It was a terrible stay. This Hotel showed to be an 8.2 on your site and should have been a 2. Thought that we were ok when we walked into the lobby but when we got to the floor, it had an unpleasant odor. No idea what it was. Then walked into the room and it smelled musty. Sprayed it down with Lyson and then walked into the bathroom... the bottom of the shower still had standing water that would not drain and the shower had mold and mildew growth in it. We told the lady at the front desk and she said that she would send someone up but that someone never showed up. Then we went tobget an extra blanket for my son. Sm, when we opened it up l, it had a big hole in it. Usually when its rated an 8 or above on the site we have a good experience. This time it completely missed the mark. We booked 2 of these rooms..... The second was just as musty as the other one. Had to spray it down too but atleast the shower was in a little better shape. Then there was the big roach or water bug.. what ever it was, it was still in the floor when we came down stairs. We have Usually had good look with the other hotels with the same name but we will never, ever stay at another one. This was terrible and i will never believe the rankings on Hotels.com again. Your ranking was severely elevated.

Check in staff member Jefferson was friendly and check in was quick. Check out was also quick. Room was clean and in good shape. Loved the medium sized refrigerator. Typical semi-hot/continental breakfast.

We’ve stayed at the Best Western Plus Augusta North Inn and Suites close to a dozen times over the past year while building our new home. The hotel has been clean and the staff welcoming and friendly every time. Even our dog was welcomed with smiles and a supply of treats at the front desk. We especially want to thank Deborah, who always made sure the complimentary and coffee were fully stocked. She kept the area clean, and always had a smile for us and treated us like friends. Also, Jefferson was usually the one to check us in. He was professional and welcoming.

Arrived at 3:15pm. Room was not ready until 3:48. My entire family had to get dressed in the lobby bathrooms due to having an event at 4pm. One of your housekeepers saw me struggling to get a disabled child to our room. He opened the door & held it to get her wheelchair in. Your front desk worker was very attentive & promptly responded to all guest concerns.

stayed here for one night as part of a longer road trip cross country. The area was well lit. No issues with check in or parking. The only issue I had was getting there because the train crossing was being fixed on the route google maps was taking me so I had to call to figure out a different route where the app wasn’t taking me to the same crossing. The room was good. Just needed a place to rest and sleep before moving on next day. They did have breakfast but I honestly don’t remember much about it.

Went for an overnight visit with my family and we enjoyed every moment of our little getaway. It was very organized and structured and the rooms where chefs kiss. My only dilemma was the reconstruction they were doing. Still it’s a 10/10

The front entryway was under construction and no visible signage say you had to go to the other end of hotel to get in. Front desk was nice just an annoyance we were not expecting. Room was clean but beds were rock hard. Price to comfort nowadays is awful. 260 for two nights w breakfast feels like a ripoff considering that what you are sleeping on is like stacked cardboard. Pay the little extra and go to comfort suites. You will sleep better.

This is a 4/10 property, not an 8/10 property. Reviews list ridiculous problems and give it an 8? Dirty and stained carpets in the hallways. The smell of strong cleaner not quite covering up some bad smell in the hallway. Air conditioner was completely off in the room, so super moist and hot everything. After a couple of hours, it was down to 78. Like many other reviewers, I had no bath towels. Also, no shower curtain, so the floor got wet. My wet feet got muddy after walking onto the carpet. This is not worth $100 a night

Hotel front including driveway is undergoing massive construction and main entrance unavailable. Had to go through side door. I travel w a well behaved dog and while hotel was reasonable the dog fee is 40 dollars a night!!! This is outragious for a Best Western.

May I suggest to remove the carpet if you’re not going to keep it clean. And place signage while you have construction going on because there are No signs to direct traffic on how to get in the building due to construction of the front check in area.

The pool was closed, with a mountain of trash by that door to go into the building. The elevators were so dirty. The parking lot was nothing but cig butts, and my carpet wasn't vacuumed at all... Crumbs and candy paper was in the walk space. All those reasons is why I didn't eat breakfast. The staff was great. Very prompt to helpful and answered all my questions.

There weren't any window coverings in our room and no other rooms left in the hotel. The room and linens were dirty and the room smelled terribly musty. The man at the front desk was Very kind and helpful! He tried to find a solution to the window issue, but I wasn't staying in a dirty room with a comforter nailed over the window. I think in this case I deserve a refund!

Spent the night with my wife following an official function. Somewhat older hotel with good access. 1st floor room was nice size and clean. Rate was very competitive. Bed was very comfortable. Staff was pleasant. Breakfast was typical; staff person kept the food supplied and tables clean. The environment was a little noisy from kids running around in the hall or room on the above floor until about 11:30. Would stay again if in the area.

The property is fairly upkept. The rooms aren't that clean. My family had to switch rooms because the bed was full of urine. The pool needed to be cleaned. I was overcharged as though they never gave me back my deposit and tried to charge my card for a 3 night stay

Common Areas such as Elevator, Lobby Areas need to be cleaned in a Timely manner. Stains on furniture in hotel room and carpet was dirty, should shampoo atleast 2-3 times a month
