Food and the rooms

The location. Price.
The check in process, the cleanliness of my room. The noise the AC and fridge made in the night. No patio table and broken chairs in pool area.

The air conditioner worked.
Everything else. The door key did not work, had to go back down to front desk twice and then wait 10 minutes for them to fix it. Shower was barely warm water. remote to t.v did not work correctly, and front desk would not answer phone. This is the second worse hotel I have ever stayed at, beaten only by the place that had confetti all over the floor.

close to the location that I was going to visit

I liked the location because of things nearby.
The tv remote and tv ( direct tv) didn’t work at all. there were no soaps, or shampoo in the bathrooms. Also the lighting was weird bc there were no lamps just overhead lights. The bathroom was huge and decent but the ro itself felt cramped.

Didn’t have breakfast. Very poor selection, coffee machine broken, milk empty and only almond milk
Front desk did not speak English well. Needs renovations

I loved the staff, the room was good and clean, loved their breakfast and everything was overall perfect
If I had to say anything bad would be the TV for some reason didn’t want to catch any channels

Not much. Location was decent. Towels and linens were good.
I made the cardinal mistake and looked at the "average" rating only and didn't read the reviews. The negative reviews are completely accurate. There are 5 star reviews that we can only imagine are fake.. The only thing not experienced were the drug deals seen happening outside. I hate leaving negative reviews but this place is ridiculous - and cost over $100 for one night for a room with two awful beds.
Everything dirty - lobby, hallways, room. Sticky floors around beds. Actively growing mold on ceiling and in tub. Light switch for bed on opposite side of room. Overhead flourescent "reading" light high above beds - not lamps. Mattresses and box springs only- not even headboard. Beds squeak loudly and are extremely uncomfortable- husband described as feeling like layers of cardboard on concrete. He checked carefully for bed bugs but didn't see evidence of that.
Clerk checking us in did not return drivers license. Had to go get it later.

location was right off the highway
Dirty dirty dirty. Room was disgusting sofa and chairs had so many stains very questionable stains. bed was filled with hairs had to ask them to redo bed. Mirrors had fingerprints on them and floors were sticky. Power went out all night and day, they don’t have back up generators.

On arrival the check in process was fast.

I could send pictures of the room...in fact I am going to send pictures to the City of Lodi. The walls in both the bathroom and bedroom were dirty. The beds are on wheels. There was a pill under the bed and the floor was dirty, no lamp, no clock, no phone, perfect for a sex trafficker or abuser. The coffee pot looked like it hadn't been cleaned in a year...it had whit gunk in it. I didn't use it! I don't think it's up to safety code. If there had been an emergency there would be no way to get help.
