Pool was dirty and so was hot tub not hot and jets not really working to feel a massage on the body. Floor was super dirty … to not slip I put a pool towel on the floor of the bathroom… and next day when checking out after they counted the towels they brought out to us for the pool area… they said, one was really dirty and we almost got charged for that pool towel… even though it was put on the floor so we wouldn’t slip being that we are disabled.. and didnt know the floor was that dirty… After I brought it to their attention that the towel was already old used and some what stained. Plus, we did dirty it up on purpose. The front desk lady… said, she wouldn’t charge us this time. I never have gone through something like this… and I have stayed in many much better hotels and have never, never had any problems like this! Also, they don’t have a breakfast, like they say they do!! Only offered coffee THAT’S IT!! Gave us faults expectations. Front desk lady was rude to us… for all these reasons we will never stay there again!! Also, lots of noise by others people gathering near by in others rooms and into the parking lot… at very late hours of the night. The TV remote was not lowering the volume on the TV the night clerk had to come out to our room to fix it … it was super loud.. remotes need replacing seems that they are having trouble with Most of them the clerk advised us. Very annoying… not a good experience!! Very low budget hotel!!! NEVER…NEVER will return there!! Horrible!

The location is horrible! Those "!)" ratings are a not true at all! The rooms are old and not repaired. Broken items, dirty walls, and disgusting furniture. I do not recommend.

Rooms were clean. But lots of people making noise late into the night. Homeless people around the property. Don’t leave items in vehicles. Somewhat rough area with lots of stores with alcohol, so many drunk people in the area. But the facility is ok. Not any breakfast like stated.

I can’t say anything nice. I’m sorry. I stayed and there was a huge square dancing convention and those white folks were scared to death staying there. There’s a Latino night club thing right in the same parking lot, that was interesting on Saturday night. I honestly felt unsafe and unclean. When I checked in I didn’t speak their language and they didn’t speak mine. I got my keys, but I had to come back later than night to give my credit card because nobody knew what the deposit for that night was….from what I could gather. It was sketch. Next time there’s a Hampton Inn by Starbucks I’ll pay to stay there, it looked safer and cleaner. Oh our room smelled so bad of cigarettes and bad old cleaner. I was afraid of sleeping in the beds cuz of bedbugs happening and there was no way I was touching the shower…I was even worried about brushing my teeth.

There was a spider in the bathroom light fixture it was rather big. I asked the staff to please change rooms or get rid of it. They said they could not change rooms because there was none available housekeeping came and said that they could not kill it so it kept going in and out of the light fixture all the time that we were there . When speaking to the staff about my problem, the lady was rather rude yelled at me and hanged up on me. They did not clean our room. We had to . The room reeked of cigarette and marijuana smell. The pool and Jacuzzi was kept locked even though it’s spring they said it was out of season. The coffee machine in the room was disgusting. The glass was yellow look like it had never been cleaned. If I could rate it zero stars, I would.

The prices are fairly decent for a nights stay. The room I had was nice, nicer than it was when I stayed over two years ago. I don't have an issue with a staff member,I believe he is the Manager. His work ethics SUCK! He was rude and harassed me about wither or not the person who was with me was staying or not. I told him several times that it was only me and my dog staying. There wasn't any mention of a $60 deposit before I booked and prepaid. Then upon leaving the lobby, he asked me again more rudely this time if the other person was staying and once again I said no sir it's just me. I get out the door and start heading towards my room he comes out the door and yells at me that my guest cannot go with me to my room. Excuse me, but when can a guest (especially one who was there just to help me with my luggage and make sure I got to my room safely because I was beyond exhausted and not feeling well not allowed to come visit me) He wasn't staying. Then he says you didn't say you had a dog that's $20 more dollars. I looked at him and said not only did I not mention it twice that I have a dog,but he was in there both times I was in there and he's a service animal you cannot charge me for him. I don't think his attitude and rudeness towards me was right in any way. I didnt do anything wrong to be treated that way. Did I get treated like that because I had no make up on to hide the paleness of my skin or the fact that I don't have any eyebrows or any teeth, all due to an illness?

Stayed here for one night for a business trip, was hoping that i wouldn't have any complaints for how decent this property is. I was out for the night and left my vehicle parked with no warning as to there being any sprinklers, today this may sound funny with the rainy weather but not for someone who just washed their vehicle. I reported this to the front desk receptionist in which they sounded confused as to why I was letting them know this but they offered no help. The floors could've had more cleaning done to them along with their bathtub to top it off, otherwise the location and price were fair.

Clean, comfortable, and well-lit. I couldn’t figure out the television at all. Close to other amenities in town.

When I checked in, the fellow at the desk told me room #223 is on the 1st floor, but it was on the 2nd. I was surprised he didn't know.
The fence next to the property had dead vines that looked bad.
The room was clean and comfortable.

We check in around 8pm very tired from being up since 4am to be at a horse by 9am. Went straight to bed, got up
in the middle of the night to use bathroom and the toilet would not flush. It flooded the bathroom. We were not happy we couldn't use the rest room. We checked out at 5:30am, I went in to file a complaint and the front desk attendant was no able to understand what I was saying. I call later in the day for a manager, still waiting for a call back. Not happy!!

Having coffee in the room or available in the lobby after 9AM would be an asset

Compared to the prices of the other places in Lodi, on a Memorial Day weekend, this really was an Econo Lodge; a basic place with a fridge and microwave.
I would stay there again.
There was breakfast provided this year, but it really wasn’t worth having …Froot Loops, Rice Krispies, bread,(no jam) pastries, Cuties and only coffee to drink. The first day I had to ask for the coffee to be refilled, and on my last day they were out of milk (until the manager arrives) but there is a coffee and doughnut shop across the road and a Burger King nearby.
Last year, I (and the staff) had problems unlocking my door. This year they had installed new locks on all the rooms. Yeah!
The pool (and hot tub) were heated, but unfortunately they are only open at 9am -9pm so I didn’t have time for a swim before leaving for a special event.
The ice machine is located in a room with the guest laundry, and the room gets locked up at 9pm….so be prepared!
I complained about the irritating noise my fridge was making..and they said the hotel was fully booked and they couldn’t change it out but I did finally get a different fridge the next day.
The towels were beautifully white, but I used one to mop water off the dark wood floor and quickly found out how much dirt the floors concealed!
Housekeeping is by request only, before 11am.

Square Dancing! And a great place to stay several days is the Econo Lodge in Lodi! The room was spacious, the bed comfortable, and everything clean. The room had coffee, closet, frig, counter space. Staff were courteous, aware, and professional. We will be back!!!!

When I walked in, dirty from working 12 hrs that day, the registration looked at me and quickly said , no rooms avail. Luckily I had made a reservation!! He went on and on about the towels, and the $60 deposit, and how the owners were very picky about their towels being dirty. I asked if this place was safe for my car full of all my equipment as there is a massive homeless population in the area.
FORTUNATELY this motel has been recently renovated!! And our room was beautiful!! The shower was HOT and good water pressure!! Much appreciated!!
We left the towels and the room in excellent condition!

The staff at the hotel were great and the room was comfortable for a quick stay. And the price was reasonable. The area around it, however, would have made me feel a bit unsafe if I wasn't with my husband.

I don't like around the hotel

They need to take "breakfast included" off the description, its a boldface lie. False advertising. Everything else was fine, but I picked them because they were the best price with breakfast.

When i came to check in they charged me and additional charge and a deposit.
