I just needed a place to crash travling through, it was worth the money. To be fair i did not. Check the pool or rhe weight room.

Wonderful option for a family. Pool is beautiful and a large city park is across the street

Always a great stay and night. The service is phenomenal from the moment they answer the phone to the attention to detail on the great food and drinks. I always make sure to tell friends and family about this place and they always rant and rave about the hotel.

Hard to find a place to stay that takes large dogs. It was nice to de able to have our big baby with us. They allow a dog up to 80#. Lots of places to walk her.

The wife and i love the centennial. Specifically the cenntenial trail suite . Room 524. Purchased at the right time can be very affordable. The room has a huge common area, separate bedroom and large walk in shower. The balcony has a perfect view of the pavilion, riverfront park, and downtown spokane. We try amd rent this room at least once a year. Room 521(other cenntenial trail suite is very nice as well)

Our room was clean and accommodating but, the HVAC unit had a bad bering so each time in came on the noise woke us up. We wll notify the staff and hope maintenance will address the situation so future guests that stay in room 212 get a good nights rest.

This hotel has recently been renovated and everything looks good. It is at one of our favorite locations in Spokane; it is just across the river north of downtown and therefore provides an short stroll into downtown while still being pretty quiet.

Downtown the heart of Spokane, but yet located down a service street and off of the main drag. Had a great view and easy access to the waterfront. The hotel itself was super clean and smelled clean! The staff was amazingly friendly.

The room itself was huge! The bed was so comfortable. The balcony was roomy & it overlooked the beautiful Riverfront Park. I’ll be coming back & this will definitely be the hotel I will stay at!

The beds were not comfortable. The cleaning was half hearted. Beds were not made, cups not replaced. Price was reasonable and parking lot secure

Room was very clean and had a pool/river view.
Great pool day and very walkable location to downtown. Overall a nice stay with great weather.

The room was good - great view of the pavilion! Only issue we had was that the deck someone had spit gum out - it wasn’t cleaned before we checked in - kinda gross - the rest was great!

Overall it's a good stay the beds are comfortable the room is decent. However that being said there are a few things lacking, when they clean the rooms in between guests they don't make sure amenities like the blow dryer is there or that the shampoo and conditioner is full enough to be used.
The pool area looks nice but could use a hot tub for sure.
I would stay here again

Nice hotel. Comfortable bed and good rooms. For this price point I would expect breakfast to be included but instead there are hidden costs like a parking fee and an 'Amenity Fee'. The latter is really hidden and compulsory. For a whopping $20/day one gets things that should be included for free, like a bottle of water and coffee in the room. Also access to the swimming pool and wellness are included but if you're not going to use them the hotel still expects you to pay for it. Very unfair and imho just a way to make more money off its customers. Too bad as it's a nice hotel near Riverfront park and the center of the city but I will not be staying there anymore until they get rid of this crazy 'Amenity Fee'!

Check in was great, customer service was prompt and helpful when needed. There was a lack of wait staff in the dining room for dinner, great wait staff for breakfast

The food and service was great. Alexis our server was the best and made our evening feel completely comfortable with amazing service.

It was clean, I'll give it that at least. Parking is fifteen dollars a night, which theyre not upfront about when booking. And if you get back to the hotel late, good luck being able to park anywhere nearby. The destination fees are high, but at least Hotels.com shows them and they werent a surprise when i got there.
Beds and pillows were a nightmare. My partner and I were up constantly, felt like ever forty five minutes. We realized at the end of our stay that the mattress actually hangs a little over the edge of the bedframe, which explains why both of us felt like we were rolling off when we sat or slept near the edge. The pillows were thic and lumpy, and as a side sleeper felt awful. Other than that, the hotel was clean, the TV worked, the pool looked really nice although we never found the chance to use it. Wouldnt come back.

Very good stay. Front desk staff at check in went well beyond expectations. Room was large, clean and comfortable. Would definitely recommend.

This hotel was perfect to host a family gathering. We each had comfortable rooms, could meet and socialize in the lobby, restaurant area. The proximity to Spokane's River Front Park was an added bonus. Staff even provided me a bike so I could explore further afoot. The hotel's affiliated shuttle was useful for taking our group of 20 to dinner in Spokane and back. Hotel desk clerk Bryan Smith was awesome in his customer service and accommodating our needs. Off season rate was very attractive. Giving the hotel a 10 out of 10.

Great location, hotel looks good, built like an Embassy Suites, nice lobby bar/restaurant combo with a little deli/Starbucks to go in the lobby. Rooms are nice but any view other than the roof will cost ya extra

Extremely disappointed to learn of a $20 "resort fee" at the time of checkout. I was told it was for coffee and water in the room and pool access. I didn't use the pool and found out about the coffee when checking out at the reception desk. They were happy to take $5.00 for the Starbucks coffee downstairs.
Recommendation to the managers and owners of this pseudo upscaled establishment, "May I suggest going to Costco and buying the bottled water there at a cost of $.12 per unit."

Everything was great except all the extra fees they add on. Definitely read the fine print about fees. Overall though, it was excellent location and a clean and safe stay.

Staff is friendly. Way to find close to the event I was attending

Overall it was good. However, we didn’t know / nobody told us about the “hidden cost” of the parking area. Also, be aware of an additional cost for a visitors that come to visit with you — cost money to park too!!

The staff went oven & beyond for our stay. Both the front desk and dining staff were top notch. I will definitely stay here again.

Room smelt musty and there was a dirty pair of underwear still in the corner.

Hotel is right on the river and walkable to anything going on downtown
6.0 / 10.0
This hotel does not stand up to expectations upon arrival. Very clearly lipstick on a pig throughout the hotel. Not a terrible place, just insanely overpriced for a very underwhelming experience. The staff was fantastic though! We couldn't have asked for better service from them.

Was sceptical because of a few other reviews and not clear information on the hotel website. The area can be considered sketchy with all the homeless and drug addicts in the area. The city does a decent job keeping the area safe and clean but I’m not sure if I would walk throughout the park after dark or alone. It’s sad because of the beautiful scenery and tourism draw the area has. Almost cancelled this part of the trip because of warnings from others about the decline of Spokane. We were pleasantly surprised with the property, room, view and amenities. It’s a gorgeous property and the pictures don’t do it justice. Overall had a great stay and will be back if the city doesn’t continue to get worse.
