The property had no water and I was not notified until I arrived to check in. I do not blame the front desk kid as he looked to be alone, was trying to deal with the contractors and looked harried and overwhelmed. However I would have expected the management to get involved and start notifying guests ahead of time. I was I formed I would not be charged for the room with zero cancelation fees.

Broken furniture, we called and went and spoke with the manager about getting it replaced and never happened. No maid service was done to our room. On the 2nd day of our stay we had no water and had to leave the property and find new accommodations. Hotel staff was no help. Do NOT recommend anyone staying at this establishment.

Awful—the front desk lady who checked me in at night was rude. No “welcome” or “hello” just straight “are you checking in? I need your ID & CC”. She didn’t tell me, I’ll be charged $5.11 for parking the when I check out. Our room was disgusting, left over food from the previous guest. Sofas were torn, curtains had blood stains, carpet was stained, bathroom doors were broken, and the pillows were too firm. Breakfast was too cold, not warm or appetizing. My kids and I will never stay here again.

Our suite was clean and comfortable, but worn-out and run down. Couch was ripped in several places, carpet and chairs were stained, fireplace screen was broken, kitchen sink and dishwasher were unusable. Two of the three remote controls did not work (not batteries, we tried that). AC unit outside bedroom window was running 24-7, it was like a diesel engine inches from our heads, making sleep difficult. Did not shut off for the entire 3 days we were there. All of this was reported within an hour of check in, and nothing was even looked at until we were packing up our car to leave. Turns out the AC unit was frozen over, and needed to be shut off and restarted *We were given a discount on the room due to the noise. Was charged for parking, even though this was not mentioned at check-in, in the hotels.com listing or on the Sonesta website. Breakfast was good, nice selection of foods to choose from. We also enjoyed the trail behind the hotel, great early morning walk/easy hike.

Sonesta Suites is my favorite place to stay in Flagstaff! They have a full kitchen which makes the stay more like being at home than in a hotel. They have a basketball court and a great outside area for playing yard games.

Very clean rooms however the pillows are horrible. Big huge pillows that prop you up. We all had to sleep without a pillow. Not very comfortable! And we had no shampoo or ice in the freezer. Had to walk to the office for ice. Besides that the rooms are nice, clean and spacious.

This was a great stay! The surrounding area is nice and the room clean. We enjoyed our time here and would return. Note that self parking is currently $5 per night. I didn’t see this listed on Expedia.

First room we were given was fairly nice 811 except the carpet was soggy wet. We went to office to request a different room Front desk was not overly friendly or apologetic. Second room 911 not so clean, looked out at junk and left over material. Windows/ track were dirty , needed painting used toilet paper in toilet.

Furniture was extremely worn out / ragged. The couch had a hole in the arm rest. The bed was extremely uncomfortable and also in need of replacing. Shoddy maintenance work in restroom (patchwork). The carpet had staining. This property has gone downhill.

We have stayed here before, so we are familiar with the property. It is a nice quiet place to stay. My only remarks would be that the floors were sticky. I got wet paper towels and went over the bathroom area and the kitchen areas which helped. The counters were dusty, so I wiped those down too. We are not picky people, but this was something different. The girl at the front desk had a young man there with her when we checked in and she was very nice. She upgraded our booking to a 2 bedroom, I had requested a view, which I never realized that there really is not much of a view, but she tried. The upgrade was to be a free upgrade, but I see my credit card was charged for a greater amount, so I will have to talk to them tomorrow to get that settled. I am not happy with this, since I booked through Hotels.com and I understood the price was confirmed. Otherwise, it was a nice quiet stay which was what we were hoping for. It is a nice place and we enjoy staying there.

When arriving, they said, I did not have a reservation. They moved me to a different hotel for one night, for the last night they moved me to a different hotel. I had a reservation and confirmation number through Expedia. The experience was horrible. I couldn’t settle in and I had a pet with me.

We have a room with a sofa bed. No sheets or pillow provided in room. Tried calling the front desk several times but no answer. After heading up to the front desk we did receive sheets but were bluntly told no pillows available. Sad.

My family and I booked 2 nights there for a quick trip to Flagstaff. Unfortunately, the room we were given already had a guest in it. The staff was very nice and refunded our stay. I'm sure if you get a clean room, it will be nice.

The concept of the room was well planned out. However, The room was not clean with spots all over the rugs. The couch was totally uncomfortable and the cushions needed repair. The microwave was SCARY, rusted edges all around the inside rim. I reported the spots on the rugs and the rusted microwave, but no changes were made during our 4 day stay. There was loud noise from something, AC unit ? Off and on all night next door that kept us awake.

The room was so run down. The walls were dirty, carpet, and furniture. The wall socket was hanging out with wires exposed. The stairs leading up to the room had no light. We asked for bedding for the pull out couch and got 1 blanket. For this price, stay somewhere else.

Nice staff, dog friendly, inside of the room was clean and it’s in a good location. The area outside near the entrance to our room could be cleaned and use more maintenance. Some living room furniture is wearing down and should be replaced. Overall tho, happy with our stay!

The room smelled god awful! We went and bought febreeze plug-ins, which ended up doing absolutely nothing. The safe did not work. The room was gross. We will not being staying here again.
