The room was very clean I didn't stay for the breakfast but I will never rent that room through this company again I could have gotten a $30 less had I not used your company but it's my fault for not looking into it
Paying $30 more than I would have had to if I had just walked up

quiet at night, parking
needs to be upgraded

The only problem was the door to the room. There was a large open space under the door. It was the door was to small for the entryway.
The bathtub was stained.

Friendly and helpful staff
A bit loud in the parking lot.
3.7
Large room with comfortable bed and pillows, two luggage racks, good lighting, nice small frig and microwave, desk chair and easy chair.
The bathroom had no safety measures for the tub—something important for older travelers. No grab bars or tub mat or roughed bottom in the tub. Breakfast so-so handed out in a bag in the office which you took to your room. Coffee only available 6-9.
3.7
The staff was very polite and pleasant.
Very noisy neighbors.
3.7
Cleanliness of room
Very loud, quiet hours not enforced, street noise was also extremely loud
Pillows very uncomfortable
Felt unsafe

The staff were absolutely lovely. The gal at the front desk was sweet and knowledgeable.
Covid is over. Why isn't there breakfast? My husband I am chose this place expecting and wanting the simple HOT breakfast that was advertised.

Had a fridge and microwave, bed was okay, close to food places.
I paid extra for the jacuzzi suite and, while in the jacuzzi, water started coming out of the base of the jacuzzi near where the jacuzzi meets the floor. My clothes, bag, yoga mat and shoes all got soaked with water. I called the office for more towels and a worker came with them promptly. We were able to see the part of the tub where the water was coming out of, as it clearly did NOT come over the top. It was a lot of water and i spent a solid hour making sure it was dry as it was a complete fall hazard. The office worker even slipped on the water and almost fell. Still i had to clean it up all by myself, ring out clothes and attempt to blow dry my only pair of shoes. The office said there would be no compensation or even a room change because they said that only haopens when the tub is fillled to the overflow drain line (little metal circle at the top of all tubs). A quick text to mechanical engineer friends confirmed the location it was coming from indicated an issue with the overflow drain itself. Basically, the water should go through the drain hole on the tub and go down through an internal pipe to drain. But any connection point that's old, loose, etc, can cause that kind of leakage. Obviously, paraphrasing but a quick google backed them up.
The manager called after I checked out to say they couldnt find any leak, but then also said it shouldn't be filled to the overflow drain line hole anyways. Thus no compensation or anything not even a voucher for having such a miserable experience. I was in tears that night as i had paid for a single night to relax and their poor maintance ended up meaning my one relaxing night was a nightmare. Then i felt blamed for something people with degrees in engineering agreed is for sure a deterioration in the tub itself. Worst stay I have ever had anywhere.
Oh btw the breakfast is also not worth it.

I thought the property was very old. rooms were nice enough and clean.
it was a remodeled motel and the breakfast was grab and go.

It was a good location
Well the bathroom was still dirty. There was no lock on the door. The room stunk of chemicals or cleaner. I believe they cleaned the chair that was in the room. It was still wet. A group of guys partied outside from when they checked in at 4:30 until I don't know 9:00 or 10:00. And then when I went down to get my breakfast in the morning I got handed a bag. That's not a hot breakfast

the bed was exceptiona, it was so comfortable and the room was dark at night hence the best nights sleep in a long time
no view from room fronted onto a corridor and another room, bathroom window looked over parking lot but was raining so could not get any fresh air

I loved the privacy and the easy access to my room. Absolutely loved the king-sized bed and the five pillows 😍.
They could improve the on the quality of their coffee, but overall, it is a decent place.
3.7
Easy to find. Easy to park. All of our expectations met. No hassles.
Other guests were very loud in their comings and goings in the middle of the night. Not the hotel's fault but annoying.
