Hotel is under a remodel. Our room was a remodeled room and it was very nice for the paypoint. The amenities and room size was very nice. Only downside was a subpar breakfast set up. Would repeat for sure - especially after remodel is completed.

This hotel is a former Country Inn and Suites. The rooms have new hard floors rather than dirty carpet. Breakfast does not measure up to the Country Inn standards, having no hot foods other than toaster items (no eggs or meat). This was our second stay here, and we have found it a great cheap stopover between Wisconsin and Florida.

Had trouble with no phone in the rooms, I had a problem with having to wait for someone to show up at the front desk. Rooms are in horrible condition. Rust on door frames and the ceiling of the bathroom. Shower head is very low. And just cereal and dried out bread for their free breakfast. I will not ever stay there again.

Worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at. When a customer had the same name they kicked me out of my room through their error. When questioned they re ascertained it was my doing and had my card information and would be charging me either way for both rooms since it’s on file. (Still wrong) When realizing it was messed up I asked for a refund or change for partial booking only( that was used) change they laughed. Save yourself the hassle of being walked to the red roof inn when the screw up is on them at 2:00 am and I was right. Talk about safety. My 130 dollar room is now 240 combined, but at least I could sleep comfortably. Thank you Expedia for listening on the phone kindly and doing your best. Can’t make this kind of stuff up.

It was horrible. This place definitely needs renovation. Room was very dirty and smelly, wiggle tables, spots on the walls and ceiling and I don’t even want to talk about carpet. Thank God I brought slippers. It says breakfast included, but there was nothing to eat except cereal.

Well, first i was given a room that was already occupied. Then given a second room with pot leaves residue and the ceiling leaked in the bathroom causing me to slip. I was very disappointed with the stay.

The smell of smoke (and weed) was so strong my daughter kept her face covered when we were in the hallway. There are no smoking signs on every door, too. Also, in attempt to keep the smell down, they had a large fan in front of the room the smoke was coming from. And propped open a key latch door beyond it in order to keep the smoke smell minimized. So anyone could walk in from the side door at any time.

The mattress and pillows were fairly comfortable and sheets were clean but bedspreads were stained and curtains were torn and pulled loose from rods. We had to close them with clamps from a hanger. Smoke alarm needed battery and would not stop beeping. It was late when we checked in and we were exhausted so we just dealt with it. Continental breakfast was minimal. They did have a waffle maker and some cereal but at 7:00 there was no fruit or yogurt. Furniture in lobby was stained. Older motel that has not been kept up. On a positive note, the two people that we dealt with at the front desk were kind.

Flickering light in hallway near my room. Cigarette smell in hallway that I had to go through to get to my room -- isn't this hotel non-smoking? Unacceptable! Round push switch for light in corner of sleeping area is loose and almost falling off. Air conditioner wasn't running when I walked in and took quite a while to cool the room.

We stayed here for just a night on our way back home. There didnt appear to be any elevator to bring our things up, which was fine because we really only needed one of our bags. We get up and check the room for bugs, make sure its okay and all. Our floor was COVERED in noticeable stains, not like they'd tried cleaning them, it literally looked like whatever was there never got touched once it got to the floor. Nasty. Our bathroom sink was apparently leaking and so their solution to that was to wrap a trash bag around the leaking portion. There was a giant, and i mean huge booger stuck on the wall about eye level. On top of all this, behind the bible, i found a cut straw that i cannot imagine any other use for besides snorting drugs of some sort. Actively screaming children from several rooms as well as TVs playing on full blast you could hear from other rooms. This was at 11pm. And look, i get it, i have a 3 year old who stayed with us at this very hotel, i get it. Kids can be noisy, but this was excessive. And i understand that the kids aren't the staff's fault, but there is a quiet time at the hotel that they didn't even try to ask anyone to respect. Breakfast was okay. Best thing was the waffles you could make yourself. Other than that, it was cereal cups, and literally just white toast. Thats it. That's your breakfast. Normally, even for a night i will be okay with a hotel, I've stayed some shady places. This is one i don't think I'll return to.

Easy check in. Free parking but no elevator. Was a hassle for me. Don't know what an elderly person would do if no ground floor rooms available. Room was clean enough, but would not use the towels. They were not clean. Adequate for a one night stay passing through. Friendly staff.

Hotel is grubby and run down, the staff were nice but the cleanliness was awful. Towels were dirty, I asked for clean got one towel, placed photo of difference between clean towel given and those already in the room. Grim, very grim! Makes me itch just to think that I stayed here.

The property has a fair first glance. Average on cleaning. All lamps and many fixtures in room were broken and missing parts. Including toilet paper dispenser. Appliances in breakfast area not holding together and not easy to operate. Hall lights are still not repaired. Manager acts like he doesn’t speak English because it is more convenient than discussing the issues. Not our worst stay at a place, but nowhere near a positive review. I graciously give it a C- Definitely not up to my Wyndham expectations.

Everything was good except for the odor in the room. I am allergic to cigarette smoke it smelt like cigarette smoke with a deodorizer trying to cover it up. Though, when I let front desk know they said the entire property was non- smoking. They said they do spray a air freshener in the rooms when cleaning. They suggested I prop my door open for a while to let room air out some. I survived was so tired I just passed out.
