huge but just well maintained and so, so clean. They have all the amenities. The staff are so courteous, so welcoming, so well trained, so professional. It is so different at this hotel compared to others I have stayed at in Barbadoes, including Marriott, SeaBreeze, Waves etc. The service is simply excellent. The ocean view, restaurant, stuff and food are both outstanding. While the hotel beach is small and more of a dock with a tiny stretch of sand, there are two of the best beaches in Barbados within a few minutes, walking distance along the beach. Having a great day, and would definitely return!
3.9
Great views. Too many guests for size of beach
3.9
I loved my stay at The Club because the staff is so kind. Special shout out to CathyAnn, André and Michael. The dining staff were also super nice and the had plenty of different dishes to choose from.
I was highly motivated to stay on top of my workouts, but it was hard to find the gym. What was marketed as yoga turned out to be a stretch after the morning walk. I wish there were more activities throughout the day. The cooking classes are not well publicly and I’m sure more people would participate if there was a way to sign up for them. Although there are two nearby beaches, the property itself isn’t on a beach’s area.
Beside these minor feedback, my stay there was lovely and I would certainly stay there again.
3.9
The hotel is old and expensive for its price. Not worthed
3.9
We did not get a Ocean VIEW,& we pay for one.
3.9
I've been to several all inclusive and I found this to have great great dinner options off of the menu not just the buffet. While there was a little beach due to the sea wall to the sea wall it was easy access to the water. There was water sports that were free and the people were wonderful. The rooms can be updated a little which they are about to Renovate. We had a taxi driver named Roger that was incredible he took us around to several places and 2 other beaches. The restaurant the tides and juma were wonderful.
